It was a comfortable and cozy stay at the property.

It is located at the city center. The property was so spacious and comfy. All facilities were available as promoted in Booking.com. The property is comfortably fit big family up to 8-10 persons. The laundry service is also available on the ground floor.

Quite difficult to find halal food restaurant around the property location.

This is a very spacious and central place to stay in Krabi if you have a family. Big kitchen and living space. Very comf

Spacious and plenty of room for big family. Good facilities in kitchen. Close to everything. Very secure. Has TV with Netflix etc. staff great at getting us into the room quickly.

Just some things to note: Shower in main room did not drain so covered the floor in water. Only one shower out of 3 was working. Aircon only in bedrooms not in main living area but fans were okay. There are 2 flights of steep stairs so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. Beds are hard and pillows lumpy and uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the easy checkin, the friendly and helpful staff as well as the great location.

The large and clean space make you feel welcome and at home immediately. The location is perfect and in spite of being in the city, it’s very quiet.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum

Viel Platz und Raum (wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich), gute Lage, Märkte in Gehdistanz, Aircon hat super funktioniert, wirklich sauber, super Service und hilfsbereites Personal (beim Einchecken und Hilfe beim Gepäck), praktisch auch der Waschsalon im Erdgeschoss inkl. freundliches Personal, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen

Nice and clean. No air conditioning and far from the main attractions

Nice clean open space, good for a group of people. Laundromat downstairs so got to do some washing which was convenient

No air conditioning in the living area only ceiling fans. The area was so so hot that we had to stay in our bedrooms where there was AC. Power outage happened twice during the night leaving the whole place so hot and uncomfortable. The area is far from ao nang where majority of attractions are

Great and convenient

Accommodation was within walking distance to Krabi Walking Street and Vogue Shopping Mall. There were also halal food within walking distance. The place was big and spacious and TV had Netflix.

No lift. The noise from the road was quite loud middle of the night.

Highly recommended

What an incredible place to stay. We loved the decor, the facilities and being on the top floor with patio and close to the heart of Krabi town. We loved the fact that we were able to do our laundry downstairs. Security A+. The rooms were really spacious and with really good aircon and comfortable beds. The bathroom facilities, fridge, utensils, and everything that was there to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. We look forward to staying here again.

No lift for those who have physical issues to climb three flights of stairs.

The location is very accessible. Rooms are very spacious.

The rooms are on the 2 nd floor. Small congested steps, no lift. Very bad odour...wet wall smell.... . No attached washrooms. Kitchen is not fully equipped as mentioned. Hall is very very hot only bedrooms have Air conditioners.

Clean and spacious[

Clean and very spacious apartment with 2 toilets and 3 showers, perfect for large groups. The beds were comfortable. We have small children, so we appreciate the extra toys and games available in the living room.

- No elevator, only stairs to get to the apartment. - No A/C in common areas, only fans. A/C only in the bedrooms. - They charge 500 THB charge for a late check out. Even if it's only 1 extra hour.

Highly recommended, especially for a group of 5 or 6

Very spacious and neat, lovely with all the seperate showers and toilets. Location also great, fresh smell as you enter! Strong porter carried all our heavy suit cases up the stairs!

Noisy at night, but probably just bad timing, as they were fixing the road during the night.

Fabulous.

Our family absolutely loved the Otter House. An oversized spacious apartment, that was super clean and in great location near the river and night markets. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children.

No complaints and definitely worth walking the stairs to the apartment located on the third level loft.

great value, such a nice space!

So surprisingly amazing! when we first saw Otter House online, it seemed like a no-brainer to book the 2-bedroom sky loft apartment for our group when we arrive in Krabi. We didn’t realize it would be SO nice! This is a great place to just hang out with friends or family and enjoy Krabi. It’s clean and well equipped and Kitidaporn was so helpful at booking our taxis for us. Would absolutely recommend and wish we had stayed longer!

Superb

The apartment was very big and very clean. The rooms are equipped with A/C units. The staff were very kind. The owner was very helpful and communicative and helped us with the cab from the airport. Location is great if you like to be close to the city center.

There was smell of naphthalene in the stairs. No elevator.

Nice and comfortable

Good property to stay if you are with 6 to 8 people and planning to stay at Karbi town.

Little too big for a family of 4 and if you are looking to stay near beaches than this is not a place.

Perfect stay in great location

We couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Krabi Town. the flat is lovely, very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It was great with kids, but I think it is also a perfect fit for couples, groups or friends. it is located in the middle of everything, so many nice markets around, the temple, the pier - and all information you need about it - including a great map and a big picture on the wall for orientation. Furthermore, the super friendly host helped us to book all our trips, transfers, and provided us with so many tips, that we could have stayed even a week longer. We loved it!

Incredible!

Everything! This apartment was incredible. It has absolutely everything you could wish for and more. It is so clean and is decorated perfectly. The location is ideal for exploring Krabi. The check in process was also super smooth and everyone was so helpful. The communication between the hosts and myself was super efficient and they were beyond helpful! They even sorted out our onward travel for us. I really do hope to stay here again during my trip.

Good location, staff were lovely and sweet. Great Wi-Fi and very spacious. Staff provided maps and list of things to do/places to eat. Really helpful with booking taxis and getting to/from the airport.

Balcony was small - no terrace like the one in the picture.

Great location to visit Krabi, to see the markets and to do some daytrips around the area.

Spacious with good air conditioning. Very helpful host.

The stairs up to the loft is a little steep.

In center of Krabi Town . Easy access to all areas.

Lack of lift to 3rd floor. In booking.com, there should be an option to select properties with lift. It’s difficult when you travel with parents.
