We never saw the pool area however the place was very quaint with everything we needed Note the noise from the party scene and street is real if you’re here for rest this isn’t your place but it definitely adds to the NOLA charm and experience

I love New Orleans and was super excited about this trip. Took a chance on this listing even though it was new and my stay exceeded all my expectations. The host was super responsive, the location was convenient to Bourbon Street (only a block away), restaurants and shopping on Canal Street and my trip was so much FUN! I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, cozy and convenient place to stay when visiting one of the best cities in the world!

Great location! Steps from Bourbon Street and less than a mile walk to the French Market!! Very safe and secure condo. We have rented this property before and I'm confident we will again! Nice addition of the sectional and their are air mattresses and extra pillows!

Owner needs to seriously get anew-cleaning service. Nothing more than a wipe and swipe throughout. Bathroom floor filthy. One side of mattress stunk so much that it couldn’t be used. Couch pillows disgusting. Afraid to touch bedding let alone have bare feet touch the filthy floors. Very disappointed. Ewwww😖

Love the location, and the condo was great. The host went out of his way to be awesome host. Would go again. All i'd recommend is to have a different cleaning crew. Could be wiped down a bit better. The bed could be a little more comfy tho. Overall great stay.

If you are looking for a great place to stay and enjoy the French Quarter of NOLA, look no further. This property is perfect for those who want to be steps from all Bourbon Street has to offer but wish to sleep in a quiet secure building. The 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen has plenty of space to relax, especially with the outdoor patio and rooftop pool / sitting area. The owner was wonderful and prompt with responses. We had a few issues with our flights due to weather and he was very flexible to our schedule adjustments. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to NOLA. Thank you for a great visit!

The property was just as advertised! Great location and great price! Andy answered any questions we had very quickly. We loved to rooftop deck after a long day of walking. Great little place. The only feedback I can offer would be to maybe keep a little more bedding (pillows, blankets, sheets) available in the closet. We had five people and it was a little sparse, but we made it through no problem. Also, the bathroom toilet is a little touchy. Sometimes we would have to take the lid off of the tank to get it to flush. Again, it wasn't a problem at all, just a little heads up. Our stay was great overall and I would recommend this place to anyone! The outside space off the living room was a great bonus. You can't beat the location! Just steps from Bourbon Street, but still quiet enough to sleep. Thanks again for the memories, Crescent City!

Location was great and place was nice, but there were several miscommunications regarding reservation & dates which was quite stressful, we ended up having to stay in a hotel out of town for the first 2 nights but it was paid for and he was very polite about it.

Direction to the apartment once you were in the building were a little confusing. I think there should have been coffee and water at the apt upon arrival. Needs to be more than one hand towel. Toilet handle hung up and wouldn't flush. Overall a great location and a nice place to stay for a few days.

Very close to Bourbon Street. The room was perfect for 2 people. The only negative, is the bed isn't the most comfortable, if you toss and turn a lot, it can be a little annoying. Overall great spot, the owners were extremely accomodating and it was a great location with in walking distance of a lot of great places to see.

The condo was nice however I paid for a roof top pool that I never got to use. The pool was roped off with caution tape for all four days.

The apartment is a little small but perfect for just the 2 of us. It's right where you need to be for all the fun & pretty much just a short walk to where ever you want to go in the Quarter. It's right next to Bourbon St but once inside you'd never know because you can sleep in peace. Absolutely the only thing that could make this place better is a designated load & unload zone to get your things inside & back out quickly!

The room was perfect for the two of us. Within walking distance of all that the French Quarter has to offer. The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again

Super quiet building for an eventful area. convenient to everything!

This rental is located right off of Bourbon street. It was plenty spacious and provided everything we needed. If you pay for the parking garage just know that there is no elevator in it and it is around the corner from the building you will be staying in, if you arrive early enough in the day street parking is easy to find, but in the evenings, practically impossible as that is when Bourbon really gets busy. Owner was very communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and being so close to everything in the French Quarter.
