The staff were very helpful. This was my first trip to Amsterdam, the staff helped me with directions, how to use a Dutch bike lock, museum tickets, public transportation, etc.

My room was in the basement but that’s what my company paid for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Clean and location excellent

Room very small. Wardrobe too small to use and smelt. Wiring of fan hanging across the wall with an extension lead.

The hotel is wonderfully located and easy to get to. The staff were all very friendly and the room was comfortable and neat.

The breakfast was a little limited and the coffee could be a bit better.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was excellent!

The elevator didn't go to all floors, which was a bit tricky with luggage/injuries.

Beautiful location. Staff was very friendly and always happy to assist, 24h available. Free coffee any time of the day and the possibility of having your own food in the dining area. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Room was very, very small, dark, not as advertised. TV and fan hanging on the wall with big cables stuck in between, it looks cheap and is ugly. We had specifically asked a quiet room when we made the booking. We were provided a room street side, which was noisy at night (but the staff did try to see if we could swap rooms). The fridge was a fire hasard as its extremely hot metallic elements at the back were touching the curtains and very close to the wire of the table lamp. I burned myself at it when switching on the lamp. Cups were not cleaned nor refreshed when the room was done. We were sent to the wrong floor when we checked in. All small things, but I did have a higher expectation for the price we paid.

Location!

Spotless...the cleanest hotel & common area we've ever encountered in 65 years. Love the ever-helpful staff. Great breakfast. Location on quiet street a few short blocks from everything. Loved the "boutique"-quirkiness of hotel...charming. Best mattresses & linens.

Each room is different, so small double meant (in our case) one side of bed is against wall. Some may not like the few stairs you have to do to access the elevator.

Location is excellent, you can walk to the museums, center, there are also many cafes/restaurants/bars close nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you don`t plan to spend time in the room, but to explore the city.

Easy to get to from airport and centre. Rooms decorated nicely. Free included hot drinks in reception. Easy to come and go with key cards.

Beds weren’t properly made up when rooms serviced. More if B&B style accomodation, thought it was a hotel.
