Spacious room.
Easy check in.
Great location
WiFi seemed a bit unstable.
8.0
The location was fantastic! Also the room was spacious enough for 2 people to be comfortable.
The shower drain was not functioning properly, so the shower would easily flood after 5 mins in the shower.

The location is simply the best. A rental bike store a block away, grocery store, cafes and the tram. You're also a few blocks from the museum area and park. The apartment was big with a large seating area separate from the bed and the small kitchen was perfect. Very nice appliances - oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bed is very comfortable and the bath products were very nice. I did have a couple mishaps with my keys and a fab but they were resolved very quickly. If you're traveling in the summer, keep in mind Amsterdam doesn't have AC.
I didn't like the TV. I wish all rentals had an Apple TV or Chrome option. There's hardly anything to dislike.

Modern. Nice penthouse.
No AC. No fans. HOT in summer

Comfortable bed, good shower, good basic kitchen. Nice and quiet at night. Spacious sitting area. Easy access to trams and trains. Very close to lots of museums. There is a little elevator if you need it. Groceries about 10 min walk.
If you want to be right in the thick of Amsterdam, then you might want to stay closer to town centre. We like being slightly out of the centre and using bikes and public transport to get around.
7.0
Close to everything without being in the thick of things.
Getting them to organise our transfer from airport, then taking us to wrong property.
Also the lift ( we were on the top floor) was out of order, and their reception ( at another property) were unaware, even though their staff had been at our property.
3.0
Room not very clean, the floor specially. The street outside very smelly. Too expensive for what it is.

We asked for late checkout but were refused. There wss no facility/locker to leave the suitcases. Had to leave them unsecured under the stairs

spacious and comfortable, well designed
some issues with the keys which wasn’t ideal, had to wait for someone to come deliver a new set which took close to 30min. location is a little bit far from central, but I guess depends on what one is looking for.

nicely furnished, excellent heating, well equipped and functional, totally quiet
bed was not great.
also not nice to see dust and cobwebs in the lamps over the bed, but otherwise was absolutely clean
8.0
The apartment spacious. Comfortable..
No toaster for us Australians.
6.0
- Great location and a really nice area. Walking distance from the centre or a very quick tram (stops a couple of minutes from the apartment)
- Kitchen and basic cooking facilities were what we needed before the marathon
- Nice bathroom - much more modern than the rest of the apartment. Great shower
- Staff were very responsive through booking.com messages
- We were in the basement room at the front of the property - it was very dated, musty and a bit grubby (other than the bathroom which was clean and modern). It could do with a refurbishment
- Blinds are too thin so street lights made the room very bright at night
- Kitchen facilities are basic - no toaster, only 1 working hob, no kitchen cupboard goods at all so you will need to buy everything (oil, salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc)

The location is perfect. It is close to Museumplein, but the street is in residential area and very quiet, and does not have dozens of tourists swarming. But there is still AH nearby, a place with nice coffee and several cafes.
There was a light daily cleaning with replacing towels, throwing the garbage etc, very convenient (as there is no broom or vacuum cleaner in apartment itself).
And the apartment was on the sunny side of the street, and the stained glass in the windows gave a nice tint.
There is also washing machine in the basement, though you have to buy the detergent by ourself.
Very convenient to get there from Amsterdam Zuid train station, much quicker than coming to Ams Centraal.
The tap on kitchen sink was shaking and we had to be careful not to break it out of furniture; one of the lightbulbs in bathrum was awfully blinking (though it was replaced in couple of days after I mentioned it to the receptionist). But the worst is the lock on the front door was almost never working with the card key that was provided, so one cannot get into the house without calling the reception each time, annoying.
Also there were no salt and pepper in the kitchen, no washing liquid or sponges for dishes, you have to buy everything (and obviously leave it there).

cards were not working properly during the entire stay.
intercomhelp was not realy helpfull. apartmentbell was
not working either. carpet was stained. not a smart choice.

cooking utensils and most everything to prepare meals and two TVs, Nespresso machine, shower gel and coffee pods provided. loved the ‘keyless’ card entry; it has an elevator, close to places to eat, public transportation, the museum area and a large
AH grocery store.
Nespresso machine wasn’t working (but the property brought me a replacement); the mini fridge doesn’t have a freezer (as advertised as included); the phone didn’t work (property never sent anyone to fix or replace); the microwave is beyond dirty and in need of replacement (had actual holes inside it); the shower has an awful, strong smell of sewage with no windows or any ventilation or fan. The toilet paper holder is barely hanging on. The one small fan provided wasn’t nearly enough to cool the apartment on the warm summer days; the courtyard behind the building is shared with neighbors that have very young, LOUD children. A few days I had to use noise cancelling headphones just to be on work calls.

Perfect location and spacy room!
Some kitchen appliance needs to be cleaned more carefully and the carpet was really old.

The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances: stove, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and kitchenware.
The apartment is quite spaces with access to garden.
There are 2 TVs and a Bluetooth speaker.
Overall, it was nice and comfortable. There is also a safe, iron&board.
The location was incredible near Van Gogh and Rejks museum. Also a walking distance from the canals. Well connected to different parts of the city.
There's also a big supermarket nearby.
The bathroom drainage in both sink and shower were really terrible and the shower flooded the whole bathroom. Needs better maintenance.
Some dish soap would've been appreciated instead of having to buy some.
If you want to cook, you have to think to the most basic needs like salt and pepper
I was unfortunate to have forgotten my key inside the room when I left. There's no reception in the hotel. Only a person to talk to on the intercom. The only way to get a spare was to either rely on the room service which I had to look up across each floor or wait for someone to bring a spare key in "a while". Luckily, I had my phone to make it yo my appointment and pay for things, otherwise, I would've had to miss my appointment waiting for the spare.

The apartment is in a great position, close to Museumplein, a bus station and approx 30min on foot from the city centre. The room is provided with all the necessary items, including a microwave and dishwasher. The staff was very kind and helpful, and fast in their response.

These studio apartments are great for a comfortable stay in the center of Amsterdam. You're close to Amsterdam's nightlife (once it reopens), cultural highlights and public transport. I will consider this location again for a next stay.
Unfortunately the beds were two separate mattresses. The couch in the living area was not constructed well, one of the armrests was loose. Regarding cleanliness, it could have been better, I recommend a deep clean.
8.0
the place lighting and the location
as "apartment " in covid times the kitchen is not really welcoming salt and pepper and oil some knife strainer and a pot to make tea that can really cut could make it much more frendly. the aprtment itself is really nice
