Wonderful place in a great location, with comfortable, quiet rooms.

Great location, right off the main plaza and around the corner from the subway. The room was very, very quiet and the beds comfortable. They gave you enough pillows which we appreciated .The staff were friendly and professional. It was a clean, cozy room.

The hallways were a bit old and could use a renovation. We would have loved to have coffee in the room.

Perfect location, nice room, would come again.

Perfect location, authentic place. Nice view drom the terrace, clean.

The shower didn’t work properly, should be replaced.

Location was everything.

Location is the best. Staff was friendly. The room was ok but tight if you have a lot of luggage. Hot water didn't last long, and the double bed is really small for two average size people.

Great centralized location. Easy access to other locations!

The staff was very helpful and they were very gracious! Denilsa at the front desk was so nice and assisted us with all our questions! I would definitely return to this hotel.

No coffee machine in the room.

Weekend a Madrid

La struttura è in pieno centro e ogni attrazione è raggiungibile a piedi. Ci sono molti ristoranti e locali nelle vicinanze. Nelle camere e in tutta la struttura non si sente alcun rumore. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e attento. Non posso esprimere parere sulla colazione perché ho sempre mangiato fuori. Consigliato per un weekend lungo e per chi non vuole muoversi troppo per visitare musei e monumenti.

a nice hotel to stay for a couple of days

The hotel is located in the real centre of Madrid - a very convenient place to walk to every sight of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Some rooms have less air-circulation but we were transferred to a better room - grateful for the to the staff!

Me dieron una habitación inferior a la seleccionada.. me alojé la sem anterior y super bien .. esta vez mucho mas cara e inferior .. mucho mas pequeña.. se le dijo a la Recepcionista y deberíamos pagar un suplemento para otra habitación

Boa hospedagem mas sem wifi funcionando nos quartos.

A localização é ótima, café da manhã maravilhoso.

O wifi não funciona de jeito nenhum!! Isso é um grande problema para quem precisa dele para trabalhar ou conciliar trabalho e lazer na cidade.

Fabulous!

The property was really clean, comfortable and well looked after. It was in a great location with easy access to everything in Madrid. The staff were really friendly and helpful; on our first day they gave us a map and showed us the best places to go to in Madrid, as well as let us know what local events were on.

The hote is very well located, and the facilites of this hotel are great. The staff was great, and the breakfast was really good.

Good value for the money. I'd recommend it

I really liked the breakfast, it was very complete. The staff was super friendly and assisted us in anything we needed. Finally the location was great, you could walk to a lot of the main city attractions.

The room was somehow small with little room to put our suitcases.

Excellent place to stay. Everything was near and easy to access.

Everything was great with a minor exception. The AC unit was very limited in its settings. It was either cold or hot with no circulation. Other than that, it was wonderful. Would highly consider staying again.

I stayed 3 nights. It was very beautiful.

The location is excellent - you have all the sights at a distance of a maximum of 20 minutes on foot. Good, tasty and varied breakfast.

The elevator should be changed. It seems old and unsafe.
