nice setting

The lodge was situated in a magnificent position which brought spectacular views. We attended a wedding and the photos were breathtaking. The restaurant was lovely with a good menu selection. Buffet breakfast was 'the best.'
We were in a room on the very bottom level of the Lodge. We found the number of stairs very exhausting with no lift or ramp to the main facilities. I would definitely change my booking to a higher room level next time.

Loved the location. Very peaceful - but hard to get to up winding mountain. However, that was a given.
Outdoor areas were very dirty. Fire alarm in our room went off at 4 a.m. for no reason. Had to ring management at 10.30 p.m. one night due to excess noise from other (younger) guests in nearby room. That was dealt with - but management asked me to get the room number (I wasn't going to poke my head out and get abused!). Steps - lots of steps - no elevator. Was told to access room a certain way (which involved 6 full sets of stairs - however, we found by ourselves, that if we walked a side path from the car park, there was only 3 sets - and one of those only had 3 stairs. Only 1 comfort chair for the whole room - 2 double beds so obviously should have been at least 2. No microwave - asked if they could provide one and was told "No". Outdoor chairs ridiculously uncomfortable - string egg chairs with no cushions - lay back with your head on frame - or sit upright without back support. They might look "modern" but for heaven's sake, someone try before you buy, and consider it's comfort level, please.

It was clean and very quiet, which was what we wanted for a peaceful weekend away from the kids.
The spa was gorgeous!
The restaurant was terrible. Definitely bring your own food.

The beds were comfy, it was nice and cool in the room despite it being very hot outside
I wish they would warn potential customers that rooms won’t necessarily have a view. I booked a “privileged” room but the view was of trees and the road, when the entire reason I booked was for the view. We tried getting a drink at the hotel restaurant before going out, but the waitress told us since they were booked out we had to sit behind more trees, missing the view again. Luckily my partner and I have a sense of humour and we brushed it off but I did find the booking info misleading and was disappointed to miss the view. Thanks.

The room was nice and clean, semi-private balcony, amenities were clean and easily accessible, pool looked great (we didn't swim). Overall would definitely return, the rooms were affordable, and we loved the peaceful vibe of the complex. The staff were also friendly and open to helping with reasonable requests.
View was a little disappointing from our balcony due to the trees, other sections of the property boasted a great view. The on-site restaurant was costly and was loud at times for us due to our room positioning next to the balcony for the restaurant. Parking was interesting, despite having a decent amount of parks none were reserved, and at times it felt like you were contending with restaurant guests who weren't staying overnight.

The view from our room was amazing. We could see Morton bay from the room and loved seeing the water. The room was spacious and well prepared for 2 people. The beds were clean and there were well maintained basic facilities. The bathroom products were plentiful and absolutely beautiful!
We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was a bit more expensive than we were expecting. We ended up paying almost the same amount of money for 1 dinner as 1 night accommodation. It was delious though, i'll give them that.

Its a relaxing location The Restaurant is good.
The house keeping was poor . I was on my way out when the cleaner arrived, ii told her everything needs doing except the beds When I returned nothing was done at all just 2 fresh towels were left.No garbage was taken out, and the used towels were just left on the bathroom floor. I was quite surprised. POOR HOUSE KEEPING.

Beautiful location
Unfortunately the view from that beautiful location was blocked by a tree in the courtyard. Stunning view from our balcony we just couldn't see it and it was so frustrating.
