We really enjoyed this hotel, so much so we came back on our last few days in Japan

The airport limousine bus from Haneda goes to and from this hotel, making arrival very simple. The subway is very accessible, and the shopaholic family members enjoyed the Sunshine City Shopping Centre. There is a Family Mart downstairs, which is very convenient.

Too touristy. Bad food quality, but great rooms!

The room was really great! Amazing to relax and play Pokemon Go.

We tried the breakfast for the first day and it was really not good at all, and it was so expensive! (2,500 yens per person). Fruits were all frozen, impossible to eat them, and tasteless food in general. Also, not the hotel's fault but even at 7:15am the breakfast area was FULL because of so many tourists. You might not get a spot and wait in a long line while hungry.

空調がよくない！暑い日だった。きいてない、狭い部屋だと逆にほこり？　花粉症のように、くしゃみで夜何回も、娘も暑いとあと、朝ごはん付きを頼んだのに、なってないって、証拠がないと言われた、対応にがっかり２度と行きたくない

Nice but over priced

The location was very good, it’s a really nice area, the staff were nice too

Our room was really too small for two adults, honestly it was a single room made into a twin, we only had one large case and to have that open took up a large area of the floor, Although it’s a lovely hotel, over priced

如果喜欢逛池袋一定要住这家

地理位置特别好，爱逛池袋的宅一定要住这家，步行到kb乙女馆三分钟 S店和オトメイト大楼也都在十分钟之内的脚程酒店内部有全家酒店内部也可以直通sunshine city购物中心

旺季check in要排蛮久队想用机器自助check in但是却卡在确认信息页面最后只能乖乖去排队

Premier séjour agréable avec vue magnifique

L'espace de la chambre, la vue depuis notre chambre et la literie très confortable. Tout était impeccable et tout est fourni (pyjama, brosse à dent, rasoir, savons, pantoufles, etc).

La personne à la réception était froide et impatiente. La prochaine fois, je passerai pas le check-in self service.

Very lovely stay, highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Tokyo

Very clean, service was excellent, property was quite spacious and very good location near shops, restaurants, convenience stores and train station. Staff were very helpful. The view from our room was amazing 😍. Bathroom and shower were good, toilet was very nice aswell.

Pillows weren’t comfy, too soft and small. That’s all. Everything else was good.

Quite a walk to the nearest train station (exit), accessable restrurants and shops, staff awesome!

I loved that the hotel is connected to many shops and restaurants underground. There is also a family mart on the lobby floor if you need to get something to eat or on the go. One of the female staff was kind enough to call a taxi for us.

The hotel is a bit run down, and I wouldn't say I liked how the window could not open. The AC needs to be fixed on the 19th floor because it was a bit hot at some points during my stay, but at least it was in the colder months; otherwise, that would be a problem. The tub and toilets might need a bit more cleaning because I can see some scum on the sides and under the seat toilet where the bidet was. I did not like the fact that there was no microwave on the 6th floor. There were vending and ice machines but no microwave.

實際入住酒店狀況與網路上描述的內容十分接近，每天打掃房間、提供飲用水、豐富的早餐...等等。當然連同狹小的房間也依樣貼切。

行李箱必須塞進床下才能活動行走，雖然是意料之中，但難免有些遺憾。酒店距離車站快走約15分鐘，若帶上行李是件痛苦的經驗

スタッフが融通を利かせてくれて大満足

たまたま部屋が空いていたようで、アーリーチェックインさせていただいた。

地上波は見ないので、せめてTVでミラーリングできるやうにして欲しかった。

櫃台人員很親切，回程還幫我們叫計程車，連車子幾點到跟車號都寫起來。

逛街方便，地鐵有地下道直通浴室水壓強櫃台人員專業親切樓層有販賣機很貼心

冰箱不夠冷房間清潔不夠仔細太晚回飯店就要繞到大廳正門才進得去，會走比較久房間無法調暖氣馬桶沖水聲太大

Great location, will come back again as long as the price is right.

- Location location and location - Everything is near by, a big shopping mall next door, walk 8 mins you have access to the big train station - Price is fair, value for money, you get what you pay for, you can’t pay for a 3 Star hotel and expect a 5 Star hotel experience - Overall it is great, services are good, room are clean

- The room is small but as i said - you get what you pay for - The bathroom is build a level up inside the room, which is a bit strange, for some reason gave me a sea sick feeling

pleasant stay at a well-located hotel with a friendly staff

loved being located above Sunshine City shopping complex and Ikebukoro's many shops and restaurants. well-located and only a 8 minute walk to Higashi Ikebukoro station loved having a Family Mart on the lobby level rooms were clean

room was on the smaller side didn't like the step up into the bathroom area. i was fine, but the step up could be an issue for older guests or guests with disabilities

Big hotel with activities close by

The hotel has an exit leading to both a big shopping mall and an aquarium. The basement floor has 2 restaurants (make a reservation for them). They have an airport shuttle for Haneda and Narita - I suggest you buy a ticket when you arrive at the hotel (find the info screen in the lobby) The gound floor has a FamilyMart with a souvenier section.

It's a bit noisy. We woke up because we could clearly hear other guests in the hallway.

ランドリールームがいつもホコリだらけで乾燥機のフィルターもいつもホコリだらけで良くなかったもう少し清潔にして欲しい部屋の掃除の掃除機のかけ方があまり丁寧でないカップの交換ティーバックの補充が徹底していない

Good hotel in good location for access to fun Tokyo activities.

Rooms were very suitable for our purpose. Beds were comfortable, location was clean and in reasonable proximity to train station. Shower water pressure was amazing! They thoroughly cleaned the room every day. Wifi was excellent speed and easy connectivity for many devices.

No gym in the hotel. It had a "stretching room" which wasn't a gym and apparently came at an extra cost. Also no ability to set air condition temperature, just a fan low - medium - high, so we found the room quite hot.

great staying experience, but average in terms of cost-performance.

great facilities. the staff in the front dsek were super helpful in explaining how the airport shuttle bus works. Special thanks to RinKei who kindly guided us step-by-step when we were buying the limousine tickets! There is quite a bit walking distance from the train/subway station to the hotel. Be cautious of how you might want to get here from the airport if you're travelling with large suitcases during summer time.

I was lucky to get helped by Mandarin-speaking staffs. However, compared to my experience in this hotel before covid, there are increasing amount of staff who are relatively poor in English communication (especially listening comprehension). Moreover, the rooms were not so good in sound insulation, where I heard my neighbors packing their suitcases till 4AM on one night, and continous snores on another night. The price has almost doubled compared to pre-covid time.

Comfortable and Affordable

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms are well sized and comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect. Check in was very smooth, the location was excellent, with many shops, restaurants and Ikebukuro Station within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel. Housekeeping was also very attentive, and the staff were very friendly.

The smallest hint of smoke through the ventilation.

Superb

Almost everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were fantastic and our room was great. Breakfast was a good mix of options for people from different cultures.

The only issue we ran into was the wait time for an elevator with space in it during the mornings. Not a big deal if you plan for it. Just add an extra 10 - 15 minutes to your schedule.

Amazing Stay, Amazing Location

Amazing location at Sunshine City which already house a Pokemon Center, Pokémon Sweets Cafe, Sanrio Cafe, a great aquarium, Nitori and so many other shops we love. Spoilt for choice for eateries as well! The room was spacious, considering the Ikebukuro location. There was ample room to open up the luggage and a nice couch to lounge on. Bed was firm and very comfortable, we slept very well. It was a great stay and we will definitely love to return to this hotel for future trips!
