The staff was great, and tried to accomodate me at every turn; they made the site worth it.

The location was good - up on a hill overlooking most of the local historical area. The breakfast was wanting(mostly just bread and store-bought cereal), on some days they also had fruit, but usually I would drink some coffee and go out to a restaurant for breakfast.

My single room had its own bathroom, but there was a light on across the street that illuminated the room, and made it hard to sleep; curtains were not enough, and blinds would have been helpful to darken the room.

Amazing hotel!

Amazing view over the city. The staff is so helpful and kind! very clean and nice rooms.

A bit cold in the room but we got blankets.

Good and comfortable

Bed was comfy. Bathroom even though small it still is bigger than most other places. Clean and the staff was actually super nice and friendly

Location. Even though is close to the street where places like Loki and the Wild Rover are, still that half a block away makes a huge difference

we arrived at 6AM to put our bags. She told us that our room will be ready at 9am. When we came back at 6pm, she told us that we can’t have a room. si we search for other hostel.

Clean and well positioned location.

Cold rooms. You have to wait 4-5’ for the shower to get warm (needs to be turned to max).

Exceptional

Amazing view from the window😍. From the 3rd floor there is a view of the whole city and mountains. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cusco, on our way to Machu Pichu

Many thanks to Luz for helping us with everything, from transfer through taxi till tours, printing stuff and general directions. The view from our room was fantastic! Ask for room 402. The hotel was newly renowated, clean and tidy. Give yourself at least half day rest time to get used to the height, we did not do it and felt the height sickness afterwards. Anyway, it was gone after 30 hours.

The room was a bit small and the steep slope that you have to climb to get to the hotel. But the view was worth it.

Wonderful stay; amazing view, comfy (firm) beds, hot water, and lovely staff. Highly Recommend!

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The location was perfect for us; up and away from the main square (kept our fitness up!) The bed was comfortable; the showers hot and good pressure, and the breakfast generous and tasty. The view from our room overlooked the city itself and is the best view we've had in 2 months. Luce and the staff were so welcoming and friendly we ended up staying a week from our original 2 night booking. Loved the place; and appreciated the touches and daily clean.

No, nothing 'bad' to note. We loved it. The service and staff were lovely.

Superb

Great Budget hotel, very quiet and beautiful views of the city. Breakfast was really good too. Good hot water as well.

Its an uphill walk to get there, but the views make it worth it.
