Lovely hostel a short walk from the main square. We had a private room which was very comfortable and good value for the price. There was always hot water and we enjoyed the communal areas. The hostel stored our bags and offered well priced tours. It was not a party hostel but had a nice atmosphere and we chatted with other travellers in the common area.
We did our laundry and 1 item did go missing. There could also be more info provided about the tours from the staff I.e. we were not informed of the additional entrance fees.

Comfortable and clean rooms. In a triple with 2 friends and we had plenty of space. Nice chill out area. Kitchen available. Area felt safe, close walk to town and amenities. We were able to store our bags while we did the Salkantay, we were staying here afterwards
The kitchen is small so can get crowded if others cooking. Some of the crockery defiantly could be doing with being replaced/updated.

Best hostel in Cusco! We stayed here on separate three occasions during our trip to Cusco! The staff are soooo lovely and super helpful. The beds are comfortable, plenty of blankets to keep warm. Very hot high pressure showers which is amazing after long days hiking and adventuring!

This is a very comfortable, cosy hostel located just a couple blocks away from the main tourist area, so you can walk everywhere easily, but it's not loud at night. The courtyard with trees is very beautiful. My bed was very comfortable and warm, great showers, and really wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again.
I wish there were filtered water available so I didn't have to keep buying bottles.

The hostel staff is super friendly and helpful.
They propose some tours. There is also free tea and coca leave that you can enjoy.
The common area is nice but not for smoker. You can smoke just outside the hostel though.
The place is quiet so really enjoyable if you need a good place to sleep and relax.
The hostel set up doesn't make it easy to mingle with other travellers.

Was only there for a few hours in between buses but the bed was comfortable, the dorm room was warm and the shower was hot with good pressure! Would definitely stay again. Also, quite social chatting to other travellers in the dorm rooms. Short walk to main square but it is on a steep street.

The Tucan Hostel is one of the best hostels we have stayed in. The staff is super nice and helpful, the location is great, the rooms are clean, the kitchen has everything you need and is also very clean. There is always tea in the shared area. There is a very nice and cosy atmosphere here. Thank you for everything!

Quiet, characterful hostel, with covered patio communal area, plus other seating areas dotted around. Easy (downhill) walking distance to the centre. A large comfy room, which even though it had a window out to the street was very quiet in that respect. The best shower we've had in Peru; great water pressure and no temperature issues! Laundry service and reception assisted calling a taxi to the airport. Daily housekeeping which we weren't expecting.
Very small kitchen, with just about enough equipment to do hob-based cooking. Bathroom was for our sole use, but not ensuite. Not much sound proofing between bedrooms and bedroom/bathroom.

Best and warmest showers I have had in whole Peru!!
Bed was comfy.
Nice common area.
Friendly personnel.
Big lockers in the room (fitted both my big and small backpack).
Max 10. min walk to main square.
You have to pay to leave luggage overnight, there are hostels doing that for free.

dry cute and comfortable hostel.
it was a big of a hike getting there and the common space was a bit noisy due to travelers speaking on their phone or talking loudly.

Amazing stay, while the bed were comfy and warm, what makes Tucan hostel a great accommodation is the lovely people working there, special thanks to Jon and the young guy working at the reception. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

I was very comfortable in this property. It has a lovely bright and comfortable communal area, loads of character, super clean, exceptionally friendly staff and comfortable beds. This place unusually provides duvets on the beds which are lightweight and warm, so I was very cosy at night. Great value for money too!

Just book it, you won't regret. It's a beautiful place with a pretty courtyard and comfortable beds. The owners and staff are exceptional (cheers Gabriel, and Gonzalo, you are the best). They help you with all enquiries and I felt like home the whole time. The rooms are always super clean, bed sheets are regularly changed, showers are hot and there's a kitchen to store food and cook. Nothing bad to say. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy and welcoming place in Cusco.
Nothing to report. Loved my stay.

We didn’t find it to be overly sociable during our stay (not the fault of the hostel but worth considering if you are a solo traveller!)

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave good directions and recommendations. I really liked the location and how clean it was!
The matress I was sleeping in was not comfortable - it was overused. Even though I liked the room and how the beds were designed.

The owner moved our booking because our flight got cancelled. There is a kitchen and free thea. The reception helped anyway he could.
The shower on day one was cold, but after checking with the reception on day2 they fixed it fast!
