Boa localização ! Recomendo

Quarto amplo , quente ! Chuveiro com água quente abundante ! O hotel ofereceu-me oxigênio quando precisei , porém não havia máscara !

Café da manhã direcionado para estrangeiros continentais , tipo , só comida quente e salgada , carne , macarrão , ovo ! Pouco diversificado para o turista brasileiro, acostumado com pão doce , panquecas doces , croissant e café preto de qualidade . Só tinha café fraco passado ou descafeinado A sugestão seria : o hotel ter um cardápio montado onde as pessoas escolhessem no dia anterior , o que gostariam de comer ! Assim poderia gerir melhor o desperdício e a satisfação do gosto de cada um ! Hotel possui muitas escadas e isso não é informado antes !

excellent, very comfortable and clean. superb staff

beautiful building, very clean, comfortable rooms. staff are superb. we used it as a base to return to several time from tours around Cusco. no problem leaving baggage etc.

a little noisy in courtyards try for a room on second floor

The hotel was wonderful overall and staff were exceptional

Clean, tastefully decorated hotel in a quiet but convenient location. Exceptionally helpful and efficient staff.

Minor point but the hot food at breakfast was barely lukewarm, although staff did heat up the food on request. Smoking location in the central courtyard is disappointing as cigarette smoke spreads everywhere.

comfortable and quiet stay

the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. they were cleaned daily and very quiet. a very quick walk to the main square and restaurants (10 minutes). It was about a block from the police station so as a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking back in the dark. one day I forgot and left my safe wide open. after being gone and having my room cleaned, I made the discovery and nothing was gone. these people are so honest!!

Lovely

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff

The neighborhood, with construction right before hotel felt a little sketchy, traveling as a single woman. However, never had any problems, so probably just a perception.

Very clean, perfect location and the best hotel staff in South America!

I always look at cleanliness before anything else when it comes to a hotel. This hotel staff really cared and it showed in how clean our room was.it was in a great location just being 3 blocks from the city center plaza. It was close to great restaurants! The staff were wonderful! Miguel was wonderful. He held our luggage for the two days that we went to Machu Picchu. We decided to stay longer because we were treated so well. When we did check out we didn’t have to get out own taxi. Miguel called a taxi for us to take to the airport. all the staff were there for anything we needed. A complimentary bottled water was provided everyday foe each of us when our room was being cleaned.

We loved everything about this hotel.

Good hotel

Our stay was very good. Helpful staff, good location near the center, good breakfast with yogurt/fruits/eggs/cheese/bread ... , quiet room.

They mentioned in the description about providing a free transfer from the airport, but in reality no: we arranged this in advance but nobody meet us. We wrote them from the airport but they answered that they don't work in this day. It's not a problem to get to the hotel from airport, but they spent our time and none apologized. And we relied on them (
