About this house rental
Nestled in Charlotte, this charming house for R 3,760 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Overlooking a park with disc golf, tennis & basketball, this property is made for your group or family to have an amazing time. It has 4 bedrooms & 3.5 baths with two masters suites, one on the first floor allowing for considerable privacy and ease of use. Fully stocked kitchen as well! Its urban chic theme will get you excited to explore Charlotte and all it has to offer! Spacious open floor plan downstairs with 10 foot ceilings - great for entertaining! Smart TVs in main family room and bedrooms. The home has a master suite on the first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs! It sleeps up to 14! - Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule. - We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed! - We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security. - Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted. Entire unit Located near NoDa one of the hippest neighborhoods in Charlotte. Take a 5 min Uber ride there and enjoy restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Great for afternoons filled with mimosas and laughter at the Company Store into evenings of local artists at the evening muse. Noda is a great stop to relax and and enjoy good times! If you want a true craft beer from a gold medal brewer NoDA brewery is also just a short uber away (around 5 mins). The property was amazing!! Really open and modern layout! Everything was clean and in great condition. It was a 20 minute drive to Winthrop, which was super convenient. This was a really great trip and the living accommodations made it even better!

We loved our stay. The house was a perfect size for our family. We loved being across the street from the park. We had a great time playing tennis and pickle ball at the park across the street. All the beds were really comfortable too.

Check in was easy and friendly. I worked with Amy and Cindy. Communication easy. The house fit everyone we had 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other. Surrounding Neighborhood is a little rough. We had no issues with our property or the rentals around us. Some construction going on behind the house but not at the fault of the owners. Close to almost anywhere you want to go. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best part of the house was the fact that it actually had enough item included to get you through a few days: plenty of toilet paper, dish detergent, dish washer liquid and even laundry detergent. There were 8 people in my party and we never ran out!!! Another plus was that I was able to have open communication with the manager & they responded quickly, this is important when your on vacation and have your day planned. We have used VRBO a lot and haven’t came across too many properties that we can leave a great review on. We really enjoyed this property and would definitely recommend it!!

Best stay ever!
This home is absolutely beautiful! Cindy the host was absolutely amazing, on point and very responsive. The beds were so comfortable.
