That it's right on the beach! Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Reasonably priced airport transfers!

It's very basic! For the price we paid, the room was okay! We triple shared one single bed and one double bed. Could have found better option for this price!

the place is still under construction so there is a lot of noise and building materials around , the pool was dirty. The rooms were beautiful but simple and not so clean . I asked them twice if I could pay with card and they told me I could but when arrived their POS couldn’t accept MasterCard.

Breakfast is amazing with lots of fruits, pancake, eggs and toast. You can also order lunch and dinner there and food for a cheaper price than the restaurants around and the food tastes great. The bungalows are right on the beach so you have a stunning ocean view.

The most important thing to consider about this place is that they are still under construction. The bungalow is very simple and there's a lot of open space in the walls, ceiling and no glass on the windows so a lot of sand gets inside. Combining this with the fact that they don't clean the rooms we ended up having all our clothes, luggage and bed covered in sand. The bathroom doesn't have a door which was weird and we had three spiders living with us in the room. Toilet paper was only on demand and we had to take cold showers for three days because we didn't have hot water. On top of that, the staff was not very helpful and one of the guys working there was beyond rude to me. Every time I talked to him, he would repeat what I said in a squeaky voice like if he was mimicking me. They only accept payments by cash.

Great location - right on the beach. Excellent breakfast - fruits, a pancake, a toast, jam, chocolate, peanut butter, eggs, coffee, tea, fresh juice. The staff was very kind and helpful. Suleiman organized all the trips we wanted to do. Adam was very helpful too. Thank you, guys, for making our holiday a great one. :)

There are no doors of the bathroom. There is no glass at the windows.

Very good breakfast, including fruits, scrambled eggs, toast, etc. Location is the brightest element of this place- 10 meters! from the Ocean

Dinner and lunch- very bad, within 5 meals that we ordered there only 1 was good, the rest sometimes not eatable Cleanliness kindda disaster- very dirty Majority of time wi-fi extremely weak- if You come there for an on-line work double consider, were also days that we were totally out of electricity

View was stunning and the bungalow had an authentic character

Breakfast is excellent, packed with fresh fruits, fresh juice, pancakes, eggs, toasts, Nutella, etc... They're extremely friendly and they can help you organize anything you need in the island.

We had to wait for lunch/dinner about an hour every time we asked for food. Once you understand the pace of the island it's all good. Just order and go back to the beach for 40 min.

I LOVED staying there, the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help, special mention to Miki, Hassan and Adam, thank you guys, oh and their seafood is to die for, I just couldn't get enough

Everything is perfect. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The bed is also super comfortable!

Natural vibe for Zanzibar - laid back atmosphere and great to walk straight to the sea.

Hot wather available only certain hours and water pressure in general quite tricky. Wifi... like island life in general... unpredictable and only available in dining area.

the accommodation was beautiful. unfortunately the beach at this place was not suitable for swimming Great low tide, stones, shallow depth. Swimming is much better in Paje.

The sea view and place being on seafront and this place is very budget-wise.

There was no housekeeping, breakfast was small and too simple, the room was full of mosquitoes and the begging was getting annoying from time to time from neighborhood children and bums, meaning there was no privacy. No real security neither.
