Clean, spacious, well stocked, comfy beds, very quiet and cute location, easy to access off the freeway and avoid some traffic. Good walkability. Safe and secure.

We stayed for three nights around Thanksgiving on a visit to see family. The condo is tucked away off the street (which isn't busy) and felt very cozy and safe. The condo itself was very comfortable, including the beds and living room area. We especially enjoyed the proximity to 23rd avenue and would walk every morning two blocks to a yummy bakery. There are also many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking was very easy and we never had trouble finding a spot close to the unit. We'd stay here again.

Spotless condo in a fantastic location - walking distance to shops/restaurants. We always found a parking spot on the street, but it was always the last available space. Plenty of space for four adults. Highly recommend!

Two friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. The location is perfect with coffee shops and restaurants a short walk away. The beds were comfy and the unit is huge! The kitchen has anything you could ever need. We had the best time and would return in a heartbeat!

Great condo and location in Portland. Condo was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to great dining and shopping.

The property was very spacious for our family of 4. It's in the great location, close to restaurants, shopping, all of attractions, easy to jump on and off highways. It had everything you need either for a short, few nights getaway or a longer stay. Most of all, the host was very attentive, helpful, the communication was very smooth from very beginning. Oh, last but not least, the master bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at this condo! It was in a great location and the neighborhood was amazing! We loved walking to the different restaurants and just the different stores around the neighborhood. We wished we had more time at this location but now we know where to go when we come back to Portland! The owner was also very accommodating and let us store our luggage in the garage since we had a later flight. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay in one of Becky's properties and we enjoyed it quite a bit.

We had a lovely visit and stay at Willamette Heights on the edge of the Nob Hill neighborhood. The condo itself was bright, clean, and plenty spacious for our family of four. The area was exactly what we were looking for: restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores all steps away. Having lived in the Northwest neighborhood in Portland many years ago, I was thrilled to return and to be able to visit my old stomping grounds (and some of my favorite places still here). Becky was very communicative and friendly (as was her daughter Erin) and everything was straightforward and simple with the condo. We would love to stay here again someday!

The property was perfect. Larger than i anticipated it was almost wasted on just two people. The beds were so comfortable it almost made getting up in the morning difficult. The whole space had anything and every thing you would need and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again in the future!

This property is exactly as described, and was an especially comfortable place to stay after taking the train into Portland. Erin and Becky were flexibly and so easy to communicate with. The area is fantastic as well, with lots of options for restaurants, food trucks, and cafes. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is great property in an awesome location. Becky & Erin were very responsive and provided great instructions. The neighborhood was safe & quiet and we never had issues with parking despite the construction across the street. This was our second trip to Portland and we found this property kept us close to some great shopping, restaurants, and other activities we had planned. It was close to Washington Park and a short uber to Providence Park for the Thorns' season opener! Beds were comfortable, living areas were spacious, and having the well-stocked kitchen was invaluable as we gathered items for our next stop on the coast. Having on-site washer/dryer was super helpful too. Check-in & out were super easy too. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely recommend the properties to other friends and family staying in Portland.

This condo is exactly what my family of four needed. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, super quiet but just a short walk down to lots of restaurants and shops, even a small grocery store. The property managers thought of everything and the house is well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was great. I stayed with my 7 year-old daughter and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. Good restaurants, library a block away, great stores, and an easy drive to most of Portland. Apartment was quiet and comfortable.

This location and space were perfect for my friend and I visiting Portland for a show at Moda Center. Tons of great food and shopping within walking distance. Moda was a short Uber away. Definitely don't need a car unless you want to venture out a bit further. I am coming back in Feb/March and will definitely reach out to Becky again. I've never stayed anywhere that had such a responsive host. She was extremely helpful and got back to us quickly.

The location is really convenient, close to the freeway on-ramp. We were thankful for the air conditioning during the heat wave Portland had while we were there. We were able to get parking on the street the whole time we were there as well. There is a little coffee shop, the Dragonfly Cafe, just a block or two from the unit that had great coffee and pastries too!
The beds were comfortable, and the living room was spacious and furniture really comfortable. The kitchen also had pretty much everything we needed.
My only complaints were that when the 3rd floor resident watered their plants on their front balcony, the water rained down on the entryway, dripping on our heads when we were coming or going, and leaving it flooded in water. Also, while we were there, there was construction going on across the street, which resulted in noise fairly early in the morning.

No complaints at all. One suggestion: a step stool for those of us who are less than 5 foot 2. I could not teach the dryer controls or bowls etc in the top cabinet shelves.

Wonderful location and amazing property manager!
With the amazing location and incredible service provided by Becky, I had to write this review. My wife, daughter and I initially were only going to stay two days, but then our plans changed and we wanted to stay an extra two days, but the unit was already booked. Lucky for us, the unit downstairs was available and not booked the day before we wanted to move. Therefore, Becky was kind enough to give us access to the downstairs unit before the check in time, so we could just move our items the morning of our check out on the upstairs unit. This highly simplified our lives and allowed us to keep exploring Portland without having to pack up our stuff and drive to a new rental, especially since we had a lot of camping gear with us. Becky also allowed us to store all of our camping gear in the neighboring garage on the morning of our check out of the lower unit, so we could continue exploring Portland on our last day, and not worry about having a packed car wheverer we went. Overall, Becky was incredible. Super fast responses and very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her.
The two units were also very well maintained. Very clean with all the amenities that one needs. There was some construction going on across the street, but that wasn't a big deal for us and had no construction noise over the weekend. Naturally, the location of the unit is what really stood apart. Having walking distance to awesome restaurants, grocery store, smoothie shop, bakery, parks, etc...was just incredible. Plus also very close driving to Washington Park. I feel like we got a real taste of Portland and now I'm hooked! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the beauty and life that Portland has to offer, while also having a very serene and comfortable place to land at the end of the day. We had an amazing time and can't wait to do it again!

Portland???
Portland is a unique city, a little disappointing because it seems it's lost control to the homeless population. Not sure what the answer is. The neighborhood where the property is located was fun and felt safe. Great neighborhood businesses and fun to walk.

Clean and very comfortable. It was nice to have the deck to sit out on at night. Good size living area. Great access to restaurants and shops. Definitely will be coming back.

Great neighborhood. Sofa bed not a great third bed. Communication with host was great. AC is only in main living/dinning room so if you don’t use fans to direct cool air to hallway and bedrooms it is a tad hot at night. We would stay here again but only if two couples or two people since third person’s bed isn’t a great option.

This is a well stocked and maintained rental condo. The kitchen seemed to have everything a family might need to prepare a meal. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the 23rd Street shops and restaurants.
I would recommend this host to anyone looking to stay in Portland.

This was the perfect spot for our family get-together for a graduation in town. Comfortable rooms great little deck large living area so we could sit and chat and enjoy family we haven’t seen in years. Clean, host is really communicative, no stress property. We can’t wait to go back to Portland and book this property again!

Ideal location, on a quiet block but in a cool, active neighborhood. Street parking easy because it’s sort of a hidden street. Walk to great food, bars, cafes, groceries, beautiful hiking, but also easy access by car to freeway and the whole city. Most of the apartment is one big room with well-equipped kitchen, big light windows, nice little balcony. Bedrooms are small but comfy - one of them has no window. Perfect stay.
