Fabrizio is very nice and helpful. He took good care of our needs. Location, location, location is perfect. Walking distance to just about all the sights and it is on a side street so there is limited noise and not much vehicle traffic. Plenty of street ligh
The apartment is larger than most we have stayed in and is eclectic. There is an elevator but you still have to walk about 12 stairs to get to the apartment.
We definitely recommend this apartment and the owner!

The location was perfect. The apartment is fun. It's nice and quiet, but walking distance from everything. The a/c was great.

I cannot say enough about the location. We were close to everything. Fabrizio was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and went above and beyond. We would stay here again, and plan to, if/when we make it back to Florence.

Fabrizio made the stay easy and everything was exactly as pictured. The place was so very close to the duomo and train station was walking distance to everything. Thanks again

Great location. Walkable to points of interest and restaurants, markets and cafes nearby. Well lit at night and felt safe. Fabrizio also provides small group wine tours in Tuscany region, which we did and would recommend. Great scenic stops with wine tastings and don’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks Fabrizio!

The location of the apartment is its best attribute; you are steps from all Florence has to offer. We didn't need to take a cab anywhere within the city.
The decor is rustic, eclectic, and fun. You certainly feel as though you are living with an Italian who loves art, history, and food. The clothes washer was nice to have, as was the small kitchen (for making quick breakfasts before heading out).
The Owner, Fabrizio, was a joy to work with. He accommodated a late check-in (for a fee), reserved an early-morning cab we needed to get to the airport, and even had a few bottles of wine waiting for us when we arrived.
We would happily stay here again.

Large apartment with everything you could need!
I had such a great experience staying at this property. It was extremely clean, safe, and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. Fabrizio was kind, welcoming, and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay- which, as a solo traveler, was a big plus.

Perfect Location
We stayed here for our longest trip across northern Italy and we're so glad the location was so central. We only took backpacks on our trip so being close to the train station was great. All the destinations were close walking distance as well. The apartment was big enough for the 2 of us but would be good for more people. We appreciated the wine and gift that was there waiting for us when we got there as well.

Needs some updates
Fabrizio was very nice but the apartment needs some attention. Bathroom facility was quite difficult to use, wash machine had some issues, only one towel for each person for 3 days, no wine glasses, the lift way too small. We love Florence but would not stay again.

Very nice spacious apartment set in a nice area of Florence. Very close to the Accademia, shopping, and restaurants. Everything was very clean and the air conditioning worked fantastic. We would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Florence at its Best!
Fabrizio's apartment is in the heart of Florence and is the perfect location from which to venture into the city. It is close to the major train station, Santa Maria Novella, and you are greeted by either Fabrizio or someone of his staff who accompanies you to and shows you your way around the apartment. The apartment itself is very neat and clean with the tiniest of bathrooms. The bedroom is huge! The living area is of nice size with a typical European galley kitchen. The washer and air conditioner are added perks to this great place. Highly recommend Fabrizio's apartment.

Great location in the heart of Florence
Fabrizio was helpful it is a comfortable clean flat. The photos represent the property well. I would give it 5 stars, except for the noise from the street carts in the early mornings. If you are used to city noise it might not bother you.

The location of the rental is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 10 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio. Fabrizio was a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond to all questions. Comfortable beds on a quiet street, what more do you need. A bit of an odd setup as far as the bathroom goes, but it all worked, just give 10 minutes between showers for the hot water to replenish. Thanks Fabrizio.

Firenze è un sogno
Everything about this apartment on the Via della Stufa was great from start to finish. Fabrizio is the consumate italian host: Charming, erudite, warm and easily accessible.
Fabrizio was there to greet us at the Santa Maria Novella train station when we arrived from Milan. The apartment is a short walk away and you begin to get the lay of the land on the way. When we arrived at the apartment Fabrizio loaded our bags into a lift and sent them up to the second floor where the apartment is. 54 steps await your climb to the front door of your abode. Each one well worth it! Fabrizio explains the things you need to know, shows you the keys and leaves you to it. It is well stocked with everything you need to cook every night or not. There are two large and airy rooms and a small bathroom. The eclectic décor adds to the charm. Windows open to let a cooling breeze in when needed. Everything we used worked just fine. Microwave, cooktop, hair dryer, iron all provided for an enjoyable stay.
Florence is easily done by foot. With the majority of the most interesting attractions just blocks away. If cooking for yourselves head out to the Central Market and buy a large variety of food stuffs from individual vendors. Butchers, bakers, spices, green grocers are all open between 0700-1500. There is an ATM on the first floor where the merchants are. On the second floor is a huge variety of ready to eat and cooked to order foods being made right in front of your eyes. Making mozzarella cheese, roasting chickens, baking. Something for everyone. Eat there or take it away. To get there just walk out the apartment door onto the street and turn left. At the next street turn left and then at the next street turn left again. You can't miss it.
Please take the chance to try some of the local restaurants right in your neighborhood. We enjoyed meals at “Da Garibardi”, “Trattoria Vechio Mercato” “TrattoriaZa Za” and “Florens Pizzeria”.
Head in any direction from your apartment and you will run into the most beautiful churches, museums, palaces, gardens and piazzas. Bring sturdy footwear that is broken in and head out the door! Everything is just a short walk away.
We also took advantage of one of the special tours Fabrizio runs for his guests. There are several options that include jaunts into the tuscan countryside for wine tasting, visits to walled cities and enough scenery to make your head spin. Thanks, Fabrizio, we will return!

Perfect location to see the sites!
My husband and I recently spent 5 nights here on our honeymoon. The apartment is quite large and comfortable with lots of room to spread out so you don't feel cramped. The A/C works great.
The location is absolutely unbeatable! Truly, all of the sites are within walking distance. The Central Market is wonderful and literally right down the street. The Duomo is one block over.
We loved our stay here but would mention that the apartment is on the same street where the street vendors store their carts. The carts and garage where they are stored are very loud and those guys get to work really early in the morning. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. The shower is also very small and separated from the toilet by a shower curtain. It works great though and is just part of the adventure!
Fabrizio is a wonderful host and very accommodating. He let us check in early and even had an English-speaking friend meet us at the train station to walk us over to the apartment. He was also very helpful with local recommendations!
Grazie Fabrizio!

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere.
The apartment is as in the pictures. The bathroom shower is a make shift arrangement which is very small. But the location is superb. Right on San Lorenzo square , one minute to the central market, about 10 minutes to the Uffici. Fabrizio was an excellent host. We took the tour to Siena with the wine tasting and it was fabulous.

Perfect Florence location
We stayed 3 nights at Fabrizio's cool apartment. On the 2nd floor, its easy access on broad steps and has an elevator that is snug for folks but ideal for getting luggage up and down. The aprtment is decoreated in what can only be described as funky oddball. I loved it. a wind up gramophone, typewriter, mannequins, - even a guitar. The bathroom is a bit snug and an adventure in creative plumbing - just don't bank on being able to go to the toilet when someone else is showering. Fabrizio is a delightful host who is organized and helpful and a delight to communicate with. The apartment is located on a very quiet street very close to the Duomo, Galleria dell'Accademia, Medici Chapel and easy walks to pretty much everything. Its just around the corner from Mercato Centrale and has a few restaurants in the neighborhood. The best of these being Osteria Pepo. If I return to Florence, I will be contacting Fabrizio. Oh yes, be sure to take him up on the offer of a day car tour to Monteriggioni, Siena and San Gimignano. Its definitely worth the discounted price.

Amazing location and plenty of room for a family of five.

Apartment Rental in Florence
Our stay was great! This apartment is in downtown Florence and three blocks from a number of great historic sites. The cafes and restaurants in the areas are wonderful--great variety. The apartment was so convenient for us and we could walk wherever we needed to from our rental. Really lovely! Fabricio, the owner, was available and responded to questions right away. Great location and stay!

Loved our stay
My friend and I stayed at this lovely accommodation for 5 nights. We loved everything about it, from the beginning when we were met at the train station and taken back to the accommodation, to the excellent location, to the comforts of the accommodation. We highly recommend staying here.

STYLISH APARTMENT IN LOCATED IN WONDERFUL PLACE
I was in Florence for the first time and it was amazing. The apartment was located in the city centre near historic sights, restaurants and excellent food market. It was convenient that the apartment was near the centre, because we could make a pause during a sightseeing. Florence is full of the museums, historical buildings, nice people, great food and excellent cafes. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and made with a exquisite taste. There are a lot of very interesting things like old espresso maker, very nice paintings etc. In the apartment there are a lot of very interesting books about art and travelling. It was very good that we could go to the food market near and then we could cook the fresh meal from the local food. Fabrizio was willing to help and answer our questions. When we were leaving for the Czech Republic we couldn't find the bus station and Fabrizio helped us very much. Thank you again! We are looking forward to coming back.
