Gorgeous Elk Track Lane ski-in/ski-out spacious home located just steps away from the high speed Strawberry Park chairlift and Beaver Creek Village. You can't get closer to the slopes and village than this property. This home is luxuriously appointed and the exterior and interior have recently gone thru a renovation/redecoration. An Open Floor Plan and very large bedrooms. A BUILT IN humidifier on each floor which MAKES MOUNTAIN LIVING MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE. Sleeping better. Very important for making your time on the mountain enjoyable. Like non other. Arguably the closest home with mountain views to a High Speed Lift in Beaver Creek. Luxurious Townhome PERFECTLY SITUATED for mountain views, ski in/out, immediate village access for restaurants, shopping, and ice skating rink. Skiing can be a pain in the butt if it is not convenient and you have to take a shuttle bus, deal with crowded parking lots or even worse walk with all of your ski gear for a block or 2 just to get to the slopes. That is not the case with this location! It is right at the base of the ski slopes between the Centennial and Strawberry Park Ski Lifts and on the lane directly across the street from the famous Beaver Creek chapel. You can also easily walk to everything in Beaver Creek Village or there is also a free dial a ride shuttle that can take you anywhere you need to go in BC. Amenities include full gourmet kitchen (ice machine, microwave drawer, dual oven, gas range, etc.), fireplace, HBO & SHOWTIME with smart TV's, high speed internet access, private hot tub . Beautiful view to see Centennial lift/run area and on-mountain fireworks. Spacious to accommodate 6 adults and 5 children, ages eleven to five - everyone could have their own space. Kitchenware/silverware was nicely stocked. Nice kitchen appliance features: Boiling hot water dispenser, ice machine, reverse osmosis water faucet, and trash compactor. Enjoyed heated floors in tiled foyer, halls, kitchen, bathrooms, as well as, steam shower, and bathroom heat lamps - not to mention the hot tub. An added bonus was the heated garage.

We absolutely loved this property. The location cannot be beat in BC— for the skiers in the group, we walked the 20 steps to the end of the lane and hopped on the run called Bitterroot and skied the 20 yards or so to Strawberry Park Express. You could also go down and ski across the bridge to Centennial lift. For the non-skiers (over half our group), it was a very short walk to the village- basically, go down some steps, cross the street and walk 30 yards. This combo of great village access and ski in / out was awesome and very rare in BC.
The home itself was also fantastic - clean, great open living / kitchen space with plenty of comfy seating for a big group (major pet peeve of mine when a rental has no comfortable upholstered furniture!), great kitchen, and the bedrooms are below the living space on multiple floors which meant no one sleeping could hear the early risers or night owls - ideal. (If you had people sleep in the loft bedroom this would not apply to that room but we didn’t use it.)
Very fun having both the private hot tub and the Osprey hot tub and heated pool (which also has a steam room and sauna you can use).

The property's location is terrific for either skiing or visiting Beaver Creek village. Either is a short walk. Although we didn't take advantage of this, guests have access to the nearby Osprey Hotel's amenities. The house has all the bells and whistles: ice maker, centralized humidification, trash compactor, 3 different coffee makers, hot tub on a bedroom deck (you can also use the Osprey's hot tub, pool, sauna and steam bath. hospital beds to raise your head and/or feet, radiant heat with thermostats in every room, etc., etc. Kitchen cabinets are full of items like flour, salt, sugar, spices. The property is a wee bit tired as you would expect from a rental of this calibre but the biggest asset of all is the owner's enthusiastic willingness to answer any question, make suggestions, etc.

Wonderful property, extremely well located ski in/out property located in the village of Beaver Creek. A well appointed townhome with all the amenities/conveniences a family requires for ski holiday, spacious living and dining area, cozy bedrooms, great kitchen with views of the mountain. Minutes to ski or walk to lift and/or ski school drop off area and dining/shopping offered at Beaver Creek village. Terrific host who is available to answer questions and make recommendations to help you make the most of your family holiday.

We were a group of 7 adults staying for a week. The apartment had ample living space and the bedrooms were big. The kitchen was large and well equipped for cooking. The apartment was an easy walk to the main chairlifts and the beaver creek village. There was a ski in / ski out opportunity to the strawberry park express lift. One minor comment was one of the shower heads in one bathroom did not work properly. However overall the apartment was an excellent choice for a ski holiday in Beaver Creek. The host Palmer was also very responsive and helpful.

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was at Palmers lovely home on the slopes at Beaver Creek Village. This home is nestled between Strawbeery lift and Centennial lift making it super convenient to access either lift. The views from the kitchen and family room are to die for.
We had family staying nearby and the convenience to the Village made it easy to meet for ice skating, dinner and drinks.
Communication with Palmer was flawless, he always addressed any questions we had immediately.
We can’t wait for another wonderful vacation at Palmers place in the future.

My family and I spent New Years at this very special property. The ski in/ski out access and walkability to town are unparalleled. We have stayed in many different locations in Beaver Creek over the years, and this was our favorite yet! Palmer was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, and we hope to be back soon!

We loved our time in this beautiful rental! We have a large family (4 kids, 2 son in laws and a grandson). Our skiers and snowboarders enjoyed the convenience of the location. And my daughter, grandson and I loved being able to watch the skiers/snowboarders from the living room.
The home was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. And the available firewood was greatly appreciated.
We did use the amenities at the Osprey and we also spent a lot of time in the village…shopping and eating. We did not need a car. Instead, we hired a private shuttle to get our entire family to and from the airport. We used Instacart to shop and deliver groceries. Everything we needed was in the village (A cute little market has just opened in the village for anything else you might need grocery-wise. And next to it, a wine and spirits store will be opening soon) There is a free shuttle available but we never needed it.
Everyone had wonderful accommodations: comfortable beds, enough privacy, and televisions available. And the living space was perfect for large families wanting to eat together and play games.
We had such an amazing time making memories with our family in this beautiful home. We are forever grateful to our amazing hosts!

We were in Beaver Creek for my son’s wedding and loved everything about this penthouse condo. It is located right in the center of Beaver Creek just above the ice rink. The floor plan is wonderful with a large open concept from the high end kitchen to the living area and has a big dining space plus two more tables for dining as well- loved having the powder room. With a large group it was wonderful to have 4 bedrooms all with en-suite baths. A big washer and dryer, balcony for sitting outside, lots of stocked staples, access to the Park Hyatt pool and health club & a private parking garage were great amenities- definitely would recommend- 5 stars!

Beaver Creek Adventure
This was a great property for our family with a central location to restaurants and activities. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen was in good working order. The carpets were newly cleaned so we had to put the furniture back in place but we knew the place was clean! Our host, Palmer was very helpful and proactive in calling to help us get in his place, fix the stuck windows and hot tub so everything was functioning properly. It was a very positive VRBO experience and we enjoyed our time there! Thanks Palmer!

Perfect location!!!
We were two families staying for spring skiing, with adults, a teen, tweens, and elementary age kids. This location was awesome! It’s hard to appreciate how close to the Strawberry Park lift (which is also outside the door of the Osprey Hotel’s boot and ski valet) this townhome is located. It’s literally about 100 yards down the snow that’s located steps to the left of the garage! Skiers in the group need to be able to handle a blue run to ski in to the property, just fyi. But if you decide to use the Osprey Hotel’s ski and boot valet instead, you just walk down the steps to the right of the garage and walk 25 yards to the door of the Osprey. So easy!!! There’s also access to the Osprey amenities (heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, etc), and the bar there is staffed by some some awesome guys for your aprés beverages. The private hot tub located outside the door of the kids’ bedroom was a huge hit with the kids, and they were in it about every night for hours! Lots of board games located in the cabinets of that room as well. Another great bonus was the whole-home humidity system, which was SO helpful for the sinuses of those of us traveling from the humid south. The home was very clean; however the one area that could use some “spring cleaning” was the kitchen. We were surprised to find every cabinet space stuffed with food from previous guests. Some of that is actually welcome (leftover sugar packets, unopened coffee bags, etc); however, there was very little storage for the food we bought for our week-long stay, and much of it was previously opened packaged foods, condiments in the fridge, and frozen goods (which I personally would never feel comfortable consuming since I have no idea how long they’ve been there). There was also plenty of products left from previous tenants, many of which were very appreciated; such as garbage bags, foil, cling wrap, dish soap and (new)sponges, laundry products, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, etc. Overall, this townhome was fantastic; and although it was further away than we’re used to being from the aprés events, fires, and live music on the opposite side of the village near the Hyatt, the extremely short lift lines out of strawberry park more than made up for the extra 3-5 minute walk!!! Thanks for a great trip!!

Perfect location!
We had a great stay at this home. It’s a few steps away from the ski lift and an easy walk into BC village. Doesn’t get much better. Plus you get access to the Osprey amenities, which is right next door. House was clean and well appointed. The owner and house manager were easy to reach and communication was great. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Ultimate Ski in/out Home!
This location is unbeatable! It is right next to an uncrowded high speed lift. You simply walk down some steps to the Osprey hotel where the ski valet stores your gear, put your boots on a warmer, and even puts skis outside while you’re changing into your ski boots. Then it’s 10 steps to the lift.
Was there over a peak Christmas week and never had to endure a line here more than 3 minutes!
The home is large and well appointed and there is a humidifier system that relieves the normal mountain dryness.
The great room is fantastic with beautiful large window views!
Palmer was great to work with and reached out to make sure our stay was spectacular! Definitely will come again!

Amazing Location & Views
Everything was just magnificent. The location is perfect. We have stayed at 4 other properties over the years at Beaver Creek, and this was by far the best location. To be able to sit in the great room or dining table and see people skiing down the slopes, was just beautiful. It was also very convenient to have access to the Osprey Hotel heated pool and hot tub. We actually had friends who stayed in the Osprey Hotel and walked over to visit with us. It’s right next door. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I cannot overstate our happiness with this home. The location could not be any more convenient. The views are breathtaking!! The different levels of the house gave everyone in our family privacy while having a beautiful family room and kitchen area to gather. The kitchen was fully stocked to allow you to make many wonderful meals. I truly could not be happier with this home!!

Best ski-in/ski-out home location I've had. You can put your ski's on just past the next driveway over, put your skis on and ski down to the Strawberry lift. There wasn't a wait on the strawberry lift all week.

TRUE ski in and ski out, excellent location!
We were looking for a 5 bedroom, true ski in and ski out townhouse and this was exactly what this was. For our party of 10 people it was extremely comfortable and cozy. We spent most of the time in the big, welcoming family room and the large dining table served both as a place to gather for dinner and an office for our college kids to do their school work while virtual learning. Excellent amenities and glad to have the essentials such as laundry and kitchen. Excellent communication with property manager. Given the opportunity we would absolutely come back!

Loved this house!
We arrived on Christmas Eve with lots of groceries and loved the easy access to the house.
If we had questions the owner was always accessible. The location couldn't be beat! While
eating breakfast we could actually see the bottom of the lift and know the lift lines were short.
Walking into the village center took minutes! Leaving our skiis at the Osprey Hotel made
getting our family on and off the slopes very simple. The accommodations were excellent
and very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub both at the house and also the Osprey. We
enjoyed every minute and would love to return!

My family and friends had a wonderful spring break week! The unit is amazing, well located, well furnished, ample space and really really clean....and just steps from The Osprey Hotel ski valet. The owner is very attentive to our needs with great recommendations of the area. We love BC, great for kids ski school.....with this great unit and the best ski school, we plan on coming back every year for years to come.
