Located just four houses from the ocean and on the East side of A1A Beach Boulevard, it's a spacious, four bedroom, two-story house, family friendly and fully furnished. The home is stocked with all necessary items to make you beyond comfortable. Two separate yet attached areas: Downstairs offers an office with wireless high speed Internet, a private yoga/meditation room, a spacious & comfy TV room. Downstairs offers are two bedrooms (one with three twin beds, the other with a full) and a bathroom with a shower/tub. Upstairs offers a bright & beachy kitchen, dining room, large living room, two bedrooms (both with queen beds). Upstairs has built-in speakers so you can groove to your iPod or the stereo while enjoying the chill beach lifestyle. Additionally, there are two large sofas in the house. Beautiful furnishings and artwork adorn the entire home. Private outdoor hot/cold shower. This property is available to rent a total of six months out of every two year time frame. We kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy. Parties with more than 8 people, regardless of age, will be asked to immediately vacate the property. A few other things to consider: We are the 4th house from the sand - no street to cross to get to the beach. If you're looking to cave out on vacation, this probably isn't the spot for you. We value family time and the great outdoors. There's notably a lack of electronics in the house - you'll find only one 24" Smart TV with Wifi. You'll also note that there's aren't any reviews of this property. We've had five really successful seasons of renting, all with rave reviews. That said, we take the house off vacation websites when it's not for rent so we loose all the reviews. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
