View from room was not the same as on booking page

Good location, close to 7/11 shop and food market, nice and polite staff

1. View from the room was not same as I booked. It's written high floor and photos of unblocked city view on booking page. I got a low floor and not beautiful view. For the same price better I would go to another hotel with beautiful view from the high floor. 2. Kitchen furniture set was not so clean, creaky doors, old furniture, shower from the wall (not comfortable at all)

Good hotel overall

Functional hotel, two decent pools, good breakfast, friendly staff

Not much, just one small thing: felt like we were in a secondary hotel (different building) but it was still OK.

Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt empfehlenwert. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist OK.

Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, um Bangkok zu erkunden. Die Taxipreise sind niedrig. Restaurants gibt es in der nahen Umgebung einige zur Auswahl. Der Pool ist ein Zusatzbonus. Frühstück und Mittagess wird preiswert und gut angeboten.l

Die Ausstattung ist schon teilweise abgewohnt. Duschen nur in der Badewanne möglich.

I recommend this hotel. They sent my lost and found accurately and quickly. It is close to the main street and the accommodation is quiet. Mr. Benz Thank you so much for finding my AirPods.

The room I stayed in was unfortunate because the shower was fixed. I hope it's been replaced when I go there later!

Not great, not terrible

The staff was really nice and ready to help. The dining room and main bedroom of the double bedroom apartment were very spacious. The area is good, we felt safe. Cleaning was good.

It was ok value for the money overall, but I’m sure one can find better in Bangkok. The double bedroom apartment was in the old building. It was very noisy at night, had old furniture and amenities, lacked a washing machine & a coffee maker. We asked for an apartment at an upper floor weeks in advance and got one at the 5th floor.

飯店環境乾淨整齊，所有工作人員都很親切，大廳還備有茶水及果汁可供飲用，床的軟硬適中，躺起來挺舒服的，住起來挺舒適的!

1. 房間內附有微波爐及大冰箱非常方便 2. 電視有Netflix 及YouTube 可以觀看 3. 有免費的嘟嘟車可以接駁到附近的捷運站 4. 飯店旁邊有一家7-11可以買東西 5. 早餐也很豐盛

唯一比較不喜歡的一點是蓮蓬頭無法取下，不太方便使用。

Great Place and Location.

Beautiful suites. We booked them because we require two bedrooms as a family and these suites suited us perfectly. The location was great not in central bust Bangkok but close enough to everything. We also liked that they had a Hotel Tuktuk that took you to Silom Square for free. My 4 year old loved that. The staff was also very nice. We arrived 3 hours before normal checkin time but they were kind enough to let us check in and go to the rooms. The breakfast buffet was also good, good value.

The PowerPoints in the smaller room weren't working on the first day but this was resolved quickly once I complained to front desk.

Sehr Komfortables Bett, Gutes Frühstück und reichlich Auswahl, Sehr viel Platz, Sehr freundliches Personal, Schöne Poolbar, Gute Lage

Beim Duschen geht durch die nur halb anwesende Glasscheibe mal etwas daneben aber nicht der Rede wert.

The staff were friendly and easy to talk with. Definitely an experience to remember. The room is really big! This hotel knows what is the meaning of relaxation. And also, if you are planning to surprise your partner, just contact them and they will prepare everything for the surprise! My birthday became more special because of them. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! Definitely will refer this hotel to my family and friends. Did i mention that it is not expensive? Yes it's not expensive at all!

Good for families

Really nice location, big apartment with a nice view. The kitchen had everything. Great the two pools and good room service. We had a great time.

Very good

Staff very friendly. Hotel and room was clean and nice.

No good location / lobby for holding business talks and meetings. As well bar area at the pool is somewhat not nice, did not enjoy that much.

A pleasant stay!

My family and friends were happy with the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Happy shopping, happy trip. The lobby sitting area is spacious, a good place of meeting and discussion for all of us.
