Didn’t meet my expectations. Very disappointing

Not very clean bathrooms, Wi-Fi kept going off, Bed Broke, No trash can, Jacuzzi tub jets discharged dirty nasty water from not cleaning, parking garage horrible scratched vehicle due to tight entrance.

Location was great and we loved the hot tub and sauna.

Was nice except for those issues

Location and room, nice view from penthouse close to everything

Never was told the indoor pool and whirlpool was close for repairs, outdoor pool is not heated could not use either during our stay. There was some kind of work going on near our unit that created a vibration noise Monday and Tuesday was

Pleasant

Location was great. Beach was not crowded. Beds were comfortable and unit had plenty of space. Close to attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet.

First foot or so of carpet was very wet upon arrival. It was where the kitchen tile met the carpeting. Because of this, there was a mildew smell in the downstairs the next day. I bought a couple plugin air fresheners and those took care of the smell for the rest of the trip. There was dried food stain/spray on the wall next to the light switch at the bottom of stairs. It was like someone had some food in their mouth then sneezed on the wall. I was able to wipe it clean with a wet wash cloth. One of the outlets in the kitchen was pretty loose. Some of the other outlets only the top one would work and not the bottom or vice versa. Parking garage had very very tight turns between levels. I barely got out of it to park in the outside lot. Living room TV remote did not work. Not sure if it needed new batteries but it seemed pretty beat up. My door code was "turned off" before 10am on day of check out. My daughter jogged early every morning and could not unlock the door at 8:00am on check out day. I had to let her in. What if all of us went to breakfast that morning and would have been locked out? Really these were all small things by themselves. But when you add them up, it becomes a bigger issue. Would I stay there again, probably. But I would only if I could not find somewhere else to stay.

Awesome place will be back

The view was awesome the entire place was clean and comfortable

I did not receive my email with room number or code to room before arriving I had no clue where to go but I call customer service and they sent me what I needed right away so I was happy

The room was beautiful and the view was great

The parking garage was to tight. And there were cockroaches. And the 4pm check in sucked. Paid $65 to check in 2 hrs early. Ridiculous

Superb

Nice view, the apartment was ready on time, place was clean, everything you need is in this apartment.

The only thing that I didn’t like about this place was the security guard in the building. He is supposedly the one in charge and checks you in ver nicely in the arrival but than he’s like a completely different person screaming at you and telling you READ THE SIGN! and the residents that live there ugh especially this one lady that acted like she owned the building, only lives there. she was furious bc my kids were wet coming from the pool duh!! yelling at my kids and telling them to get out and taking pictures of them. Telling my kids to have common sense. If you have children I wouldn’t recommend this place. Children are children!

best area for a more quiet less crowded stay!

best location for peace and quiet close enough to go enjoy the hustle and bustle but beach was not overcrowded on this end!!

pool closes kinda early and the parking deck is the worst ever!!!!

It was great for what we were looking for.

The location was great. We loved that there were two floors where we could spread out. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and hot tub at the property. Everyone we met was very friendly. The hosts, Hosteeva, were extremely responsive.

A number of the light bulbs were burnt out, which is an easy thing for the cleaning person to check after each visit. The whole place could use an update. It was good for the price, but the decor was very dated.

Parking extremely difficult in navigating through very tight ramps between floors light bulbs were out kitchen ceiling light flickered was a visual nuisance kitchen sink handle came off Property needed better maintenance between bookings Sean the property manager went over and above he was the saving grace All in all it was better than satisfactory
