The location is perfect if you want to be in a quiet neighbourhood. By metro we had like 15 min drive to Centraal station. People working there are so nice and they explain everything you want to know. So friendly and really good energy. Breakfast was amazing it had so many choices and the food was delicious.

de locatie was uitstekend voor een bezoek aan het concert.
prijs kwaliteit is gewoon belachelijk. Voor deze prijs verwacht ik meer comfort en luxe. Vlekken op het tapijt, geen leuke extraatjes is de badkamer of kamer dat de hoge prijs van 500 euro kan verrechtvaardigen.

Locatie was top. Dichtbij Ziggo Dome. Bedden lagen lekker, goede verduisterende gordijnen en grote douche. Veel handdoeken tot onze beschikking, ookal waren we er maar 1 nacht.
De deur naar de badkamer was wat doorzichtig. Je zag de persoon dat was wat apart.

Nothing it was worst experience
The hospitality was worst.. the booked room was very small and not worth for accommodation when complained to hotel they denied to serve better.
The provided bed broke as it was not in good condition.. when complained there was no proper response.
when we tried to cancel the booking they denied and asked us to contact booking.com and asked us to pay additional charges for cancellation.

L’hôtel est situé proche de restaurants , commerces cinéma ect
Le métro est à moins de 10min à pieds il est très facile de se rentre dans le centre d’Amsterdam en 30min max
La chambre était spacieuse et propre et le personnel de l’hôtel très accueillant et sympathique

Supermarkt 24/7, vriendelijk personeel! Loopafstand.
Het was vies! Het tapijt is hartstikke vies, de douchegordijn voor vervanging rijp..
Het bed vonden wij te hard, waardoor we niet goed konden slapen.

Das Hotel war nicht außergewöhnlich, aber in Ordnung.
Das Parken kostete 32€ pro Tag. Ein absoluter Wucher.
Zumal beim Check-in (Freitag) 25€ am Parkautomaten stand, beim Check-out (Montag) dann 32€.
Zudem sollte zumindest für Gäste ein Rabatt gegeben werden.
Das Bad ist direkt neben dem Bett und hat nur eine Glastür. Es ist entsprechend hellhörig und lichtdurchlässig.

The inside coffee provided is quite good, every day I will take it .

The room is quite clean and the reception is quite polite . Generally speaking , the location is ok, with almost 10 minutes walk distance to the nearst Metro station .
I have left my charger in the room , however , it cannot be found anymore , after two times check , it was still not found . I would like to say , it is really a problem , when guest left the room and forgot to take some thing , it can not be found anymore . There must be something wrong in the hotel management .

De ligging was vlak bij de ziggodome! 10 min. Lopen.
Goed ontbijt, voldoende keuze.
Leuke mini gym.
De slaapbank was voor 2 personen erg smal. Deze was opgemaakt met een 1 persoons dekbed.
Hierdoor hebben we slecht geslapen omdat we half onder de dekens lagen.
Diner was slecht georganiseerd. Geen structuur in de bediening. Hierdoor lang wachten om te bestellen. Drankje wel besteld, niet geleverd.
Fout op de rekening hierdoor.

Comfortable bed, not too far from Bijlmer Arena and Metro station. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff at desk were all great. Ice Machine on 4th floor was a positive.
Some descriptionindicated mini-bar/refrigerator in room, but there was none. Carpet in my room had been cleaned but was worn and stained.

Kingsize bed verwacht, bed was klein. De kamer was zeer smerig, overal stof. De vloerbedekking erg smerig. Geen bad alleen maar een douche.

Die dekorative Gestaltung des Zimmers war sehr gut gelungen. Auch sind die Fenster bzw. das Zimmer insgesamt gut gedämmt, sodass man wenig von dem Umgebungsgeräuschen hört. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl. Die Lage war für uns nicht entscheidend, jedoch waren wir mit dem Auto recht schnell im Zentrum.
Als wir angereist sind, gab es scheinbar in der Nähe eine größere Veranstaltung, sodass alle Parkplätze vom Hotel mitbenutzt werden konnten (trotz Schranke). Leider haben wir nicht auf Anhieb einen Parkplatz gefunden, da viele Parkplatznutzer ungünstig geparkt haben. An der Rezeption ist man uns hier jedoch sehr entgegengekommen.

Schöne Zimmer mit fast allem was man braucht, leckeres reichliches Frühstück, und nette Mitarbeiter. Mit der perfekt organisierten Metro zu der man in wenigen Minuten gelangt und die alle 10 Minuten fährt lässt sich das Zentrum in 10 Minuten erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel .
Leider gibt es keine Toilettenbürste.
Das ist für den Gast eine Zumutung und unangenehm und auch wie ich finde für das Reinigungspersonal. Ich finde man sollte den Mitarbeitern nicht zumuten diese Reinigung durchzuführen.

We really like staff at the hotel, ladies at the reception were really helpful and staff in the restaurant was just the best . Generally really nice spot close to everywhere .
Easy access to shopping, food or station. 20 min to central Amsterdam by train or bike you can hire in the hotel.the room we had had best bathroom with both shower and Bath
The coffee, sugar and the glasses in the room service were not provided on daily basis. There could be bigger wardrobe or some clothes shelfs as we kept our clothes in the bags

paid the same price for a room in the nicer part of the hotel but didnt get breakfast with it, didnt state that at all when i asked neither

A part from check in time, everything else was great, room was big with a good view, very clean and quiet at night, bed was comfortable , staff were super friendly , breakfast was ok, location was not bad considering the proximity of the train station
On arrival, our room was not ready for us to check in so we had to wait for one hour in the lobby for the room to be cleaned and ready which was not convenient!
