Location
They asked us to go to local store and buy toilet paper and garbage bags because they only provide that for the first day. How ridiculous

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and had a stunning view of the ocean from the pool/reception area. There is no private access to the beach as we thought but the hotel provide a shuttle service to get to the beach which was quick and easy. The breakfast provided was really good and had lots of variety. The room and common areas were really clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the ocean.
The hotel is pretty far from the town where all the restaurants are (approx 20-30 minute walk depending where you go). Given you need to go into town every night for dinner as the hotel doesn’t have a dinner service it can become a little tedious. The roads are very dark at night if you are walking. I would suggest hiring a bike or having a car to get to and from the town. The facilities in the room were limited given the cost eg there was a coffee machine but no coffee provided, no soap for the dishes and no cleaning service.

Incredible location and pool with a view! Loved relaxing on the balcony off our hote room
Rooms and bathrooms themselves are simple but had everything we needed

The location of the residence and the landscaping is charming.
The interior design of the apartment is outdated. Old furniture including 20 years old smoke detector.
Reception closing early afternoon making it impossible to handle any issue in the evening (no hot water for shower due to faulty boiler).
Ordering breakfast previous day by the piece you would like to eat is ridiculous (ending up 0.5 kg cheese one morning and 0.1 kg the next day for two people)
Cleaning staff trying to enter the apartment without knocking while we are inside and lack of English speaking from their part telling us something about "policia" which ended up meaning that she wanted to polish inside.
Expectation for the price we paid was not this service and accomodation!

The view from the pool is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi were lovely (although the jacuzzi was closed for one of the days), apartment was good, location was quiet. Cute tiki bar near beach for brunch. Hotel fed the stray cats in the area so they were not a nuisance, very nice to see. Despite initially advising they could not accept our early arrival time we were able to check in early which was great
Advertised 200m from the beach, it was actually 550m (measured on GoogleMaps) as the direct access route has been fenced off and you have to walk on a fairly busy road with no path (also the route taken to town which is a mile away, not ideal when returning late at night on an unlit road). We were not informed when booking the advertised beach was actually 'closed' as we were later informed by the hotel manager, and on our final day they finally put out hotel facilities on the beach (as the other hotels in the area had open throughout our stay) but locked them and refused to give us the code for the lock resulting in us having to pay for sun beds/parasol. The staff's English was limited and multiple staff members were rude to us. There was a half a toilet roll in the apartment when we arrived and their initial reaction to us asking for more was refusal saying we should provide our own. Transfers from the airport are mentioned in the advert but turned out to be a very expensive taxi (105 Euros one way). The town, most restaurants and the nearest supermarket are around a mile away slightly uphill so the trip involved a lot of walking. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were told we had to book any food a day in advance and there were limited options.

Nice ocean-view within a beautiful green garden.
The staff was very friendly - especially Lisa, many thanks to her!! :-)

The staff, location and views were first class. Breakfast was good. The only negative thing to say is on your website it says there is a path direct from the hotel to the beach but this has been closed for quite a long time. You have to take the road to the beach. Overall it was very good.

the view and the personnel made the stay perfect
in their page it says they have a private beach, but in fact it was not “private”. maybe because we went a little bit before the season start

Nice pool and easy access to the beach
We were told we couldn’t use the sun beds at the front of the beach because they “are the hotel owner’s sun beds” ……
The jacuzzi was closed.
Food menu was limited and you had to order your breakfast the day before.
The rooms were not cleaned once in a whole week.

Amazing sea view and proximity to beach
Very quiet
Note on location - it's a long walk into town for evening meal. Excellent for the beach but not for town
Rooms are very dated and need upgrading
Needs better Aircon (no Aircon in bedroom)
No umbrellas for shade at the pool

The location of the property is really nice a lovely view to the sea and the pool was very nice.
The beach was very clean and beautiful clear waters, the life guards were very helpful and were very polite and willing to help.
Unfortunately the clientele seems to have changed dramatically, there were five families that stayed at the same time as us and they just took over the whole place , they were extremely loud and played their own music at the pool very loudly , drank to excess , people were avoiding them where ever they were, there are more young families with young children and unfortunately we had a couple next door to us who argued and screamed at each other until the early hours.
I would not recommend the resort for couples wanting a quiet stay as the resort is mainly family oriented.
The lunch time offerings were I hate to say left wanting, I ordered a ceaser salad and for 16 euros it was very low standard, a glass bowel filled with Coss lettuce a few small chunks of chicken , a couple of bread crumb and a cheese sauce that seemed to be from a low quality variety from a jar, I left it hardly touched.
The staff were very young girls who seemed to be slightly put out if you asked them for something but did eventually assist with some degree of courtesy.
The room we had was in a lovey position with a sea view but the decor was looking a little tired now.
Overall the location was great and with if the details I mentioned addressed it could be a lot better.

The location is really nice. The view was amazing and it was super nice to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif in our balcony. The hotel doesn’t serve dinner but but they shared tips for Villasimius’s restaurants which are less than 10 min away and there are also shops where to buy groceries - the bedrooms come with a kitchenette where simple meals can be prepared and dinner in the balcony overlooking the sea is always a good choice.

Everything else was great. Full kitchen, comfy beds, absolutely lovely staff. Best part is the view from the pool area (and the pool area itself). A lot of scenic beaches around with possibility to walk to the bigger one. Our best stay in Sardinia.
The 2-bedroom apt doesn't have a view and no table inside.
