Uzasna lokalita, priatelsky personal, utulna a cista izba.
Nemame ziadne vyhrady.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the Duomo and Uffizi. The staff made excellent dining recommendations. The rooftop area is very nice, especially at night.
The hotel was hard to find. There are two numbering systems on that street, one for shops/restaurants and one for others like the hotel. There are a lot of stairs to climb to reach the elevator but not uncommon for Europe.

The trek up 2 staircases with luggage. No help getting up stairs.

Wonderful friendly staff. Superb roof terrace with views
It doesn’t have a lift so not so good for those with mobility issues. But the stone staircases add to the charm

very nice accommodations and location.
Mattress was too hard.

Location was good. The room was a good size.
The bed was like concrete, the pillows were about 1cm thick. The room was terribly noisy, both from the street til 3am and then from the room next door from 7am. They should have informed me that this room was incredibly noisy.

Good location.
An old building with 27 steps to negotiate before reaching the lift made it very difficult with luggage.

The location is excellent and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

the location was great, the room was spacious, clean and modern
contrary to what was written on Booking, you can’t have breakfast in the hotel. plenty of places outside but it means you have to get out
also, the noise during the night can be a bit bothering

Excellent position.
It is not really a "boutique hotel"... it's a building with some "rooms for rent".
The elevator is hard to find... even after the 36 steps.
Rooms would need some renovation... especially the doors.
No breakfast available... overpriced for what is offered!

Sometimes bulb light disappears probably due to mechanical problem.

There is not breakfast, but in the location there is many coffes and restaurants.
I did not like just the water control, because there is not water at ease.

the team is very helpful. location is perfect.
we did not have a coffee machine in the room. when you are in italy you expect to drink some coffee in the room 😜
also the building was so old the facilities never seem to clean.

I love the feeling of walking up the stairs, as you are entering a more residential building and getting a feel for Florence's life. Plus the roof view is really cool and to be next to Dante's house and church was very special.

great location, walking distance to all tourist attractions and lots of restaurants.
staff are super lovely and helpful, very welcoming.
had to carry luggage up a lot of stairs to get to the reception of the hotel.
walls are paper thin, can hear everything people next door are doing. also lots of street traffic, very noisy at night and early in the morning.

Fantastic location. Brilliant rooms and staff.
Think there should be a warning about tge amount of steps to access the hotel. Only a lift from the 1st floor to 2nd. Its a struggle with cases.

located very close to the termini train station. Very clean.
The bathroom walls and doors were frosted glass. I was traveling with my granddaughter so awkward. Entry had 10-15 stairs up so difficult to get to lobby.

We loved the ambiance of the neighborhood, and the hotel. It felt like we were living with the Italian people. It was centrally located so we didn’t have to take a taxi to most sights and restaurants.
Nothing. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel.

Everything!! The location, the staff, the cleanliness and the unique extras (library area and rooftop).
