C'est toujours un plaisir de visiter la Turquie surtout Istanbul.

L'emplacement stratégique de l'établissement, la dame a l’accueil Mme. Nigar était sympathique et serviable. la propreté de la chambre était au top un grand merci a Mme. Nurag.

Une petite remarque a propos du personnel du restaurant, il est souhaitable de parler au moins l'anglais.

Nisantasi short stay

Loved the location, a walk away from the center of Nisantasi, and a 15 minute walk to Taksim. Close to all the restaurants and amenities. Try Mr. Hamza burger (wow). The metro is a 3 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Miss Nigar ( such a wonderful smile) and thanks to all the staff at the reception!

The breakfast didn’t have much options !

Superb

We stayed for 11 nights. The hotel is close to metrostation and bus stations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, especially Nigar, she was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Very good

Excelent location, close to Metro Station! 5 min walking distance to center of Nisantasi. Multi-storey " Ispark Otopark " car park 5 minutes away.

Road in front of hotel was like after war. There was no any sign to indicate that was under repair.

I’m really thinkful for all of the staff. they are all very helpful especially the girl in the receptionist girl.

I really enjoy staying in this hotel! Staff was very friendly, very comfortable bed, clean!

The location was perfect for me! 10 minutes walk to my dentist clinic. The breakfast was OK but not perfect. The same every day and not what you are thinking about turkish breakfast. But the staff in the canteen was very friendly!!!

Clean, well refurbished and nice mood! The staff is amazing, kind and very helpful! Definitely coming back the next time I come to Istanbul!! Good value of money as well for the location as it’s between osmanbey and nisantasi so best location!

Nice hotel

Room was fine... maybe a little bit bigger would be perfect (3 beds room). Position of the hotel is great! One of the best neighborhood in Istanbul. Staff was very kind and helpful

Breakfast could be better! Great Turkish coffee but cappuccino machine was bad. Staff was trying to do the best to make us a coffee but with this machine it's impossible

Best staff

It is not my first time at this hotel and will never be the last. Staff is very helpful, respectful. This is what makes the stay excellent and confortable. Beds are the beat i ever try in my life
