We have rented cabins in the Pigeon Forge area for many years for our family Christmas. All the family agrees, this is one the best cabins we have stayed. We loved all the amenities, including the pool table, video games and gaming systems. We loved having a large family room for us all to gather and a large kitchen that would seat our party of 15. Each room was equipped nicely and we loved the location, which was close to area attractions but not right in the middle of heavy traffic. We will definitely mark this as a cabin we will return to!

This is a large home that is set up to be comfortable. So nice to have private baths and tv’s in all the bedrooms and large gathering areas. The furniture and bedding was very comfy and kitchen was well-equipped. The property is close to the main drag to get to what you need or want in a few minutes. The drive isn’t as scary as driving up above Gatlinburg but you don’t have those views either, that’s a trade-off. Nice home!

Reserved stay for my Parent’s 50th Anniversary. Plenty of rooms so each couple and young folks had their own room. Games and large areas gave lots of opportunities for fun and quality family time. Five Stars!

We enjoyed our stay here. Host was very responsive with questions and ensured we were happy during our stay. Plenty in the cabin to keep the little ones happy and lots of sitting space for conversation in the living room as a family, which was my goal.

We loved the large paved parking lot, as 7 of us were on motorcycles. Beautiful place with plenty of room and games for all. The only thing we needed, that was not there, was a pizza cutter (lol)! Fantastic lodge that we would definitely stay in again. Thanks Dayne for your regular communication and for being a great host!!

This cabin did not disappoint, very large a spacious for our whole family. The location is perfect, we were 15 minutes from Pigeon forge and 35 minutes from Gatlingburg. The community pool was great, very large and has plenty of seating for everyone. We had a little hiccup with the AC for half the house on the first night, but I was really impressed with Dayne's promptness. As soon as I texted him he was on it. He had someone out first thing the next day, after that is was like an ice box in there. We were looking for a fancy place for just a few of us adults to go to and Dayne recommended Greenbriar. I definitely recommend going there. Dayne was a great host and we would absolutely stay here again, I would recommend this cabin to everyone!

We had a large family group of 17 that was easily accommodated by the 3 floors of living and entertaining space. Conveniently located to the main attractions to the area it served as a wonderful base camp for a week of family fun. The property was exactly as advertised, the pictures do a great job of conveying what you will see in person. Great communication with the owner, cleanliness of the property. Couldn't be happier and would definitely rent this one again.

Our stay at Dayne's place was amazing! We were able to check in early, which was a huge help on our first day. The accommodations were great - the house was huge, with more than enough space for all 16 of us. Loved the extra fridge downstairs. AC worked great during the 95 degree weather. Ample parking behind the house. Definitely got use out of the hot tub and community pool close by. Kitchen had everything we needed and appreciated all of the seating in the dining room. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. Check out process was the easiest ever. Would definitely stay again if we had another opportunity to vacation in Sevierville.

Wonderful stay at adventure awaits. The cabin was even better than we anticipated. Ample supplies in the kitchen to prepare and serve food to our hungry crew. The cabin is far enough away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but close enough for trips to the attractions. The mountains are awesome!

Loved our stay at Adventure Awaits! The cabin was perfect for our family of 21, ages 1- 65. It was great having so many bedroom suites which were all of good size and very comfy. We loved the beautiful main living room where everyone could hang out (all the couches were really nice!) and the porch with all the rockers and great mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked and was bigger than expected and we had more than enough seating at the dining tables. Game room and theater were great too! With so much to do in the area, we only made it to the resort pool once, but that was really nice as well. The electronic message board was awesome and appreciated. We would without a doubt stay here again, it was everything we had hoped for!

Just what we needed for 6 adult couples and 5 kids to have their own rooms and bathroom, separate areas for gathering and large enough room in main living room and kitchen for all 17 to gather together. Wonderful porch with plenty of rockers and a Mountain View. Not far from restaurants and activities.

The large house is well laid out and was very clean. The parking is the best I’ve found. Our large group (19) had plenty of room and the area was nice and quiet. A little further out than I was used to but pretty easy to get everywhere. We encountered some issues but Dayne was responsive. Thx to the next guests that found my iPad & to Dayne for getting it back to me.

This cabin was exactly as advertised. We had a large group, and everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and dining area offered enough space to cook large meals and seat everyone comfortably. The floors were a little dirty, leaving black residue on feet/socks, most likely from the asphalt driveway, and the shower door in the master bath upstairs had issues staying closed. Overall though, everyone in our group had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.

This cabin is absolutely the best we've stayed in for our group. We utilized every aspect of it from the games, kitchen, grills and theater rooms. it has, hands down, the best paring for the cabin size. Plenty of room for everyone! it's an awesome place for a large group of friends and/or family. The communication with the property manager was great from renting through checking out. ZERO complaints!

We picked this place because of the 7 master suites. It was awesome that everyone could have their own bathroom. Overall, the cabin is beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay, however, this was a very expensive 3 nights and we thought everything would be in working order. The downstairs fireplace didn't work. The arcade game on the level with the pool table didn't work and the hot tub was leaking from underneath. The communication with the owner was easy and informative.

Spent the week after Chritsmas with 21 of my closest family members and we all had a great time. The kids all loved the games and the adults enjoyed to roomy den. All the bedrooms have huge TVs for when you need some quiet time away from the others. Close to the activities in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.

We chose this cabin to have our 1st family Christmas Vacation. It did not disappoint. This cabin was beautiful inside and out. It was able to fit 22 of us with no problem. The amenities and games were enjoyed by both kids and adults. The parking for this cabin had the most parking availability of any cabin we saw. We were able to fit 6 vehicles and still had more room. Also, the parking was on a level lot by the front door and was away from the road. The owner of the cabin was very gracious and communicative. He provided all details to help our stay go smooth and made himself immediately available if we had any questions. The owner also provides a security system with his cabin that makes you feel safe, day and night. This cabin made our 1st family vacation a success and would highly recommend this cabin to other families looking for the same.

Every year we get together for a fellas retreat. The group really enjoyed the cabin and expressed how comfortable and convenient our location was to the strip. I gave been directed to reserve again for next year if we don't out grow the accommodations. Thank you for a great weekend!!!!!!
