This was the perfect property! Close to the parks, but allowed for a lot to do while staying at the house when the weather didn’t cooperate. The pool was hot and we swam even when it was cooler outside. The game room and themed rooms were a big hit with the kids. The house was clean, and had a lot of the needed items in the kitchen. More than some of the other places I’ve stayed at. Will definitely consider this property again if we come back to visit the area!

We encounter multiple issues with the property upon arrival: the AC in the MASTER BEDROOM did not work, the 3rd floor bathroom had no running water on the shower, and a second bathroom also din had water. We reported this immediately to the property manager that same day. The following day a maintenance guy came to the house and was not able to fix any of the issues. We complained again during the second night, and again a maintenance guy came during the 3rd day and no success. At this point we tried contacting the owner, but he did not answer. We were unable to use the entire master bedroom for the entire stay, and the people staying at the 3rd floor room had to use other bathrooms because theirs was not working during the whole length of the stay. Every day during our stay we spoke with the property management office, and they have on their records the multiple times we called for repair and the 3 times the maintenance crew was unable to assist us. We requested a partial refund for the issues to the owner at that time, and he didn't answer. 2 months have passed and we are still waiting to hear back from the owner about this. TERRIBLE communication with the owner.

We chose this property for the themed rooms and the pool and the extra amenities. Pool/spa was a little small but did the trick! Rooms worked out great for children all the way up to grandma and grandpa. The waterpark was a hit! So nice to use it for free during our 6 day stay. We did assume the putt putt was also included, but it was not. Very over priced for what we got/didn't get! Overall the house was well equipped with kitchen items. Great house! June 2023(party of 9)

Covid has had our family stuck home! We usually visit Orlando twice a year. This last minute trip was excellent mainly due to this excellent house. I recommend staying here! Kids loved it !!!

Excellent, beautiful, spacious house that is well equipped! We had so much fun here. The Reunion mansion is wonderful, lots of fun for children and adults and I would definitely stay again!

The home was beautiful, perfect location , and Amil was an amazing responsive host at Villatel. Solara water park was also a perfect bonus for both the children and adults. I will 100% be booking this home for our yearly family vacations.
