The house was exactly as described. The layout was perfect to accommodate our entire family. It was easy to get to all of the parks. The only small negative is that there is a minimum charge to use the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this property & stay there again!

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The themed rooms thrilled the littles and the adults loved all the bathrooms. The property manager was very responsive - even on Thanksgiving! Would definitely come again.

The home was beautiful and in a perfect location. However, there was much confusion about what was VRBO, Encore Resorts, or Jeeves responsibility. We paid for pool/hot tub heat and didn't get it until the 5th day of our stay. The refrigerator had issues our entire stay and we kept getting the run around. Threw lots of food away. We did receive some reimbursement but the issues made for a frustrating stay.

We loved our stay, everything was as advertised in the photos and description. We had a problem with the leg on a foosball machine that was promptly fixed the next day. The only downside was that almost each of us in our bedroom/bathroom found a large bug every night. I understand in a place like Florida it’s hard to keep them out but it was a nightly occurrence. The water park was fantastic - lots to keep kids and adults occupied for an entire day. Overall we loved our visit!

4 Families with 7 kids total (ages 2-7), we had such a wonderful stay at this adorable home. It was roomy, we all had our own space. The amenities were wonderful. Highly recommend it! Would def stay here again!

Group of friends with children travelled from Scotland, Ireland and Australia for a 2 Week holiday. This villa was the perfect base for our trip, lovely and bright, clean, great pool, cinema room, games room and all bedrooms were lovely. We would book this villa again and would recommend to friends. Very close to all Disney parks, approx 15/20 minute drive.

There are many pros in this property such as location is wonderful to all the Disney parks! The community amenities are fun for the entire family (water park is a huge bonus for kids) The house accommodates so many people with lots of space and decorated nicely with fun bedroom themes and comfortable beds. Plus a nice private pool and a great movie room and game room! However here are some things to consider for improvements- overall cleanliness of home needs help, the showers were dirty and the carpets need replaced. It is a pet friendly home so I would recommend hardwood flooring throughout entire home. Also the main furniture is fabric (couch and bar stools) I would replace them as well for something easily to wipe down as they were also stained and had a pet dander smell. Finally the hot tub did not work and we did ask the pool company to fix it and it was never done. Luckily we weren’t too upset about not having a hot tub so it was fine for my family. Again the house was nice and my family had a terrific time staying here, these are just a few recommendations for the property owner to consider for a cleaner property for the future. This was the perfect place for my family of 15 trip to Disney. The house is just like it was described. The mgt company and owner were very responsive. The pool and water park was perfect for our in between days of Disney parks. And my son-in- laws stayed occupied with the putting green. If you are a person who likes to have a fan at night, you may want to bring one. The rooms do not have fans. I will definitely be back.

We had a nice stay at this property. There was plenty of room for all of our guests and it was good walking distance to the water park. Something that needs to be improved is the kitchen cook ware. It’s a home to accommodate 18 guests and there was nothing to cook with larger than a 9” pot and pan so we did have to go out and buy stuff to cook with. Other than that, everything was great!

There were 10 if us ranging from 11 - 75 and we all had a great time. It was about a 20 minute Uber ride to Disney, which made it very convenient.

This house was perfect for our family Florida getaway. The house was cleaned and is being well managed. I love the decor in each room and the game room and putt-putt golf was a big hit for the grandkids. Thank you, Cecile for hosting us and for always keeping us informed. We will be back!

This house was amazing. As someone who has been traveling to Disney for years, I can safely say I’ve stayed everywhere. This property was by far the nicest. Perfect for my entire family to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet while still a stone’s throw from the park. I will definitely be staying again. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

This place was the perfect fit for our family group! We had 16 people in our group ranging from 3 months to 71 years old and it met everyone's needs and expectations. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable and the location was awesome for everything we had planned during our stay. I messaged our hostess several times throughout the booking process and she always got back to me in a timely manner and was very helpful and accommodating. My family and I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect house for a Disney trip. My 4 year old loved the upstairs playroom and golf course in the backyard. There was tons of seating for our family to hangout, pool was well maintained, and decor was updated and pretty! I would totally rent this house again!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We are a family of 8 adults and 8 children. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved, loved the game room. It was such a blessing to have them busy shooting hoops and playing foosball while we were unpacking and setting up. The theater came in handy as well a few times. One of our grandchildren got a tummy bug and was able to hang out in the recliner/movie chair and watch movies while recovering. This home provided us with affordable lodging for our big family as well as a soft place to land after our busy days in the park. We saved lots of money by placing food in slow cookers and coming into hot meals as well as preparing quick breakfast in the am before we left. I highly recommend this home. We also found the location very convenient as well. There is a Walmart nearby to find anything you may eed as well as quick trips to all the parks. I gave four stars to the question about communication about the property only bc we thought check out was 11 as it was on our booking material to find out it was at 10:00. However, we packed all things up and exited the home except for one car which had to return a scooter to Disney springs which didn’t open until 10:00. Other than that hiccup, which cleaning staff was very understanding, there were no problems. One thing that may be helpful to know is that there is no off-street parking. We had 4 vehicles and my daughter has six kids and drives a 12 passenger van. However, that being said, we were able to fit all vehicles in the drive. We had a magical time and felt very blessed to have found this affordable, clean home for our stay. Thank you!

We went with a large group of kids and the house was great for them. They loved the loft area and the bedrooms and the water park in the neighborhood was a big hit. We did have a problem with ants downstairs which I addressed with the property manager so I’m sure that will be remedied. Other than that the only negative for us was the lack of cooking materials in the kitchen. The few pans that were there were badly scratched and difficult to cook with and there were no baking sheets or anything like that which made it difficult to cook for a large group. Plenty of cups and plates and utensils though. Overall it was a nice property, great for kids. Would recommend!

We had a great time!

We had a great time!

Upon arrival, the home was extremely clean. The house felt brand new, was beautifully decorated and welcoming. We were so excited to take in some sunshine next to the pool. Since our stay was in March we asked for the pool to be heated (there was an additional charge for this - but well worth it in the cooler months). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended our vacation an additional day. We would definitely recommend this property.
