Extremely cozy and settled nicely in a quiet neighborhood. Had a great time playing in the snow. Plenty of space and very clean.

Some additional items could have been provided: zip lock baggies or Tupperware, oil or Pam, fire starter and full lighters (they were about empty). No major deal breakers.

This cabin was simply amazing! The owner really goes out of their way to think of all the little things that make your trip more enjoyable. I have NEVER had a rental, so fully stocked! They provide everything from toiletries to headache medicine. Forgot sunscreen, no problem, they have it. Same goes for toothpaste, bugspray, face wash, heartburn medicine, smores fixins and a whole lot more! The beds and bedding were so comfortable, my daughter spent days looking for tags so she could buy the "EXACT SAME SETUP". Thank you for giving us such a great place to spend some quality time with the family!

The ONLY thing I would ask for is more steak knives. It's not a big deal. We were able to share. Just constructive feedback.

Great location for exploring Zion, Kanab, Dixie National and really nice trails that aren't within the parks. Cozy cabin, very nice, well appointed kitchen. Loved the extras like a smores station, campfire pit, wood burning stove, comfy porch, extra blankets, extra food staples in the pantry. Great experience overall! Thank you so much!

Beautiful cozy cabin with great decor and great location. 3 bedrooms with king size beds. Great for couples and families. The kids loved the board games and the Smores station.

Curtains, air vents were a little dirty. Some of the space heaters didn't work

Beds horrible, found disgusting women product used in draw , and underwear. No fire wood owner stated couldn’t do anything, a cabin in the woods without firewood is ridiculous, we bought wood. The worst was the owner called stating I shouldn’t be there when we I lvm about firewood and internet not working, apparently booking didn’t go on her calendar, even though she answered a lot of questions and talked to me on booking.com for a month and got paid. Wanted us to leave the night we arrived 😡 double booked. I called Booking.com and we got to stay. Crazy owner shame she was rude on top it all
