The house was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. Right on the lake! Just beautiful. We would definitely stay there again

This roomy end-unit condo is located directly on the beach! (Just a few stairs down to the water.) It is only a few minutes from several casinos and about ten minutes to Sand Beach/Lake Tahoe State Park. There were beach chairs and an umbrella under the deck, which came in handy! Shower was great. TV was large.

Property was perfect location with beach access. The view from the main room and two of the bedrooms is just AMAZING. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking in the Incline area.

Breathtaking views of lake and snow-capped mountains in the background. All the comforts of home and well-equipped kitchen. Easy access to beach. Unit is 40-50 feet above beach level. If you have a heavy kayak, you need to carry it back to the deck as nothing can be left on beach. There are racks for SUP's on the beach. A nice breeze off the lake makes it comfortable for bedrooms on lake side. Bedroom on back side of unit can get warm in Summer. Great place and was very quiet on the beach and lake during the second week of July.

This place is not luxurious but it is everything you need with breathtaking views and private beach access. The listing lacks details so if you’re wondering what it has I’ll list it below. Included: fully stocked kitchen, with coffee pot. Smart tv-you can stream any thing you can log onto (the listing says includes Netflix but it would not let me use it wo entering a code). The upstairs hall closet has beach towels, a wagon you could pull on the beach, extra sheets and towels. All the heaters worked for us, there is a new microwave and oven, dishwasher is original but works. Paper towels and toilet paper provided are the lowest quality and no tissues 👎. The primary bed has only 2 pillows if you’re old like me I really need extra pillows 👎.This house can sleep 8 plus there’s a downstairs “den” that has a futon. Under the deck is a kayak, life vest and several beach chairs. The Wi-Fi is the one that starts with “lindsey” The house is decorated beautifully in my opinion but also who cares it’s a beautiful location, comfortable house. Highly recommend!

A comfortable property with incredible views. Kitchen has most everything needed; a great place to hangout and watch storms and sunsets. Needed a place to hang clothes, since only the primary bedroom had a closet available. And showerhead holder in main bathroom was broken making it difficult to shower. Otherwise warm and cozy, and would recommend it!

This place has one of the best views of Lake Tahoe. It’s definitely worth it! Crystal Bay is beautiful and quieter than many other Lake Tahoe vacation areas. The photos are as advertised. The deck/balcony directly overlooks the lake with unobstructed views and the sandy beach with rocks and boulders is a great plus. The condo unit is comfortable and has plenty of space. It felt like stepping into the 1970’s with the decor, but there are some key updates. The microwave, fridge, and stove/oven are newer and the main bathroom has been updated with a tile shower and granite countertop. The main sofa also seems newer. There are plenty of dishes / utensils and it was helpful that all the cleaning supplies / soap / laundry detergent were provided. One thing I wasn’t aware of until I got there and was trying out a certain remote was that the main bed is a sleep number bed which is a great feature. I’ve had one so I knew what to do. First it had to be plugged in. If someone wasn’t familiar with one they may never have known that the firmness can be adjusted. Maybe I missed that somewhere in the description. Regarding beds, the agreement says it sleeps 5, but there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a third room with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds). It could accommodate more. It was a great stay for a quiet retreat this time of year. There were hardly any people around. Another bonus was that there is an ocean kayak under the deck plus other items for the beach. The weather was still nice enough for going on the lake. I highly recommend this place!

Great view of the lake!
As titled, the unit has an unmatched lake view and is on the water's edge with a sandy beach. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has all of the utensils that you might need. The furniture is dated but comfortable.

Location is great and the view of the lake is very nice.
Hot water just enough for two peoples to shower in the same time. But you can organize it.
5 minutes to diamond peak ski ski resort. We also enjoy the private beach every day.
Will recommend this property.

The home is beautiful and well equipped. The views are simply stunning and we would like to stay here again. A couple of small issues during our stay. We reached the condo just after 4pm which is the check in time and the cleaning crew was still inside , not ideal during these covid times.Heating in the master bedroom was'nt working, they were 2 space heaters that were in the closet, when we plugged those in they tripped the breaker and we lost electricity in the house. Was able to reach the property manager and they were nice enough to drop off another more efficient heater. Other than that we had a great time, they have a nice selection of childrens books and board games that kept us entertained.

The property it is at a good location, but the townhome is very outdated. Upon reservation they didn't give much detail about navigating through the outdate house, reading the guest reviews helped me know that they don't have central heater instead they use space heaters for bedrooms and bathroom. Other thing is they have a fireplace with no wood. We had to actually buy a case of firewood for our stay and I thought it would be included with our reservation/home. Overall it was an okay experience, we really enjoyed the view but not much to do around the property maybe because it was winter time.

Great view. However blinds in the second bedroom were not hung due to being broken. And we had to hang a sheet to cover the window. No instructions for using electronica equipment. It would be extremely helpful. We were never able to get the stereo to work.

We really enjoyed this 80’s condo...complete with record player, Return of the Jedi glasses, wall mounted land line phone with spiral phone cord, and what looks like the first microwave ever made. We loved the retro vibe, but the microwave is definitely on its last legs and doesn’t work that well. It needs replacing soon. The drip coffee maker didn’t work and that would be our biggest complaint. It was kind of a bummer not to be able to make a cup of coffee in the morning. I left a note about it and I’m sure the owners will replace it. The CD player doesn’t seem to work either ... which was also a bummer because we were excited to play some of the classic CDs available like Paul Simon and John Denver. We couldn’t find any records to play on the record player so had to listen to music on our phone ..... a couple upgrades to replace aging equipment and this place would have hit all the marks. The view is amazing and the beach access is the best. Overall it was a fun place to stay!

This property was wonderful! It’s location is simply unbeatable, right on the lake with a private beach. The house had way more amenities than listed!! Chairs, beach toys, kayak, puzzles, books, games, and more!! The neighbors are friendly. The appliances are dated but work great. The kitchen is very well stocked. This place has everything except for baby gear (high chair, etc.). Only request would be for the property manager to have better communication about how things work, heater, check out procedure, internet, etc. But I wouldn’t let that deter you from renting this gem in a great spot on Lake Tahoe!!! Can’t wait to go back!
