We enjoyed our stay! Great location and surprisingly quiet!

Just steps away from Bourbon St. in the FQ, this apartment was a spacious, clean and peaceful oasis for our group of 6. Despite the ground floor setting and central location, we were surprised how quiet the apartment was at night, allowing for restful sleep. Communication and key exchange with the property manager was easy. Overall I highly recommend this property

The beds comfortable. Much within walking distance. Liked access from street. Outside noise was very low. Luggage racks would have been nice.

Great place and location close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

First time in NOLA with girlfriends. Easy walk to everything in French Quarter. The unit was clean and spacious; just as the pictures show. Bedrooms are in the back of the unit so the noise from Bourbon St isn't too bad. Larry was responsive and accommodating. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay and I would book here again.

This property is just half a block off Burbon St. Easy walk to anywhere in the French Quarter. Wonderful restaurants right out the front door. Lots of room for everyone. Manager was there to let us in at 3:00 am in the morning. Would recommend to all.

I was told I would receive a listing of places to eat and so forth when we were let in but I never got them. There was a floorboard on one of the steps that needs some attention. The walk in shower needs a bigger shelf for the bottles of shampoo and body wash. It would fall off the shelf and then had to be retrieved from the floor. We were an older group and it’s hard for some of us to bend down and get back up. More towels would have been nice. Also, coffee creamer would be helpful. My friend says the small bedroom in front needs more furniture to put luggage and somewhere to hang clothes with hangers. However, the place was very nice and we would stay there again.

It was about as easy as it could have been. It was clean and very easy to get around. Property manager was great and very helpful

It was nice and clean place and right there close to bourbon street. Would definitely stay there again for we go back to Nola

Our unit was clean, well furnished, with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms & a spacious open living room & kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware & utensils. We also loved the location in the French Quarter with easy walks to many shops, restaurants & bars. We did experience a few things that weren’t satisfactory: (1) There often was very little or no hot water for our showers. The times varied when there wasn’t any hot water for someone’s shower. We suspect that the hot water heater for our apartment was shared with other units, and/or that the capacity of the hot water heater is not big enough to provide adequate hot water for the unit’s two bathrooms, the kitchen sink & the dishwasher. (2) The hallway has beautiful laminate flooring with short landings going down the hallway to the living area. One of these short landings in the hallway is also a step down from the master bedroom door. Two problems were observed: There is not a visually obvious contrasting strip on each landing to indicate that these are landings with a short step down. Instead, these little step down landings were often mistaken as being a continuous, level hallway. This caused multiple people to stumble & nearly fall, and/or to twist their ankle. Fortunately no one took a very bad fall that seriously injured them. But there’s a strong chance that someone will sustain a more serious injury than our group did. Also the last landing before the hallway steps down into the living room has some of the laminate frayed (not attached to the lateral strip in places) & there was a nail sticking up through this frayed area that’s not visible. Two of us got a hole torn in the heel of their sock & came close to the nail puncturing their foot! Both times we used a hammer to try & knock the nail down, but the nail would protrude the surface after we nailed it down. We hope this safety issue gets fixed as soon as possible, before someone gets seriously hurt, by either having a serious fall, or by stepping on the protruding nail! (3) Two maintenance repairs are needed. The dishwasher didn’t dispense the soap when we ran it, leaving unwashed, dirty silverware, cups & dishes . And in the 2nd bathroom, that’s off the hallway, a plastic part of the toilet handle broke off, even though no force was being used to flush the toilet. This happened just before we were leaving, which is why we didn’t call the prop mgr about getting it fixed.

We stayed here for 3 nights for my husbands 40th birthday and let me tell you, It did not disappoint! The location was perfect, just a short walk to bourbon and other great areas. The place was clean, comfortable and the communication was excellent. We’d 10/ 10 recommend this place!

This property was as described- perfect for our family of 6 adults( 21-52 ages) Communication was a 10 from the start of our booking until we checked out. Very clean, lots of open space to enjoy each others company, location was the best - we were steps from Bourbon St. But still very quiet and felt safe walking back at night as we're we so close to everything. I would highly recommend this property and would 110 percent return to this property.

Fabulous property located half a block from Bourbon. Short walking distance from everything in the French Quarter. So convenient and quite even though it’s a busy area. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for everything!!
