This house is steps away from the beach and a short golf cart (included in rental) ride from all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. Wrap around decks on both levels provide you and your group ample seating to take in the beautiful ocean views. House Highlights: Spacious living area Large Roku tv Large dining table and additional bar seating Well-appointed kitchen Dishwasher Coffee makers (standard and k-cup style) Full-size washer and dryer Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included Master bedroom (king) downstairs All bedrooms have TVs Four upstairs bedrooms 3 with queen beds 1 with double and a set of twins as bunks Two upstairs full bathrooms Outdoor shower with hot/cold water Items To Note: Rental includes complimentary use of golf cart. Terms & conditions apply for use. Operators of the golf cart must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee. Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is parking for 3 vehicle at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies). All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit. Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received. House Rules: Rates and fees are non-negotiable. Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period. MAXIMUM occupancy is 12. No smoking in the house. No pets allowed. Beds still leave a lot to be desired. States in description new mattresses ...they must have been bought from Dollar Tree!! Very busy place. Fireworks in the area every night and some nights until after 11:30 which made it difficult with small children. Would stay here again but maybe in a different home.

A golf cart was included, so we only rented one. The first day we rode it, it died. We thought that it just needed charged. Nope. Called for maintenace and they sent someone to clean corrosion on battery terminal. They said to charge it all day. Rode it to store, it died again. The wired cables disconnected from the actual battery charger itself. Called and they said they would send someone. No one came to fix or switch out the golf cart the rest of the week. One golf cart, 8 people....no bueno. The house was nice, had great patio/deck furniture to enjoy the views. Would not rent again unless golf cart issue was resolved.

House was clean and had everything thing we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Just a short walk to the beach and the kids loved the water park at the resort. Communication with the property owners was excellent and they were very accommodating. We knew ahead of time to bring our own linen and towels. We had a very pleasant stay.

The house is nice and decently clean but definitely not thoroughly clean Beds ALL BEDS were Horribly uncomfortable Even to the point that one of our guest had to go out and rent a motel to get a decent nights sleep TVs we’re so complicated that most were too much trouble to use House is close to the beach which is good and the golf cart was a plus but you basically use the house to sleep as you’re out most of the time So sleeping was horrible House is on an alleyway so very hard to get in and out with a full sized vehicle Community was fine But once new beds are installed Then over all the house would be a good rent But until they do RUN do not stay here

When peoples are on vacation they shouldn't have too wash dishes make up bed take out trash and pay for linen and if someones have to come out for repair .if sand is in tub or any where and it cause problems it is a repair bill the house is on beach so it going to be sand and why pay for serve and they don't do anything and to pay for parking should be free for at less 3 cars.I like it put they charges for everything .

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had plenty of room for the six of us! It’s close enough to walk to the beach with in two minutes, and the outdoor shower is great for cleaning off when returning. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we had no complaints about anything!

Location is the main thing ..that's great. I hate it that check in is 4 and ck out is 10 .2 days gone right off the bat, weve been coming to Oceanlakes for 22 yrs. This was great as golf cart comes with property and it's close to beach. Love the double decks. But... the house was dirty . And not having linen service was alot to deal with .The ease of getting in the property was good. Instructions were clear. Not all rooms had cable service(modem). The air conditioner def has issues. We kept it at 73. Lots of dripping underneath house carport area and one of the bedroom registers dripped on the children's heads . We dealt with it..and the bunk beds mattresses were AWFUL definitely you will need to bring sleeping bags for extra padding.

The good and not so good. Let’s start with the good. It was a great location just minutes away from the beach. The house was a descent size with a balcony across from each room. The not so good was the house comes in a quilt. It does not come with sheets or covers for the pillows. Overall all is a good choice

House was cleaned and ready on time. With the beach so close, we didn’t go to the on-site pool even once. Plenty of space for our family and guests. The property manager is extremely prompted and took care of every issue that came up, even completed our laundry until an utility issue was corrected.
