Located in Surfside Beach, this charming house for R 7,861 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our site(#1155a) is located in popular Holiday Inn section, of AWARD-WINNING Ocean Lakes Family Campground - a fabulous family entertainment facility with lots of amenities. Takes only a quick stroll (or seconds by golf cart- NOT included) from our home to get your toes in the sand! A little about our beach house! Our two-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable! - A spacious first level deck with plenty of seating for family to gather for meals or lounging! - There are 4 bedrooms with closets and a 5th bedroom (no closet, only garment rack) with entry to balcony/upper deck - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make & serve meals. We provide 2 griddles, 2 crockpots, 2 traditional coffee pots, an air fryer, an Instapot, various pots & pans & utensils. Skip doing dishes thanks to the dishwasher! - There is 1 gas grill and 1 charcoal grill under the house. PLEASE move grills away from the vinyl railing and house before use! - Inside dining area for 6+ people and bar area in kitchen seating 3 people. 2 highchairs for little ones - A stackable washer/dryer combo in kitchen closet - Hangout area underneath the house - FREE Wi-Fi at our house!! - Our house is equipped with outdoor cameras to ensure the guests checking in are as represented. Cameras are NOT inside our home, nor are they left on during your stay - Our home is 2-story and on stilts so please be aware of the stairs. We do not have an elevator - Update as of 6/21/2023. Ten (10) total people will be our MAXIMUM number of guests per booking - Parking under home will accommodate 3-4 vehicles (parking is tight) Please do not move any furniture to accommodate parking - Guests are responsible for paper products. Linens & towels are provided by homeowner and included in rental price (2 towels, 2 wash cloths-per guest, black makeup towel, bathmats, kitchen set, & sheets) SORRY BUT NO PETS ALLOWED! {THE LOCAL AREA / COMMUNITY} Once you park your car under the beach house, the calm friendly community of Ocean Lakes will envelop you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach or chose to enjoy the many recreational activities available within the resort community. You can choose to venture off to experience the many nearby attractions including over 100 golf courses and breathtaking assortment of attractions the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. Has 24-hour security, 10 mph speed limit, lifeguards, two Olympic-size pools (indoor and outdoor), two baby pools, and a kids splash zone. Exactly, you can let the kids go at Ocean Lakes and fill at ease. We truly enjoyed our stay there. The owner is such a nice guy and had great communication, ensuring we had what we needed. The house was very nice and the kitchen had everything which was a nice surprise. We loved the location to the beach. The porch was a great place to rest and chat with family. i would highly reccomend staying here, it was a wonderful time for me and my family.

This property was great for our family vacation! The house was even better than expected! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating for our family (8 adults and 6 kids all under 8). The outdoor furniture was high quality with lots of seating too. The outdoor shower was great to have. The walk to the beach was short and very easy. We did find the beach wasn't as crowded on this side of the park, possibly because its the edge of the park. The owner was very nice, responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. You can tell he takes pride in his property. We'd definitely recommend this house!

This property was perfect for a family vacation. Very clean, plenty of towels, lots of seating inside and outside. The owner was very engaged from the start, ensuring we had everything we needed prior to our stay and during our stay. Definitely a 5/5 all around. Hoping to make this property our family tradition.

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures. We had a mixture of family stay here with 13 in total and we all fit comfortably. The room with bunk beds is perfect for kids. It is very clean and comes with everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Check in was super easy.

Three moms and eight kids 14-16 spent our spring break in this perfect size house. It was beautiful and clean. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. We opted for the linens. Randy also allowed us to extend our trip by a day because the house was available. Would rent again!!

We booked this trip to serve as an opportunity to enjoy birding and a boat cruise in the Murrell's Inlet / Huntington Beach State Park area, and also to enjoy all of the attractions of Myrtle Beach. The property, located in the Ocean Lakes development, was accurately listed as 150 yards from the beach, and allowed easy access to both of the areas listed above - an 8 mile drive to areas of interest to the south, and a 4.5 mile drive to attractions in Myrtle Beach, such as Broadway at the Beach. The property had adequate parking for our 3 vehicles, room for our family of 12 in the kitchen, living, and bedroom/ bath areas of the house, as well as the outdoor deck areas. We thank Randy for his excellent communication with us throughout the rental process and during our week-long stay. An enjoyable vacation for our extended family in the Myrtle Beach area.

Very well furnished house with updated floors, furniture and decking. Randy, the owner was very personable and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach as Ocean lakes has everything we needed for fun at the beach. We only left the park once for groceries.

We stayed here on a family vacation with our kids, grandkids and our parents. It was one of the best places we've ever rented in Myrtle Beach. It's the owner's home away from home and had a lot of the basics available for use that no other rental has ever had plus some nice extras like a croc pot, instant pot, gas grill charcoal grill, etc. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

You can walk to the beach if you can’t find golf cart parking. We liked that we could park underneath the house. We picked this house specifically for the bunk bed room for the kids.

We had a total of six adults and three children (8, 5 & 3) stay in this house for our week long vacation. Communication with the property owner was very easy and open. We loved how close to the ocean this property is (you could easily walk to the ocean in a couple of minutes). We always bring our own golf cart but we certainly did not need it to get to the ocean from this house! There were plenty of rooms/beds to house all of us with room to spare. The only thing was that we did find some trash under/behind the beds/dressers, dust on top of some of the dressers but, overall, the house was clean and we didnt let those small things bother us.This is a great property if you need something for a somewhat large group. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us and we look forward to our next trip to Ocean Lakes!
