Nestled in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for R 8,265 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come dip your toes in the sand at Sugarwater Shore in beautiful Surfside Beach! Sugarwater Shore is a recently renovated, professionally decorated raised home. 150 yds to the beach and just blocks from the Surfside and Garden City piers. Conveniently located to Fuller Park with tennis courts, a playground and picnic area. Surfside Library is just minutes away. As well as shops, grocery and restaurants. This home has a private pool, golf cart, gas grill, outdoor tv located at the pool with ample seating to just hang out. An outside shower and foot wash to refresh after those long days at the beach. There is a 1/2 bath in the utility room so you can keep the fun going by the pool. Beautiful white washed hardwood flooring throughout this beach retreats first floor. The spacious kitchen offers, stainless steel appliances, Brazilian Granite, breakfast bar for two. Fully-equipped for meal preparation. This spacious kitchen opens into the dining area with a raised table that seats six to eight. The beautiful updates run throughout the entire house, including the comfortable living room. Living room has a 50" flat screen tv with electric fireplace for those staying during the colder months. There is a bar area with blender and glasses to enjoy a drink. This space is very well lit and opens to the screened porch and front deck with sliding doors. The screened porch and deck are great for entertainment - with the outdoor bar area or just enjoying the sounds of outside while gliding in a rocker with a book. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a comfortable King bed, NEW 42" smart tv , very spacious walk-in closet and clean modern decor. The tiled master bath has double sinks, very spacious with Jacuzzi tub/shower. The second bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed NEW 42" smart TV its own closet and a tiled bath w/Tub-shower shared from hallway. Third bedroom is located on the second floor and sleeps up to 5 with Bunk bed set-up and single twin bed (Bunk set-up has full sized bed on lower with twin on top and trundle pull-out below). This carpeted bedroom with blackout curtains is great for the kids, It has a huge walk-in closet flat screen tv and private tiled bath with tub/shower. Also a window seat to relax and read a book. *A $200 additional fee can be added to your reservation to heat the pool for your entire stay if requested during booking* Multi Week/Month Discounts Available- just send in your dates! **Rental Agreement is being added and signature will be required prior to stay***

Clean, great location, convenient to everything. Ocean was cool but the pool was warm. Had small issue with pool heater, notified property owner and issue was resolved the next morning. Golf cart worked flawlessly. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels included. We all had a blast.

We had a group of 3 families with 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5 and 1). This was the perfect home for us! The house was even better than the listing description and pictures. The bedrooms were huge. Plenty of room for each family to spread out! The upstairs bedrooms had walk in closets which were big enough to put pack and plays in. Giving us even more room. The outdoor living areas were phenomenal. The screened in porch and the area by the pool was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t at the beach or actually in the pool! The golf cart is a huge bonus! The beach is literally right at the end of the street with golf cart parking. Making getting to the beach with littles ones so easy! We loved our week here and will absolutely be renting again!

The house is wonderful! The beach is so close and with a golf cart you never even have to get in the car. Golf cart easy access to food lion, dollar general, whales, the liquor store and other stores! Perfect for a family with young kids. It was myself, my husband, our 5 kids that are 7 & under, plus my mom and dad. It has a really nice outdoor tv, other amenities like a screened in front porch, beach chairs, pool toys, cornhole boards, beach towels, boogie boards, full kitchen with coffee maker, blender and anything else needed. Laundry room access is right off kitchen. I couldn’t say enough good things about it! Very clean and we’re looking forward to booking again!

This is the second time we have taken a family vacation to Pauline’s property and it is a wonderful place and location! Quiet and clean, great restaurants in walking distance! We will be back next year :)

After the home we’ve rented in the past was sold, we were on the search for a new place to visit every year. This house is absolute perfection. The lighting in the pictures do not do it Justice. Pauline and her husband have thought of everything you could possibly need for a fantastic family beach vacation. From the beach towels, to the beach equipment, the golf cart being included, the heated pool… I could go on forever. Communication with the owners was simple and they respond instantly when you’re at their home. We cannot wait to come back and visit! The neighbors are also the sweetest which is a bonus!!!

The photos don't do this property justice! The bedrooms were large with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unpack. The hosts thought of everything. It was so nice to have the little things like hand soap in the bathrooms, aluminum foil and spices in the kitchen, and all the beach and pool gear you could ever need. One of my favorite things was all the hooks to hang suits and towels on! And the location was perfect, a short walk or golf cart trip to the beach access. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again!

This property is a beauty and looks much better in person - pics don't do it justice due to dark lighting! 3 adults and 5 kiddos age 4 to 8 enjoyed the house for one week. The golf cart is an awesome addition -- fun rides to the playgrounds nearby, haul beach stuff, etc. Swimming pool is perfect and well worth the $$ to heat. The outside, downstairs patio is super fun and a great space for pizza by the pool. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are great and conveniently located for access from the pool and throughout the house. When I had a question, Pauline was quickly responsive. Highly recommend!! For planning purposes: beach towels provided is one per person, shampoo/conditioner along with detergent and dishwasher soap not provided. You do have to make the beds upon arrival - again, good to know what's expected once you arrive. For us, that meant making 6 beds :) Does not impact my recommendation, simply FYI.

Great get away. Only a block from the beach. Golf cart was a fun addition to cruise to the local stores. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving meal. Would recommend

This house was amazing. It was everything it was advertised to be. The private pool was a home run for the kids. My husband even got to watch the first game of football season outside near the pool. The proximity to the beach was great and the golf cart made it very easy to shuffle the beach items to and from the beach. We will definitely be back!

As returning renters we were delighted to see even more special touches to make the week fabulous. A new golf cart, a Murphy bed for added guests, some new furniture and a larger outdoor television were all appreciated. The check-in process and availability of a keypad lock make sharing this space with two families on different schedules very easy. We hope to have another week here in 2023!

Great communication, beautiful house, clean and has everything you possibly need for your vacation.. So relaxing and loved the pool as well as the golf cart to go on the very short drive to the beach!! Loved sitting on the front porch and just felt like it was our own home to relax in while we were there!! Cant wait to book again!!

We LOVED this vacation! House with a pool?!? Yes please! We walked through the door and it smelled so clean. House was spotless! It has everything you could possibly need as well. The outdoor space was awesome. I enjoyed it everyday and my wife couldn’t get enough of the pool. She was there from the time she got up until the time she went to bed. Just a wonderful home! Thank you again and we will be back real soon!

The house was beautiful and very convenient with the heated pool and the golf cart was very nice to have to load everything for the beach and bring. The house was just a few hundred feet from pool so very easy to get to and enjoy. Very nice
