We were extremely comfortable and the view made it so relaxing!

The property was pretty clean as well. I had to call for the checkin email as they did not send it. We were a little disappointed that we were provided with only 2 wristbands to access the pool area; neither of which worked. When we called for new ones that worked, we were given two more that didn't work (One would think they would check them before giving more out that didn't work). When phoning the 3rd time for new bands, I was met with a curt customer service person that didn't seem to grasp that we shouldn't be spending half the vacation gaining access to basic ammenities as advertised. Ultimately, we wound up getting another two bands from the Luxury Beach Rentals, this time 1 of the two worked after 3 days of back and forth. Unacceptable rigmarole for the price of the rental.

Gorgeous property on the top (18th) floor. Clean, well equipped kitchen (except for needing a corkscrew, but we made do), great beds, linens and amenities. A short walk to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded. There is a lifeguard stand not far away. The pools are nice and the property security guard makes “laps” which was nice to see. There is a restaurant/bar on the bottom level which we did not try but should have. The AC worked great, the outdoor area outside the unit was lovely with an incredible view and nice table and chairs. Not much noise. No one around was smoking. The elevator wait for moving in and out was a bit long but expected and everyone was courteous and nice. This property was close to what we needed. Great communication from property management company. Thanks for a great stay!!

Me and my family stayed here for our son's AAU basketball tournament, and it was the best thing we did. The condo was clean the view was amazing, close to the BEACH the pools was cold at first but once in they were great. I would absolutely stay here again. Oh, by the way we made 1st runners up and Ranked 5th in the Nationals!

The property management company did not inform us of renovations to the building prior to our visit. When we arrived we found that only one elevator was working. We stayed on the 18th floor, in what they call the Penthouse, so we spent A LOT of time waiting on the elevator. They were removing the old roof and replacing it with a new one while we were there and since we were on the top floor we heard everything they did and it was very loud. They started working some mornings at 5:30am and the other mornings at 6:30 or 7:00am. After speaking with some of the owner/residents of the building, we were told that the owners were supposed to inform guests of the construction because it was scheduled months before. We were not informed!!! The DVD players did not work because the RCA jacks were broke off in the TV. Our vacuum cleaner didn't work, which is important at the beach to have a clean floor to walk around on barefoot. When I asked them to send someone to repair or replace it, the guy called me and said he looked at it and it worked fine. (when we got back to the room, the vacuum was never moved or looked at and it still didn't work) I called him back and he wanted to argue with me about it as well as the TVs. They finally replaced the TVs so the DVD player could be connected and used 2 days before we left, however, the reason we needed the DVD player is so my daughter could watch her solo dance to prepare for the NATIONAL dance competition she was in. (which is why we were there) The fix was too little too late as her dance was two days before they got the problems fixed. I understand maintenance is needed and that is not the problem here. The problem is we were not informed about what was going on and then when we asked for help, we didn't get it until it was too late, and the COMMUNICATION was non existent so this could have been prevented if the owner or management company would have just been honest with us about what was going on with renovations. This is the worst experience I've had at Myrtle Beach and also with VRBO. I'll have to reconsider my future vacations and what Booking agency I use for them, because this experience was not a vacation, it was a disappointment.

Everything was as listed. The owner must use an agency for booking and maid service - I would recommend you ask the maids to clean the black mold from the second bathroom to avoid liability issues. Least populated part of Myrtle beach so the beach was magnificent.

VRBO that’s the last time I’m using this app When we got to the property Esther got inside after a storm hit the area I try to contact this people and they responded 10 hour later . Next day they install two machines for water restoration and we couldn’t sleep all night, we ask for cancellations and request money back and we only get 50/100 back not saying is the building fault it’s a beautiful apt but VRBO is not making them work at all

The place is beautiful and actually looks like the pictures online. The only downfall was the elevator. It moves extremely slow and one of them was out of order. It needs to be fixed asap. This is what will keep me from booking again until they work properly.

The Penthouse was beyond what we imagined. The beds were so comfortable a d decorated with furniture the were top of the line. The view to everything including the beach was picturesque. We were Beyond happy with or accommodations! Would recommend highly a d stay here again.

First let me say that we enjoyed the general location of this property. Close enough to attractions but off the main areas so it was not too crowded. There were 3 pools on this property for when the weather did not permit a beach day - which was good. But the two outdoor pools are extremely cold - I do not think they are heated - so even on a warm summer day - they were uncomfortable for our kids - so we spent a good amount of time in the heated indoor pool. The proximity to the beach was great - right out the door and across a small street - which was nice but the provided beach chairs were awful and barely functioned (they kept collapseing. And there was only 1 small beach umbrella for 6 people - and it was very small. I wished there were was a second as they were $45/day to rent. The inside was very pretty- well decorated and had nice granite, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The queen bed frame we think was broken as it squeaked with every movement. Also the mattresses are covered in a very thick (and crinkly) rubber protector - which made me feel like they were expecting bed wetters. The twin beds seemed most comfortable- no squeaking and the covers on them were not as obnoxious. The amenities were so so. There were plenty of plates and cups and the coffee machines worked, but we had to buy every single little thing for the kitchen and laundry. Including cooking oil, salt and pepper, foil, trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, dawn, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets - even a dish washing brush. ect. For a week stay with 6 people the “sample size” one load of laundry soap and 1oz dish soap was a joke. Some basic spices, and cleaning supplies would have been nice. Last, our room was on the 18th floor and our family got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour on one of our days. We called and pressed emergency buttons and there was not a very prompt response. After an hour, the doors opened on their own without help…..nobody put up a sign or taped off the elevator- and another family got stuck the same day. The fire department who was called did not show till much later - maybe a couple hours later. And it took the property 2 days to get the elevator repair people out. Overall, I do not think we will return to this particular property

We had an amazing time on our vacation. The property was beautiful and was accurate to the photos. The property manager communicated clearly and responded in a timely matter. The views were AMAZING!! I would 100% recommet staying here!
