About this house rental
****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. This large 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath townhouse, is located near 7th street in downtown Ocean City and can accommodate 10 people! You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and skate park just to name a few. You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked in the garage and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach! This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and has TVs in most rooms. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. With two decks, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those cool evening bay breezes and there are even peaks of the beach! So come and relax, leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us! THINGS TO KNOW: * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. * This property utilizes a ring doorbell for security purposes. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * Sorry no pets allowed. * There is a garage that will fit 2 vehicles. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

This house is perfect except it smelled like must on the first bottom floor. Other then that everything about it was great! I had trouble getting into the house the first day but the company answers right away and was very helpful! The space was perfect for our family! The kitchen. Was very well stocked! The pool is 4 feet deep, small but great for a quick swim or kid hang out spot!

Overall our stay was amazing. Perfect amount of space for everyone! Everything you need in a kitchen is there for use.
Upon arrival, the unit was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean quickly with the provided broom and vacuum. Can’t really complain to much being it is a BEACH vacation and sand is expected.
Going to the beach? There are tons of beach chairs (all low chairs) and about 4-5 of them are broken. The picture shows beach carts and boogie boards, however there were none. There is now 1 board because we left it for the house.
The pool on site was a great feature. Only thing I would change would be having access to open the garage from the outside.
WiFi was terrible but we purchased for $20 the WiFi pass thru XFinity and had no problems after that.
Overall our stay, the place, the property managers and everything else was simply amazing and we will 100% be back in following years.

Very disappointed in the condition of the property
I paid a cleaning fee and it was still filthy
Light bulbs were out, fan not working stove disgusting dent in Refrigerator I can go on, Tv wasn’t working. As it turned out we paid an administrative fee as well as the VRBO fee

My family of 10 loved this unit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. There was plenty of space to play games, eat together, and watching tv together and separate. The pool was a BIG hit with the kids.
The cleaning of the unit could have been better. We found trash and food under beds and sofa and sand on the sofa. But we did a quick cleaning and were good to go.

Great place would rent again
Lots of space and a great location! Two car garage is a big plus for 7th street. They need to fix their bed size guide, to say a king and two queens sheets, not full. We had to go to Roses to buy two queen sets. The kids bunk room was a real hit!

A 4 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, this up to date home offers enough space and amenities for the family. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, the middle level has a half bath, balcony, and plenty of living/kitchen space to eat a meal with the family. The third level has a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a shower in the bathroom and a water closet. All fixtures and electronics were in working order. The pool may be small, but it was kept clean and was great for a cool off while cooking on the grill. We were all very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to mention...senior week is a thing here in Ocean City. We did not know that and spent the week surrounded by teens. Most were respectful, but some obnoxious. We had our recent graduate with us, so we weren't uncomfortable, and the week was relatively quiet, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

This property has a GREAT location. Right near dining, stores and a short short walk to the boardwalk. The house is in good shape, lots of cookware and plates/silver wear.
However, we were never notified that the pool is not maintained after Labor Day. Hot hot week and a completely green nasty pool. Then while we were staying there, a company came and did construction work on the pool. So we had the driveway blocked - it was bike week and we needed the garage to get the bikes - as well as workers in the back without any notification.
The cleaning company does not do a good job
Dirt, food and huge dust balls all over the family room floor and under the couch.

This house was clean, well-stocked, and very well located! Very easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. I like that you can see the bay and beach from the balcony. Now, that all said, we loved the property. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The number of bedrooms and baths were really convenient as no other 4 bedrooms around. We actually felt more at home at this townhouse property than the typical high rise condo.
And, the small pool size was 12 x 18 feet, which was perfect size after a long day in the sun.
If we return to ocean city, we would highly consider this property. It felt like home instead of like an apartment.
Just remember if you have a large pickup, you won’t fit in the garage and will need to find street parking somewhere.

This property was spacious, close to attractions and the beach and bay. The only thing I would rate low is the cleanliness of the cleaning service. There was crumbs and food under every bed and piece of furniture. The property manager was great to work with and answered any and all questions we had. I’d book this property and stay again.

The property started off negative a bit as the parking lot was full of large trucks checking in, and we also had a large truck. We could not get our vehicles in the lot for about 40 minutes until other guests could move their vehicles.
Large Pickup trucks do not fit into the garage, and there is no designated parking other than the garage. We had to park our pickup truck 10 blocks away as no other street spots available (we had electric scooters so not too bad) .

The lovely home is conveniently located close to the beach. We were thrilled to have a garage. The home is spacious and provided ample room for our family of eight. The kitchen is superbly stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. The beds were super comfortable. Our only negative experience resulted from noisy people next door and in the vicinity. Unfortunately, we had several college and high school students staying in the area during our time. We got very little sleep as people were screaming/partying until 3 am. However, the property manager was attentive and promptly responded when we reached out about the noise level. He informed us that there was a noise ordinance in effect from midnight to 7 a.m. He planned to reach out to the next door manager. We would definitely consider staying here again during a non-college/high school week!
