"Imagine That", our stunning, new 4 BR/3Ba luxury ocean block condo on 125th and Assawoman Drive in North Ocean City is a perfect vacation retreat for a family or group of friends, with capacity of up to 12 people (8 adults maximum).. This newly constructed, boutique 7-unit building with outdoor pool and shower is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Our unique, architecturally exciting building is the newest condo construction in OC, built in the desirable, family oriented northern part of Ocean City. Our family stays all the time and we consider this our personal retreat, one we love to share with people like you. Our prime, corner unit has a modern, fresh, spacious layout and design with Ocean Views from almost every room. Outstanding features of this professionally decorated condo retreat include: 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around panoramic glass-railed balcony and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen. There are stunning weathered wood-grain floors, luxury showers, and a free-standing soaking tub. We have a variety of bedroom configurations with organizer closets. Ceiling fans ventilate each room. Make yourself a delicious cappuccino with our automated espresso/cappuccino maker or use the Keurig for your morning tea or coffee. Chill your wine, beer and soda in our dedicated temperature controlled wine fridge. Wash and dry your clothes in the dedicated laundry room wit full sized washer and dryer. Smart Home features including a Studio high fidelity Alexa Echo, voice controlled roller shades, internet connected thermostat, door lock, and smart doorbell. USB charging station plugs are conveniently located all over the condo. Four large LG HD Smart TVs are available for your viewing. Walls are decorated with gallery photography. Two parking spots await you under the building as well as ample, free street parking. Elevator access is right outside our door. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes (2) and beach toys, along with games, puzzles and great beach novels. We have it all here! While our location is on a quiet and quaint street right off the ocean, the best of Ocean City is within a 4-block radius of 125th Street: Dumser’s Dairyland, Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, Tailchasers Restaurant & Dock Bar (Off the Hook Restaurant Group), Grottos Pizza, the Crab Factory, Abbey’s Burger Bistro, Starbucks, Montego Bay Shopping Center (with a full size grocery store and multiple restaurants) and so much more! We are located directly across to bayside and enjoy Ocean City's (largest) Northside Park, where you can go biking or jogging or walk out on the pier and go crabbing or fishing. Take in a local baseball game there, explore one of the festivals, or watch the 4th of July or New Year's fireworks. In the morning, join the large community of locals and vacationers who enjoy the designated bike/walking path on our quaint inside beach street that takes them to Fenwick and back. Treat yourself to a relaxing retreat with friends or family in our sparkling clean and brand new luxury condo. Sheets, towels, dish and laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toiletries are not provided. However, a linen service is available by request for a nominal fee. Don't forget your sunscreen! Now taking reservations for 2022. Saturday to Saturday rentals during the Summer months. Off season rentals are popular and are a minimum 2 night stay. Fine Print: For your protection and ours, we only rent to families and adults. No senior week or other high school or college vacations at our location. The renter must be 25 or older and must be one of the occupants during the rental. Pets are prohibited (please note that if you have pet allergies, we cannot guarantee that there are no pet allergens). We have a close community in our 7 unit building and the building manager and other owners monitor for compliance with these rules (which are requirements throughout the building for renters). Security cameras are present outside units in the building (We have absolutely NO cameras in the unit). By our building rules, a rental will be terminated without refund if these rules are not strictly adhered to. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any substance in the unit, balcony, or anywhere in the building -- the condo contains smoking sensors to detect. If detected, your rental agreement requires a $1000.00 amelioration fee.

The property was a nice place to meet up with friends for a weekend getaway. The size and amount of beds/baths were ideal to ensure we could all be together, yet have our own space. The access to the beach was great.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at island waves. The condo is spacious and well decorated and clean. So convenient to beach and nearby restaurants. Lots of comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a nice bonus. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

We just came home from staying at Imagine That. The property was located in a very convenient spot, close to the beach. The accommodations were outstanding. The property was super clean with modern technology. Everything we could have wanted was there. We really enjoyed the wrap around balcony. The owners were so responsive and accommodating from the first day. They made sure that we had everything we needed. We felt like we were staying at a friend's place! We can't wait to go back!

Very nice condo. Everything is new and clean. Love the location as well. The check in process was the best we’ve had in 40 years of going to OCMD. the elevator worked great and smelled super clean everyday! The property owner answered questions we had promptly. Highly highly recommended!!

Beautiful condo located in our favorite part of Ocean City. We had the best vacation here! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation! It is so spacious and comfortable! We also loved the balcony and all of the furniture out there. The views are awesome! Great family time!

Wonderful location and amenities for us!
The unit is well laid out and the bathrooms are very spacious. The electronic access doors meant we never had to worry about who might have had the keys last!! Beautiful artwork.

This is our second stay in this unit. First was a week in August, this was a weekend in April.
Assawoman is the best strip of OC. Convenient to everything but quiet.
Great layout for entertaining, quality furniture and finishes, comfortable beds, very clean, easy check-in/out, quick responses from owner.
Our only issue was the AC. I get it if you're in a budget rental, but when you pay extra for a more comfortable experience it's disappointing when there are unreasonable limits to save a few bucks.
At check-in the thermostat was locked on heat only. The owner promptly switched to AC, but still wouldn't let us move the temperature below 72.
The problem is because of the season, the temperature hovered technically just under 72 so the air didn't kick in much, but it was very humid from rain and there was no airflow so it felt incredibly sticky and muggy the whole weekend.
I was told it was "extreme" for me to set the AC to anything lower than 72. Even setting it at 70 would have made a world of difference and the AC would have kicked in and dehumidified.
We did the best we could with opening the balcony doors, but because of the layout of the building there is no way to create cross-ventilation so it didn't do much.
This was not an issue when we stayed in August because it was always hotter than 72 and the air was always on.
If you're selling a premium product at a premium rate, understand people at that price point expect to not be nickel-and-dimed on basic comforts.

Everything about this rental was exceptional! Owners were responsive and extremely gracious. The building and unit were exactly as shown in photos- spacious and absolutely beautiful. This was the perfect location for a getaway with an extended family.

We’ve been coming to Ocean City for almost 30 years and Steve and Leslie’s condo is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in. Many of the condos in Ocean City are showing their age, but the Imagine That is in a newer building and the unit itself has everything you’ll need. Spacious, top-notch appliances and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The storage unit contains plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a couple of bicycles that are in great shape, plus boogie boards and a cart for packing and unpacking the car. Plenty of room for all on the wrap around porch which always gives you a sun and shade side.
Can’t beat the location. Food Lion, restaurants, NorthSide Park, CVS, mini golf and others are all walkable. It's away from the craziness of the boardwalk area, and the beach never gets overcrowded.
Finally, any communication with Steve was immediate during the whole process. He made sure we got settled in without issue (which we did). A gift basket was a nice added touch. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to come to Ocean City.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The condo offered so much beautiful space and the bonus was the outdoor space. The deck was large and wrapped around with great usable seating. Could see the ocean from the deck and the living room space. It was a quick walk to the beach which we took advantage of daily! The extra surprise was the availability of beach chairs and bicycles which was a plus. Very convenient to family activities, park and restaurants with a little quiet which we really enjoyed.
The host was very available throughout our stay and checked on how our stay was going which I very much appreciated. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had!

This property was the perfect vacation spot for our family. I agree with previous posters that pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of space for all of our family. All of the rooms were comfy and quiet for sleep. Every little detail in the space was appreciated. The location was a quick walk to the beach, easy to get to restaurants, stores, and Northside park. Stephen and Leslie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We are hoping to make this a new new spot!

Absolute perfection!
This was one of the best vacations my family and I have ever been on! This condo was perfect! It was absolutely beautiful and situated in the best location with a wonderful view. We were steps away from the beach. We had numerous restaurants and activities within walking distance. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first time visiting Ocean City. The condo itself fit the eight of us just perfectly. It came with everything we could have needed for a weeks stay. Steve and Leslie were wonderful to rent from! Any question we had, they answered promptly and provided a wonderful guide that helped us plan our trip leading up to our stay. They are great with communication! If we vacation in Ocean City again, we will be back!

Beautiful new beach condo with all the bells and whistles! Perfect place to create memories!
Our family of nine had a wonderful time creating memories at Imagine That. Not only is the condo new, but it is beautifully furnished and stocked with all you could need during your stay. We never wanted for anything and had plenty of space to move around, eat, sleep and play.
The wrap around balcony is very spacious with plenty of seating and a partial view of the ocean. It also gave us seating flexibly if it was too sunny/windy on one side we could move to the other side without having to leave the outdoor space. Big plus for our family. At one point most of the adults and all the kids were reading on the balcony.
Imagine that gave us easy access to and from the beach, spacious outdoor storage for beach gear if needed, pool, centrally located to fun shops, great restaurants and grocery shopping. We also enjoy Northside Park for workouts, playground and crabbing.
The owners, Steven and Lesley, were easy to reach for any questions prior to our arrival as well as during. We are looking forward to staying again next year and creating more memories.

Family Vacation
We had a great first experience at Imagine That. The location was great close enough to boardwalk and some great restaurants but far enough away from large crowds. The place was pretty clean with a nice view of ocean and they had about everything you would need for a week away from home.

This home was very nice it had all the things you would need to feel like you were home the proximity to the beach was great, so if you forgot something it was a really quick walk back to the house there was plenty of beach equipment so you won't have to lug everything from home which is a plus I definitely would stay here again

A wonderful quick getaway with family “Imagine That”
First, let’s begin with the fact that the photos do not do this home justice. It is much bigger than the photos show and the view is amazing from multiple rooms. The balcony was much larger than expected and it is truly walking distance to the beach. We even joked that several places claim to be walking distance and it’s a solid 10-15 min walk, that’s not the case here. The home is beautiful. Well decorated and appointed. The artwork seems to be that of the owner; the photos are beautiful. There’s lots of tech throughout the home to make it more comfortable. Although the listing said there weren’t any toiletries, sponges or soaps we walked in to a well prepared home with everything we needed. I suppose we are all paying it forward and leaving things behind. The hosts are also very gracious. We asked for late check out and were accommodated. They answer questions quickly. Straight forward. I can’t speak to issues as we had not one. Check in was easy. Parking was a breeze and I imagine with two spots in high seasons wouldn’t be an issue. Overall, we’d stay again and then some. We didn’t want to leave.. but such is life. Imagine that.

Beautiful oceanblock 4 bedroom condo
We were so thrilled to find this gem in north Ocean City, a very short walk to the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony and living room. My family of 6 and my parents enjoyed this beautifully decorated 3rd floor condo that was quite spacious and well laid out. The beds were incredibly comfortable with new mattresses in every bed. The owners' suite bathroom had a large shower with pebble floor and multiple shower heads. The kitchen was well-stocked with a full spice rack. The tech controlled lights and window shades were popular with adults and kids alike. The storage room is stocked with multiple chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Stephen was very responsive to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We all agreed that we can't wait to come back again!

Imagine That! solves all those problems. Spacious, filled with light, quality finishes and furniture, and so thoughtfully planned. Between us and our friends visiting from across the street, we often had 6 adults and 3 kids under six in the space. There was plenty of room for cooking, playing, relaxing, and then some!
It seems small, but the organization alone makes it clear a family designed this space. It’s not a flipper or developer grabbing cash. Storage and hooks for days! So many places to put all the things tiny humans drag with them on vacation.
The view is phenomenal. One of my favorite things to do was just quietly sit on the couch or balcony at golden hour and watch the sun over the dunes.
Quality tech too! The large LG TVs all around were much appreciated. We also have LGs at home and I’m convinced they have the best picture. Alexa was a fun novelty, but we really only used her to control the shades.
Last that not least, being able to easily go downstairs for a pool day when the kids weren’t in a beach mood was incredibly convenient. I wasn’t sure about the pool size from the photo, but it’s a normal size pool that goes up to 5 feet.
I’m sure I’m missing something, but the property was fantastic and we will be booking again next year. And probably every year until we purchase our own.

We love this section of OCMD, and we were thrilled to be able to stay at such an awesome property so close to the beach. We had three families with young kids, and it worked out perfectly for us. A luxurious retreat - perfect for families
Amazingly well appointed beautiful home with immediate access to the beach, short walk to Starbucks / Dunkin’ Donuts, mini-golf, arcade, candy and ice cream shops and a variety of bars and restaurants. The home is nice and quiet; well insulated to sounds from the street. At the home you will find a very nice kitchen with all of the comforts of home (plus a few extra fancy features), really strong WiFi (we had more than 10 devices running at good speed), very nice smart TV’s preloaded with Netflix and Prime / USB chargers throughout / Alexa powered home, awesome bathrooms (especially the master) with good water pressure, and lots of space for your family to spread out. Very nice pool. Covered private parking, secure building access and good elevator. Building is very well maintained.
Owners were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Very kind, helpful and generous. We were welcomed by a really nice gift bag from them that had some necessities, snacks, wine and a couple of souvenirs in a cute beach bag. They are definitely focused on making sure it’s a wonderful experience and made themselves available for any concern with prompt response.
Honestly the home is so lovely it’s hard to believe they rent it out.
