Completely renovated in 2019, including air conditioning in the main living areas, multi-level (4 floors + 3 half-floors), four-bedroom plus den, townhome can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Guest will appreciate the modern décor and open floor plan. The abundance of windows and western views offers incredible mountain sunsets. Additional highlights in this residence include a 10-person dining table, four-person breakfast bar, burning fireplace, 65”tv and private hot tub. This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 25 Meadows Court have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more. To enhance your summer experience, breathtaking views from the other large balcony invite guest to dine around an eight-person outdoor dining table while cooking on the provided Weber propane grill. This townhome is unique with its three parking spaces, one that is in a heated garage that fits a full size suburban, plus two outdoor reserved spaces. Additionally, guests enjoy the luxury of hanging their skis and storing their boots in the heated garage so they are dry and warm for the next day. All necessities are provided for our guests. Ski access is a short walking distance to the Highlands base area where you can ski directly down to the Centennial Lift in the main village area. At the end of the day, simply ski back to the Highlands skiway for a quick walk back to the townhome. Also, if you don’t feel like taking a short walk or skiing to the Village Center, a complimentary shuttle is available from 7:00am to Midnight that will take you anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of five nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway. This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. We enjoyed the puzzles and games, accessibility to the slopes and the heated garage. We drove, so the 3 parking spaces were all used. The property management company was great to work with. We will very likely rent here again!

This is a lovely decorated home that is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared to climb, but for our group of fit adults it wasn’t a problem. This house is the only large rental I’ve found with 4 King bedrooms all with private baths! That was exactly what we wanted for 4 couples. There is a primary suite, but all the rooms are nice. The walk to the slopes is not far at all, but it definitely is a walk. Totally manageable, but don’t expect true ski in/out. The house is well worth the short walk. It’s a gem! Would be great for a few family’s too with the awesome bunk room!! We loved the private hot tub too! Mountain management was very responsive as well to all our needs! Thanks for an amazing time. We will be back!!

We know Beaver Creek well. Its VERY hard to find 5 BR / 5 BA, well-kept properties that are walkable to the slopes. This property is very vertical so if stairs aren’t your thing, you should avoid. The property manager, in our case Hunter, is EXCELLENT. I always hope for better equipped kitchens but that’s just because I’m a cook. But, I will say, the grill was good quality and surprisingly clean. Overall, a great stay!

We were in Beaver Creek for our son’s wedding. We had 9 people and an infant in the house and it was perfect!! Every room has its own bathroom. It was super clean, came with all the amenities needed, and the cleaning service just was icing on the top. Great location for all things BC, Avon, and Vail. The travel Whisper team was super helpful and we were able to ship boxes out in advance to them and they had them at the house when we arrived. Highly recommend. Only thing to be aware of is the house has 7 floors. There are a lot of steps so take into account based on the age of your guest. The house is as pictured on the site.

We had a great experience, the house was perfect for our 3 families. We especially loved the puzzles, the hot tub, the spacious bedrooms, and the garage where we were able to suit up every day. The maid service was also nice. Tricia was very helpful, although after a 20 hour drive it would have been nice to just enter the house and not have to meet someone and do a tour/overview. This is the first B&B we've stayed at where we couldn't just let ourselves in.

The house is clean, nice, in a good location and as advertised. However there are issues with the process after reserving on VRBO. Not disclosed until after booking are a few unreasonable documents that the property management company wants executed. I won't get into details but a good lawyer would likely never let a vacation renter sign them. They are one sided and unreasonable. Also the property has a ton of stairs so if anyone in your party has problems going up stairs it will be a very difficult stay for them. One other issue is that the owner has locked an unreasonable amount of closets for personal use. Otherwise the house is nice and as advertised.

Amazing stay in the heart of Beaver Creek
We enjoyed a week long stay @ the property. It was high end, clean, perfect location, walking distance to a chair lift. The rooms were decorated beautifully. The concierge - travel whisperer, was amazing from start to finish! They helped us with every detail which was wonderful considering we had a big group and lots of logistics to coordinate.
The fireplace and hot tub was the best for a great ski vaca. My only caution to other travelers would be the u it is multi-level (5levels) My husband had recently had knee surgery and there were a ton of stairs with the kitchen on the top level. The home is also finished with beautiful white carpet which made me nervous with several teen boys but they were able to keep it clean thankfully. May be tougher with younger kids though. There was also a water alarm that would randomly go off for no reason but the concierge was helpful in that respect too. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

Wow, what an awesome house
We stayed here during an 11 day August vacation in Beaver Creek -- two families with children ranging from 1 to 14.
THE HOUSE: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any house we have ever rented -- and none of the kitchen items are "rental quality". Even the grill on the deck is a Weber Genesis, just like the one I have at home. The bedrooms are very nicely furnished and have very high quality beds and linens -- again, no "rental quality" stuff.
If there is any potential drawback to the house, it would be that it has a bunch of levels (6 if I recall correctly) and lots of stairs. So, if you have an issue with stairs, you may not be happy with the setup. We embraced the setup with a "getting your steps in" approach and managed the toddler/stairs issue with 4 child gates which we left behind for the owner for future use. We also had many meals on the deck that has beautiful views. We did not get a chance to try out the hot tub.
LOCATION: The house is a short walk down to the main gondola. We bought summer season lift passes and rode the gondola up the mountain each day. The season passes also gave us access to the Vail gondolas, which we rode one day. And when the kids were not up to the walk we utilized the highly efficient BC bus system that uses an Uber-like app to take you point to point anywhere inside of BC. The little ones demanded bus rides every night into the main village.
MANAGEMENT/OWNER: Tricia and her colleagues took great care of us and were quick to respond to our questions and requests. They even coordinated with the owner to request that the adjacent townhouse owner cease construction activities until after our departure.
We had a wonderful vacation in BC and will most definitely stay here again next time we visit.
