This property is conveniently located for someone who wants the full Scottsdale, AZ experience with dining, shopping, golfing, baseball, hiking, and fun. This property is great for multi-family, multi-generational, and group vacations. These two houses offer the following layout between them: MAIN HOUSE: • Living Room • Kitchen • Dining Room • Master Bedroom: King • Bedroom 2: 2 Queens • Bedroom 3: 2 Queens • Common area offers a queen air mattress and pack n play! • 2 Bathrooms • Pool Table Room GUEST HOUSE: • Living Room • Kitchen • Dining Room • Master Bedroom: King • Bedroom 2: King • Bedroom 3: 2 Fulls (photo shows bunk beds, but both beds are now on floor) • Common area offers a queen air mattress and pack n play! • 2 Bathrooms Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have a no tolerance policy regarding loud noise and parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home. GUEST ACCESS Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Our property offers a variety of amenities for your stay: • Two separate Wi-Fi networks, one for each house • Toaster, Dishwasher, Dishwasher detergent, Drip Coffee Maker, Microwave, Blender, Cooking essentials, Silverware, Plates, Bowls, Glassware • Washer, Dryer, Clothing Detergent, Iron, Ironing Board • Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hair Dryer in each Bathroom • Bed Linens, Pillows, Blankets, Bath & Pool Towels • Queen Air Mattress, Pack N Play, High Chair • Outside Gas Grill • Private Heated Pool ($75/day) The following items we do NOT provide: • Pressure cookers, Crockpots • Speakers, Stereo (loud music is discouraged) This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Pets Allowed with exceptions: *$100 non-refundable fee per pet (guests are still expected to clean up after their pets). The property was ideal for a weekend away. Enough space for 13 adults to sprawl out and relax in a beautiful setting. The backyard, pool, and putting green were awesome -- as was the hiking trail easily accessible by foot. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook for meals for everyone, and the two grills made dinners a breeze. Communication with the hosts was always timely, flexible, and easy to follow. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great week at the rental! It was very spacious and easy for everyone to have their own space. The pool was awesome- there were a variety of good pool floats as well. The ability to hike from the house was such an amazing feature!

My boyfriend turned 45 so I wanted a house where family and friends could stay. This house was absolutely perfect. We were able to spend time in the pool, play putt putt and bbq. The back yard is perfect for a party! It was so fun and so spacious, with a ton of seating. There were plenty of pool floaties. There were spices in the kitchen, which was awesome since I didn't think to bring any. The house itself is very clean with plenty of room. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. We had a great time. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Overall just a fantastic place. Great location just far away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town and other popular areas to get some relaxation in the desert sun. Less than 15-20 minute drive to just about anything, grocery store nearby, and all the amenities a group could ask for! Great hosts that were very prompt and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
