Consisted of two private and independent Wings united by the private courtyard, tropical garden, hammock relaxing area, private pool, lounge and BBQ areas with dining table and the grill station. This beautiful, very private and modern vacation home offers luxury and comfort, while still embracing the laid back lifestyle of Exuma. Enjoy the amenities of this modern beach house while gazing at views of turquoise waters from the living room/kitchen area which can be turned into huge open air private suite by opening the glass sliding doors. Located on the 2 miles stretch of the most pristine, beautiful and private beach in Exuma, just 5 minutes from Exuma Int Airport. Ideal for a large family or two families to stay together but with privacy and flexibility, which includes separate entrances, kitchens, family rooms and balconies of each Villa's Wing overlooking the turquoise waters as well as direct access to the pool. Wind protected and locked private courtyard provides a tropical garden with Palm Trees, refreshing pool, a dining table with 8 chairs, hammock, lounge. Enjoy lunch or dinner at BBQ station, featuring open gas grill and a refrigerator. Perfect place to have fun during the day and certainly on the evening to have a dinner, drinks or play some games. Take a quick rinse after a refreshing swim to wash off the beach sand in one of 2 outdoor showers, located by each Wing entrance. East wing first floor contains 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and a private family room, convertible to a full bedroom. West wing first floor contains 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and a family room convertible to an extra 3rd bedroom. Master suite and Guest suites in both West and East Wings have a king size beds. Family rooms have a queen size fold out comfort sleeper sofa. Each room has direct access to the pool and courtyard. High quality inflatable beds are also available for our guests. Second floor of each wing consist of a fully equipped modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 300 sq. ft. covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean. The home is cooled by central air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. You will find all the modern technology you need to stay connected, including wireless internet and Smart Tv's. Playground with children play set and beach volleyball court is open exclusively for our guests! 2 miles long pristine beach is just 50 steps out of the courtryard's gate and has super white powder sand and very comfortable sea entrance which allows to be safe with kids and launch our kayaks, stand-up boards. Snorkeling gear, life jackets, beach towels and beach chairs are all included. What is provided in the Villa: - full set of hotel amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, hand and bath towels); - fully equipped kitchens; - laundry room with washer & dryer sets - paper towels, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent; - limited quantity of drinkable water as well as water for icemaker in pool villas (can be ordered or purchased additionally); - gas for BBQ grill; - bathrobes; - personal safe box; - beach towels; - beach chairs and umbrellas; - use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, water toys; - use of sandy playground with beach volleyball court and children playground; - table games, etc; - Internet (Wi-Fi) - a plenty of sun, white sand, turquoise water and friendly local people! Small Island is about 1 mile off-shore and easily reachable by kayaks during calm weather for full privacy and great snorkeling! Car rental is highly recommended to navigate Exumas, however there are taxi services available 24 hours. Nearest grocery stores and restaurants are about 5-10 minutes driving, main Exuma Food Market is about 15 minutes driving (closed on Sunday). Our management team will help you with all kind of arrangements (chefs, pre-arrival grocery, baby crib, tours recommendations, etc) before your arrival. Villa is about 4200 sq. ft. (both wings) Both wings are being rented together! No sharing with other guests!

The house and set up is perfect for two families vacationing together and Gabby was amazing at taking care of any of our needs ! Darin was so nice and helpful giving us island information and making sure we were good! We will definitely be back and make sure to reach out to them , as we feel they are are friends now!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Casa Del Mar. We had an amazing experience from the time we made a decision to come to the time we left. Attantive hosts, fantastic views, perfect beach, attention to all the details from the kitchen stuff to the beach chairs/umbrellas. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and all amenities of the property. The house manager Gabby was really, really helpful with all our requests and questions. We had her mom cook one night and had a wonderful meal. The beach is great to walk on and we thought it was fun to walk down to the bar about a 15 min walk away for a drink. We loved the water bike tour recommended by the host, the trip to Moriah Harbor Cay National Park was beautiful.

We had a great time! Great location! Excellent communication with property manager!!! We had some issues with the oven going in and out and internet interrupting due to weather but easily fixed. The pool was a bit green when we got there and the filter didn’t seem to work but they immediately sent people out to fix it! Overall was great and would stay again!!

This is the best rental we have ever had, hands down. Beach and water colors are stunning. Villa design and comfort level were unparalleled and we have never seen such a beautiful place in Caribbean. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful location and awesome house for a large family
Gabby was a life saver!!! Large and spacious perfect for a big family. HVAC wasn’t working and Gabby took care of it immediately! I would return here again for sure! As long as Gabby was manager, as she took great care of us. Cannot say the same for other homes we stayed at. Beach is steps away and wonderful

The property was great and just as advertised. The location was fantastic, the beach extraordinary and empty. Unfortunately we did not realize it was regatta week so Georgetown and its restaurants were not feasible and food stores were short on supply. Overall it was great. My only suggestion is to avoid Thompson's car rental, the owner is an extortionist. john m.

This was our first time to Bahamas, the property is located very close to the airport. Extremely clean and very nicely designed with top notch decor. The pool is awesome. Pool toys and snorkels are present for kids to use, so no need to pack. Dmitri and Gabby are very responsive, within the hour. I could not believe it when I saw a few paddle boards and kayak for us to use (provided by the host). You simple don't find this kind amenity provided for free in the US. All of us used the paddle boards, and my friend and I, kayaked to the neighbouring island on a quiet day. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. There is a volley ball court at the back, which we utilized also. The kids loved it.
They have 3 properties, strategically designed so all have an ocean view, even if you are at the back; each with a separate private pool. The front property is fabulous, next time we would like to rent it if available.

The Casa Del Mar Villas met and exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we could need to cook meals, enjoy our vacation and relax!
House manager Gabby even brought us a cake pan so we could make a cake to celebrate a birthday!
The king sized beds were so comfortable, sleeper sofas weren’t great so we put those mattresses on the floor.
Sunrise view is stunning. Shower pressure was wonderful. AC worked great! Very pleasant safe area. Great family friendly house stocked with high chair pack and play board games beach towels pool toys and more! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful, top notch home with a very nice layout. We enjoyed spending time on the top floor patios with drinks, overlooking the turquoise water. The beach is, for the lack of other words, stunning. Outdoor pool, showers, bbq area are just everything we needed to hang out at the Villa and to build a great family memories. Unbelievable place. Unforgettable vacation.

The villa has absolutely everything you need. The bedroom suites had fabulous bedding and towels. The pool has two outdoor showers which is perfect for coming in from the beach. Gabby was so sweet and easy to work with. The views are spectacular! We visited many beaches while there. There are no bad beaches!

We have just returned from our holiday at the Casa del Mar and we wish we were still there. The weather was perfect all week, the accommodations were amazing for our two families. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor common area and spent a lot of time there when not at the beach. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the morning and watching the sunrise. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, modern and really comfortable. The kitchen and living room were great and well supplied and we would have spent more time up there if there was bad weather but as it was 26 and sunny every single day we soaked up all that goodness outside. The outdoor volleyball court was great as we had 7 teens/young adults who all play volleyball. Thank you Dimitri and Gabby for a wonderful stay.

We were group of 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodations were outstanding and beyond our expectations. The beach is breathtaking and we enjoyed many walks and the stunning views.
We spend a lot of time by the pool and the set up is fantastic for the kids and we were sheltered from the wind. Gabby and Dmitri helped us to arrange a few day trips and other sheltered beaches. Swimming with the turtles was our favorite! Great memories were made

Overall we had an amazing stay. The individual that we communicated with while staying on the island was Gabi. She was great. Very friendly and helpful. Dmitri was very helpful and informative before arrival and during booking. They gave us a lot of details and guides for activities and restaurants on the island. The check-in process was not as smooth because there were no instructions like "to meet someone there" or to call or if there was a key with a lockbox. But it all worked out fine. The house was very nice and had everything we needed and was pretty luxury. Obviously the destination is even more amazing! Must VISIT! The house is about 2 minute walk down the path to the most gorgeous private beach! Also made friends with the locals and the 2 taxi drivers that we used were amazing! As well as the private boat tour we chartered on our last day.

We loved the whole stay. Check in and out and assistance while we were there from Gabby was very easy and the Property was perfect for our family. Very well appointed, attractive Villa, great pool that the kids loved, and really good location for seeing the rest of great Exuma as long as you have a car. We had a fantastic break! Three generations from 3 to 77 and everyone loved it.

We had a wonderful time at Dimitris place. Both villas are beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. The beach is pristine and very private. We were a large family group of 10 and there was plenty of room for all. A/C was nice to have, beds very comfortable and the weather was perfect. Highly recovered!

We rented this property for a friend’s 50th birthday trip and the stay was nothing but amazing. The property was exactly as presented on the website and was clean, beautiful, and spacious. We brought lots of frozen meat to cook so the outdoor grill was great to have the ability to cook outside. It’s just a few steps from a spectacular beach so you don’t have to go far to enjoy the ocean. The property manager, Gabby was top notch! She made our stay extra special by running to the store to pick up a few things, as well as making our check-in and out process effortless.
