Property was clean. My only critique was that we couldn’t find cutting boards, and the cake pans were rusted and unusable. But kitchen was well stocked, home was well furnished and we enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for hosting us!

Happy place was a great accommodation for our group of 12 for mini weekend family reunion. Tons of room, comfortable seating and beds. Outdoor space was also inviting for the group. Check in & comms were a breeze.

This house was perfect for our family! It was really clean when we arrived. The location is perfect for the pool and the pickleball court. It has everything you need for cooking and it was really nice to have a gas grill on the patio. The king beds in the bedrooms were awesome. We loved this house and would definitely return.

The area is so beautiful with quiet surroundings. I love that it is away from the crowded and busy St. George, but still close enough to get there within minutes.

The internet was out the whole time. They tried to fix it but it didn’t stay on. And there was a foul, fishy smell in the kitchen disposal every time we turned on the water. Other than that it was a nice place that fit all 13 of us comfortably.

Excellent home with plenty of ammenities. It is just outside of town with a fun pool, fun hot tub. Pickleball courts were a lot of fun. the house was very clean and had a great layout. We had 2 families staying here and felt like there was plenty of space for everyone to have a good time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this house was nice and fit our needs. It was clean and fairly well maintained. The door to the main level master suite did not open and close well. In addition, there were no kitchen towels or washcloths to use for drying dishes. I found an undergarment that had clearly been worn and was wadded up in one of the nightstands. The most disappointing part was that we could not get the Direct TV to work on any of the TVs except on the main floor family room. In fact, the batteries had been taken out of the other remotes and one of the remotes had corroded batteries in it. We ended up purchasing batteries for the remotes but still could not get the Direct TV to work. I have stayed at many other properties at the Ledges and have never had any issues. I would choose a different property over this one next time my family and I stay at the Ledges.

We loved the location since it was close to Tuacahn and the bike path. There were a lot of nice amenities; unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy them. We will be back! The place was well stocked and clean. Loved that it had 3 king size beds and the bunk beds were double. Absolutely loved the deck up top!

We came to Utah for a wedding, the check in process was easy! They provided all of the information we needed ahead of time to get to the property and access it. We had 7 adults and 3 children in our party. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us! The kids loved the bunk beds. The only downside for the kids was the XBox controller did not have working batteries, and the ping pong table was in the garage and too hot to play in. The garage is pretty small so we did not park in it. We were lucky enough to use the driveway and the guest parking. Overall, the house was clean and we loved staying in it. The closest store/restaurant is 15 minutes away, so make sure you pick up all of your essentials/groceries beforehand. Thank you for the stay!

Property was great. Plenty of beds. Clean and new. Very comfortable. Very small garage that was actually filled with a ping pong table, air hockey table and toys which made it very hard to get a car in.

Everything was very enjoyable and accommodated the various ages for our family. We felt right at home. Only minor issues was slow WiFi connectivity when multiple users are connected.
