You can also walk down from the backyard to the river and enjoy the beautiful blanco river. The Casita Verde is located within three miles of beautiful downtown Wimberley. Enjoy the walks around the square while looking at all the stores and stopping to get a bite to eat at many of Wimberley’s well known restaurants. Visit the famous market days that takes place every first Saturday of the month (March-December). Stop by Jacobs Well and Blue Hole some of the most famous swimming holes in Texas. Enjoy being part of the small town community of Wimberley, Texas! The kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. Pots and pans ready for you to use. A dining table that seats six to eight people, a place where you can enjoy all your meals together. The Casita Verde has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has comfy queen bed and a spacious bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a comfortable full and twin bed and share a bathroom. There are 2 private river parks that you will have access to. The river park across The Casita is the deep end with a rope swimming, the second river park is more of the swallower end and has picnic tables, perfect for having lunch at the river!

Wonderful property! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It was over 100 degrees the week we visited and the A/C kept up wonderfully. The proximity to the river was great-an easy five minute walk with a fun rope swing to use. We also enjoyed watching the deer wander by every morning and evening. There were lots of activities and restaurants within a short drive. We had an excellent family vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

Beautiful and spacious home and yard. Super clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We loved visiting on the back patio around the fire pit. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the Blanco River and the town square.

Super cute, super clean and every little detail and amenity were thought of. We had a wonderful time and the outdoor area was very nice. All 6 of us moms said we would stay there again and plan to book this property for our own families. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice property and well represented! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils etc. Great 3 bedroom with 2 nice full bathrooms. We did not get to use the outdoor area due to weather, but hope to in the future! We would definitely stay here again.

Location is far enough from the city noise but close enough to market and eateries. The house was as close to home that you can get🥰The house and the backyard were comfortable and inviting. Absolutely coming back in the spring 🙏🏻

Had a wedding to attend at Old Glory Ranch and the location of this place was great! My daughter really enjoyed going down to the river as well! Loved seeing the deer and turkeys too.

I liked the house a lot but the location was pretty far from town and not right on the Blanco river as it seemed from the listing (had to drive or walk several blocks to reach neighborhood access point). I would probably not stay here again for the price I paid.

Loved the drive to the location. The trees, shade, deers, birds churping, the scenery was really nice then you have the private lake. You could go swim, mediate, read or just relax. We sat in the back yard just to talk and catch up on life. There was plenty of space and shade with alittle wind on Saturday evening. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. Rita was amazing answering my questions in a prompt manner. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is the place! We look forward on going back next year!

Really great location - easy walk to the river! The pictures really do not do this house justice - we had 6 adults staying, and it was the perfect amount of space for sleeping arrangements as well as gathering in the evening to cook and relax. The host has sincerely thought of everything - we brought everything we would need for BBQ, cooking and toiletries, but most of this was also provided in the house! Very thoughtful for guests. We had fun in the evenings sitting around the fire pit, even though we weren’t able to do a fire because of the burn ban. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had a great time!

We came in for Memorial Day and a concert. With how busy Wimberly was, this was the perfect spot to feel apart of everything but not in the chaos of the crowd. The house was great. Fantastic location to walk down to the river access. We had a great weekend

We had 3 couples and needed a weekend getaway, property was perfect for what we needed. Very clean house and yard , it was extremely hot while we were there so sitting outside was mainly for the evening. It would be a great fall or winter place with the outdoor fireplace and patio , overall we really enjoyed it

This was our first time at Rita’s house. We have stayed at other properties nearby so we were familiar with the two private park areas that we would have access to, which are amazing areas. The house was so cute, clean, & comfortable. The backyard area was extra special with the rockwork and seating area. Rita was quick to answer any questions & was super friendly. I would definitely recommend!
