The house is roomy and the pool/hot tub a very nice perk.
Great for a large group to have enough room to spread out. We could see the fireworks from the pier perfectly from the porch and had a bit of an ocean view as well.

This is the 3rd year that we stayed at Sweetwater, it just wasn’t clean this time. I looked at my socks one day and I had blonde dog hair all over my socks, we don’t have a blonde dog. The shower liners had mold at the bottoms, sand everywhere. The Master Bed upstairs was broken or needed a new my. I did love the new decorations. We planned on booking next year, but the price doubled. This house needs updating and a good cleaning for $10,000.00 a week. The lawn wasn’t mowed all week and the pool was filthy when we arrived.

Great location and nice house.
Great house very close to the beach. Has 3 king suites all almost identical to each other. 2 bedrooms with 2 queens each with jack and Jill bathroom in between. 6th bedroom was bunk beds that could sleep up to 4. We had 13 in our group and were very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub out back with lots of room to hang out. The pool guy came a few times during the week to check the pool, clean, etc. Also had 2 charcoal grills that we used a couple times. There are decks on each floor that are nice for sitting and relaxing. This is a great house and would highly recommend for large groups / multiple families

Wonderful Place for Extended Group
We had 4 families stay and it was marvelous. There was enough space to be together and not be on top of one another and space to be by ourselves if needed. The maintenance crew was great, friendly, and helpful. The pool was perfect and the beach was right around the corner. A great experience for our annual family vacation!

As a student booking from out of town it would have been nice to know that we were located in a residential area a little farther from main street. The neighbors were super friendly though! The staff was great to work with and answered all of my questions. The recommended taxi company was for sure the way to go! Really affordable and worked with us! The house was beautiful! It was stocked with appliances and cooking utensils, beyond our expectation. Being so close to the beach definitely made the beautiful days worth wild. Our hot tub had a lot of difficulties, and maintenance was there everyday. We wish that we were given a max capacity, but our group made the most of it! We also wished that at check in there was a way for us to formally report any damages, like a hotel during spring break. Overall, our group made incredible memories in this home and we would recommend it.

Everything was great! The house was comfortable. Great location. Pool & hot tub were a blast! Disappointed that rental agency said my daughter could store some very nice pool floats in the locked utility closet for 2 weeks until our family came down to rent same house she and friends had just rented. Not only were all 7 floats gone, but rental agency offered no apology, nor appeared concerned in the least that they went missing. As well the whole staff basically badmouthed my daughter’s high school group who had been there 2 weeks before. Very unprofessional in my opinion to go on and on about customers who paid a lot of money to the company. So besides those negative encounters, the trip was a huge success. Just a few personal issues which will likely not ever effect anyone else.

Thirteen of us, grandparents, parents and children, enjoyed our week here. Prior to our stay and during it, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and the large living area worked well for us. The pool was large enough for us but might be crowded with more people. You cannot communicate from the upper floors to the pool without going to the ground level. The houses in this area are close together and you could hear people from several nearby houses.

We had a party of 11 and it was more than enough space...the 5yr old's each had their own Queen size beds :) This house definitely didn't disappoint and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean and up to date. You can see the ocean from the top deck and the beach was less than a 2 minute walk with the public access site directly across from the street the house sits on. The beach wasn't overly crowded either. The private pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very nice feature to the location. The only downfall is that there isn't an elevator, which wouldn't have been a problem but it was difficult for Grandma to get up and down. Other than that, it was perfect! If you're on the fence, just do it! You won't regret it!

We were there for the Christmas and New Year Holiday. The house is less than a block from the ocean, you can see and hear the waves. The house has everything you need kitchen with all you need to cook, pool table, pool and hot tub, awesome kitchen table that could seat 20 easily we used it for jig saw puzzles. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. We arrived late on 12-23 the lights were on for us and Christmas music was playing such a great welcome. We will be back thanks for a fantastic holiday.

The furniture is exactly the same as the pictures. The mattresses on the second floor need to be replaced. They are not firm. The kitchen needs more counter space. But this has already been mentioned several times by other visitors. If you have trouble walking up stairs, this is not the house for you. All but two bedrooms are on the second floor. The kitchen, living area, and 2 other bedrooms are on the third floor. The house was fairly clean. If they have a cleaning service they are doing minimal cleaning. We stayed for 3 nights. When we swept before we left there was hair along the walls. My socks were filthy from walking on the kitchen and bedroom on the third level. The bedrooms are a decent size. All in all we enjoyed out stay at Myrtle Beach, SC.

Will definitely revisit this property!
The location was perfect, just right across from the beach. Friendly and clean neighborhood. We loved the giant dining table, our huge group was able to have meals and play games together at that table. Plenty of space inside and outside of the house, never felt crammed with 18 people. We loved everything about the house. The only very minor inconvenience is having to go to the office for keys pick up and drop off.

We come to Cherry Grove every year and this house was by far the best one we have stayed at yet! It was clean, close to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were a great time. The office manager and property manager were great and quick to responses when needed.

Quirky process but worth it overall
Booking this property requires you to print and sign a lengthy document that seems aimed at rowdy spring breakers. Not a huge deal, but it was a hassle with no way to e-sign. This document asks you for the name, address and phone number of every person you plan to have stay in the house which feels a little draconian to me.
No bedding is annoying. Not a huge deal if you're driving but make sure you read the listing carefully and plan to have enough bedding. It's $40 (!) per set for bedding which is outrageous. You can buy it at WalMart for that price.
The dishwasher was broken and the oven didn't close all the way so it took forever to cook anything.
If you go in the winter, please know that the hot tub and pool cannot be heated simultaneously, but they will still gladly charge you extra to "heat the pool" without telling you that the hot tub is connected to the same system.
When we arrived the floor was already covered in sand and dirt. I had to take a shower before bed because my feet were so dirty.
ALL THAT ASIDE: this is a huge house with tons of parking and a great pool/hot tub setup. It's so close to the beach and is within walking distance of an IGA which is great. My guests and I had a wonderful time. We loved the in-ceiling speakers. There was a TV in every room and most rooms have their own bathroom. I had no problems with the property itself and even with all the minor annoyances I'll definitely consider coming back.

Christmas Holiday
Beautiful House/wonderful floor plan for large groups. Dishwasher not working which was disappointing with all the cooking done for the Christmas holiday. Only one disappointing interaction which was with the property owner who showed up on Christmas Day and began yelling at my daughter and granddaughter to get out of the pool. Interestingly enough we had requested the hot tub be working...not the pool... When we arrived the property manager told us the hot tub wasn't working so we could use the pool. The property manager and owner were obviously not on the same page...needless to say, yelling at my family was not the professional way to resolve things.

Excellent Stay in a Great Property
Overall perfect summer getaway. House was very clean and exactly as described. Pool and Hot Tub were perfect and were cleaned daily, which was great during the pandemic. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy when needed, double fridge was great for a large group. Not much else to say, it was perfect!

We enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room and the location was right for our needs. We rented golf carts so going places was quick and easy. While there were some things I might have changed, overall we enjoyed our stay.
