Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Minty’s express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. SECURITY CAMERAS Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. GUEST REGISTRATION Upon booking with us, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you'll find reservation and property details, access codes and other pertinent information. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver's license and a selfie (don't worry - it's super simple!). Airbnb guests with a ""VERIFIED"" profile are pre-registered and aren't required to go through this process. OPTIONAL FEES The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for. - $249 / per pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets) SUPPLY STARTER KIT No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day!
