Super accueil et accompagnement du monsieur chargé du lieu.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix
C'est une auberge de jeunesse : donc si vous en prenez bien conscience, ce lieu est parfait.

Great atmosphere. Breakfast was good. The room was great. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they were very accommodating and prioritised getting our room ready.

Best breakfast of my three week cycle tour in France & Switzerland. Yoghurts and muesli outstanding- any first class hotel would be proud.

Friendly staff. Good value hostel accommodation in a convenient location for the Via Francigena, with restaurants not far away for those not self-catering.
The bed was a bit hard.

When I arrived there was a wedding party … apparently they rented the whole place … I was supposed to check back at 1700 to see if I could get the bed I reserved … instead of waiting and risking not having a place to stay, I found another place in town to stay … I requested a refund for prepayment for the reservation … the facility never responded to my request …

decent simple breakfast with good bread.
There was no warm water and they didn’t warn that there wasn’t any type of soap or towels. The ceiling light was malfunctioning and the vents are noisy throughout the night.

Clean room, clean bathroom. Pretty good breakfast. Had the luck to be put up alone in a 3-bed room. Fridge in the kitchen to store perishables available (although very smal). Great value for little money.
I have come to France for a a job that requires only English, but I'm trying to learn a little bit of French. I met the front desk lady who assumed that everyone spoke French. She kept talking to everyone in French until she realized that she was talking to the walls, at which point she reluctantly switched to English. Some of the written signs and lables throughout the hostel are in French and English, but a good deal are solely in French. In short, for an establishment that caters not only to French speakers but a lot of international tourists, hikers, backpackers (Dutch, Swedish, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and British who happen to not speak French) some more willingness on the staff's end to open up to welcome them and impart instructions in the international language of communication of the 21st century would be a definite improvement.

English speaking and helpful staff a reception. Our breakfast was prepared in advance, so that we could leave before 7am.
Don't forget: It's not more or less than a youth hostel. Equipment is simple. Rooms to street side are noisy over night. Tall people are pretty challenged to fold themselves into the shower cabin (of the own bathroom)
