Located in Clearwater Beach, this lovely house for R 13,132 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our serene getaway is situated right on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing a calming sanctuary to which you can retreat any time of day or night. Our home is newly furnished and has plenty of room to relax during your stay. We hope that you will feel at home in our spacious and well-stocked kitchen. Easily prepare everything from small to large meals here and enjoy them on the roomy dining table. The first floor is a bonus room with a gigantic scrabble board, table and chairs, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa (no bathroom). The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, and a full bath. The third floor area has an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an expansive master bedroom and bathroom suite. All bedrooms offer an exceptional mattress, for a perfect night's sleep. 3rd Floor - King Bed, Queen Bed, Full Sized Bunk Beds 2nd Floor - Queen Bed 1st Floor - Pull Out Queen Sofa The full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. A private two-car garage provides ample and convenient parking. Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to easy access to the smooth sands and rolling waves of the beach, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get up close and personal with the ocean. Take a boat tour for a guided day on the water, visit the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or get adventurous with a trip out in a kayak or canoe. Slow down with a walk along the water's edge before strolling into a restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico to sample the unique local fare. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and handmade artisanal wares. Our unit also gives you access to a resort-style pool and a spa. An outdoor entertaining area features two gas grills with all the space you need for cooking. When you're ready to get out on the water, make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. The slip is able to accommodate boats approximately 45' in length, with drafts up to five feet. We hope you enjoy this location as much as we do. Please don't hesitate to ask us for assistance. We have a couple pack n plays with mattresses, mattress pads, and sheets. Also a couple highchairs, retractable baby gates, beach toys, kitchenware (plates, cups, utensils), kitchen cabinet locks, etc.

If you've made your way to the reviews for this property you are likely (as we were) intrigued by the stunning pictures and enticing description. We spent a week at this charming upscale waterfront townhouse and loved every minute of it! The home has a wonderful layout with plenty of room and stylish decor. It's well stocked for guests comfort. The balconies overlooking the intracoastal waterway were perfect for the morning cup of coffee and the evening glass of wine (we even saw a couple of dolphins). The location is great with the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance but you are not in the middle of the "beach chaos". Top it off with Chad is a fine host and great to work with and you've got a great getaway spot!

We stayed at Chad's condo with family; 3 daughters, 1 granddaughter (2) and my mom. This condo was the perfect setup for us all. The condo was spotless! It had plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. It is very kid friendly with pack-n-plays, highchair, kids cups & dishes. We loved that it had everything we needed for the beach as well: wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. While we had 2 vehicles, we walked everywhere; the location is perfect! The entire rental, checkin and checkout was so easy! Chad responded to any question super quickly. We would 100% recommend this rental to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay while in Clearwater Beach.

My husband and I invited our parents for a quick get away to the ocean. We frequent the area (from Orlando) as we keep a boat at Marker 1. We absolutely loved Chad's property and plan to stay there again in the future. The place is stunning. It has a fully stocked kitchen and tons of games/beach gear for all ages. Also, Chad was very easy to communicate with during our stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this house. We stayed during April break with my husband, mother in law, and three children ages 3,6,10. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures don’t do the house justice as it is nicer in person and beautifully decorated. There was the normal wear and tear that comes renting has but overall very clean and decorated nicely. Chad, the host, was great to work with. He quickly responded to any questions we had before our trip and was attentive during our stay if we had any questions. During our stay we had several dolphins sightings just sitting on the balcony. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock (there’s also a boat slip if you have one or want to rent). He ended up having better luck fishing at Pier 60 but it was nice to have an activity for him when at the house. We rented a golf cart to get to town and the beach easily. However, it is not necessary and is a short walk to most places. With the three kids and all their stuff, this was just easier but without them I probably wouldn’t have gotten one. The house also has all beach necessities you would need (chairs, beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, wagon, etc. ) We can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing property where the pictures don’t do it justice! Close to everything but still quiet and feels like a vacation home. Brad was great. We rented a golf cart as well and used it to get around. Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

Home is as exactly as described, even nicer in person. Everything we could possibly have needed was there. We had groceries delivered the day we arrived from Publix and settled right in. Location was perfect and neighbors were lovely. We did not need a car at all for the restaurants, beach, Pier 60, Opal Sands and a sunset cruise! Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

What a wonderful property this was! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated and it had every amenity needed for a perfect stay. Can’t say enough good things. Great location-walked everywhere. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our 2 year old... high chair, toys, floaties, pack n play, kids cups/plates/forks. Only thing was the bunk beds. They are shorter than normal beds so I would only recommend them for children. Everything else was fantastic!
