No smoking or Vaping in House! No PETS allowed at all on the premises! Welcome to the Secluded Family Resort. Step into this beautiful, lakefront home, located on the 2 mile marker at McCoy Cove at the Lake of the Ozarks. The property hosts seven spacious bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, great storage and room to spread out. This home features a huge kitchen with lots of seating at the breakfast bar, the kitchen island and the dining room table that seats 8. There is one master lakeside suite, one regular master suite, another guest room on the main level and four guest rooms on the bottom level with a walk-out basement to the private in-ground heated pool, which is 82 degrees. There is a $15.00 fee per day for each additional 2 degrees. Pool is heated from May 15 -Sept 15.The pool side features a bar with refrigerator, a grill, picnic table, and lawn chairs. ( Bring your own Pool and Beach Towels) There is also a laundry room available with a washer and dryer. The Lake side features a spacious, private sand beach with fire-pit as well as kayaks. No life jackets are provided, so please bring your own. Or walk if you want some exercise. The dock has two wells, wave runner spaces, and space for jet skis. The dock has 2 slips, one is 11'x28' and the other is 10' x 20'. The water is 6' to 8ft deep in the slips. You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis, or there are places where you can rent a boat or jet ski nearby. There is lots of room to run and explore on this 4+ acres as well as for parking for various cars and trailers. The home is ADA Approved with wheelchair accessible to most areas and is made available to families, couples and mature travelers. The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, shopping areas, attractions, and hospital. Sleeps 25 People.

We had a great time at this home. There was 18 of us and had plenty of room. We had a handicapped person with us and it fit her needs perfectly. Hope to back again!!

We loved our stay at the secluded family resort! The layout of the home was perfect for a large family. It was very clean and the owners quickly answered any questions we had! The pool was great for all our toddlers. We didn’t use the beach much as the grandkids were so little. Our grandchildren cried when we had to leave as they had so much fun! Would definitely use it again if we come back to Lake of the Ozarks!

We had an incredible week on this property for our family vacation! We were a group of 18 including 7 kids (ages 4-11) and had everything we wanted and needed for a relaxing week away. The hosts, Dan and Linda, were excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed getting to chat with them each morning when they stopped to clean the pool and water the flowers. The house was very clean, spacious, and truly felt like a home. We spent hours on the private beach enjoying the quiet cove, jumping off the dock, and kayaking. The pool was the right size for our group, held at a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was a well used addition. It was great to be able to easily alternate between the lake and pool throughout the day. We are already planning our next visit!

The property and home offers everything you need and want in a home away from home! The kitchen is well stock for your home cooked meals and you are also 5-10 min from some fabulous restaurants when you feel like having someone else do the cooking. The home is spacious and exceptionally clean. It was perfect for outlet extended family of 19 to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday! Thanks for the great hospitality, Dan and Linda!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had kids of all ages and they all had something to do at all times. We had plenty of room to spread out on this property which is hard when there are 7 families staying under one roof! The owners are amazing, too! Such a great stay and we’d stay again in the future.

We celebrated my parent's 50th anniversary in this beautiful home. My mom is hard to impress, and she was speechless. I heard several times throughout the stay how relaxed everyone. We only traveled away from the house one day. The rest of the days, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, dock, and kayaks. If we get the opportunity to celebrate like this again, this will be our number one contender. Thank you, Linda and Daniel, for sharing your home. It was everything we could have dreamed for and more.

Our whole family (12 adults and 4 kids) took a trip to the Ozarks and this was the PERFECT place for us! The kids loved the pool and the beach. The adults loved the hot tub and all the deer. The home was close to our favorite go kart business, grocery store and golf course :) We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation together. Thank you Linda and Dan!!

What an amazing experience! This house was perfect for a large family gathering. It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed in order to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for all 18 of us (10 adults and 8 children) to spread out and enjoy the amenities that the house had to offer. The owners were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. I strongly recommend this home for anyone looking to hold a large family get together. This place was amazing in every aspect. The house is huge! The pool is great. The beach and dock are perfect. The lake location is deep and secluded for swimming. The cherry on top was a host that was very responsive yet respectful of our privacy. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect for our family of 22!
This house and property is exactly what a large family is looking for. Everything is clean and well maintained. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts are super!! Made sure we had everything we needed, came and cleaned the pool every morning, and kept the private beach so nice. I just can't say enough about how great they were to deal with. The location is so peaceful and secluded away. Our littles and adults loved watching the deer in the yard every day. We loved this place so much we've already said we're going back next year.

Loved the house and the location. There is a big hill to walk down to get to the lake. Luckily, the car drives up and down the hill just fine. Fishing was great right from the dock.

Great stay at the lake
Our 3 adult children and their families met us at the house for spring break. It was a little early in the season but Dan and Linda had the pool heated and ready for us when we arrived. The grandkids jumped right in! The hot tub was great also. The house was large and spacious, everyone had room to chill if they wanted. The house was wonderfully stocked, too. We made use of the kayaks every day and enjoyed all the outdoor space. Even the local wildlife cooperated! The deer came to the yard daily as did a pair of ducks and some geese. We also had a bald eagle in the neighborhood. Everything was fantastic!

Vacation with my Mom and siblings total of 16. We had plenty of room and everything was wonderful. We had a GREAT time and have booked again for next year and also booked for a trip with our kids and grandkids as well. It’s a good place for small kids to adults. Daniel and Linda were absolutely the best!!!!!!

Amazing Vacation Rental
We can't say enough good things about this property and the property managers! We vacation with a large family group, 10 adults and 4 children, and there was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone privacy. We loved the pool, hot tub and pool area, as well as how close the lake was to the house. It was nice to be able to be able to transition from the pool to the lake depending on what we felt like doing. It was amazing to be able to look out on the property and see deer along with other wildlife almost each time we looked out! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook/prepare food. Anytime we needed something the property managers responded immediately and were very kind. The only suggestion we might make would be to consider a slide off of the dock for the kids, but that would just be a suggestion. We plan on returning again next summer!

Dan and Linda were always responsive and gracious to any questions we had and they took time daily to make sure the pool was clean and the beach was also raked and cleaned daily. This was by far one of the better Vrbo experiences we have had and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great Home & Wonderful Location
The home was very comfortable and provided plenty of space for our group of 10 people. The location of the boat dock at the end of a quiet cove was wonderful. Dan and Linda were always responsive and gracious to any questions we had and they took time daily to make sure the pool was clean and the beach was also raked and cleaned daily. This was by far one of the better Vrbo experiences we have had and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Thought of everything - Pictures Don’t do it justice!
All we can say is wow! We brought our extended family traveling from all over the country for a 5 night trip ranging from 3 to 91 years old.
They thought of everything! The property provided us with everything we needed and more both inside and outside the home. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of space and amenities. The pool and back deck was wonderful, allowing the kids to play in the pool and our 91 year grandmother enjoy watching the family from the upper back deck.
The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and playing at the beach. We rented a boat and jet ski and docked it right at the property.
Wonderful memories were made and we would recommend this home to everyone!!

Lovely Private Family Retreat
Our first reaction when entering the home was that the pictures do not do it justice, it is more lovely in person. Kitchen so well stocked (could add some wine glasses and highball glasses), such clean and comfortable bedding. Ample beds and bathrooms. And such privacy. We enjoyed the beach and pool and rented a boat so enjoyed the dock as well. It is a trip to the lake, but we used a four wheel drive suv snd had no problem. We also rented a golf cart which was fun. Owners were so responsive and helpful. Just a great experience.

Very clean and nice!
This property is one of the best maintained places we have stayed. It was amazingly clean! There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a lot to do. The kids loved the sand beach and the pool. The only thing was the hike up the incredibly steep hill. The owners were very responsive! We would stay again!
