Kurztrip nach Kopenhagen

Das Zimmer war schön groß, Schlaf-und Wohnbereich getrennt, schönes Bad. Großes Bett, aber auch sehr weich. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof an einer Straße. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß unternehmen, für ein Kurzurlaub ideal.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht , aber wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Gut man wird satt aber die Auswahl war doch sehr begrenzt und abwechlungslos. Ein kleiner Tipp noch, im Hotel spricht man nur englisch oder dänisch.

Pleasant stay at an excellent location

excellent location. Even if the train station was next door, I wasn't bothered by the noise. Breakfast was excellent with a very large choice of food and beverages. Staff very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast service only offered filtered coffee - no capuccino. Missed international news channels on the TV.

Mycket bra

Beställde suite via booking.com och betalade för det men fick junior suite pga renoveringsarbeten. Helt ok i och för sig men inte fått tillbaka mellanskillnaden.

Temiz ve düzenli

Yatak ve yastığı çok rahatsız. Isıtma sistemi düzgün çalışmıyor ve çok sesli çalışıyor. Oda da terlik yok.

Hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er ideel i forhold til banegården. Morgenmaden er virkelig god.

Der var for koldt på værelset - især badeværelset.

Convenient for bus & trains. Lovely lounge bar.

I love the location and the decor and atmosphere in the lounge bar.

I have stayed there 3 times now I think and the rooms have been a bit hit & miss. The one I was in most recently just looked tired. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. the breakfast was average., On the morning I had breakfast there, I couldn't find any milk for coffee or any teaspoons and there was nobody there to ask.

Very comfy bed. Room with balcony. Breakfast. Staff. Location.

Needs some wall and carpet improvement. Looks like the last time the wall was painted in 60's.

Sets the standard for a great hotel stay

My new favourite hotel in Europe. I booked this several months in advance and it struck me as a good value in a great location. I changed rooms when a friend decided to come with me. We were both really impressed. The room was bigger then we expected, the beds so comfortable that my friend actually recorded the mattress brand. Breakfast was great. The hotel was just so charming, with the old glass lift and the sumptuous library bar, and the brass plaque of celebrities they've welcomed. I loved my first visit to Copenhagen, and this hotel is one reason I'm really looking forward to future visits.

One of the USB outlets didn't work, but these things happen.

Gammelt erverdig hotell med flott beliggenhet, men dårlig rengjort rom. Frokost ok, men hadde forventet mer fra et 4 st

Beliggenhet.

Parkering langt fra hotellet og ned i en smal kjeller som man kjørte i spiral. Vanskelig å finne frem til denne. Det var skittent på bad og oppholdsrommet. På badet hang det store dotter med skitt fra vifte i tak som vi måtte tilkalle personale for å se. De unnskyldte seg og vasket det bort. Det var tydelig skitt på gulv og bak dør inn til bad. I stuen var det matrester og skitt på gulv bak en stol.

Sentralt, trivelig hotell som egner seg bra til en storbyferie.

God frokost. Hyggelig personale. Bra beliggenhet. Gammelt og koselig hotell.

Hotellrommet var fint, men savnet ekstra lampe ved stolene. Kroken ble mørk og det var ikke mulig å lese. Dusjen var ikke rein.

Overall very disappointing experience at this hotel which spoilt our stay in Copenhagen.

It was somewhere to sleep for 5 nights. Location was excellent for us near the main square and railway station. Breakfast was nice with Gluten-free options.

Normal cooperation that you anticipate from staff of a 4 star hotel was completely lacking. In fact this hotel is probably only 2 Stars. On arrival there were rooms booked for us but they had no knowledge of our reservation via Booking.com. The hotel is old, tired, shabby and over-priced. Three times during our stay we informed the Front Desk staff that we had an early departure on the last mornining and we requested a takeaway breakfast pack. ( This is normal produre at other hotels ). After being told they would " look in to it " we were eventually refused "as the kitchen staff would not be available or too busy". Their internal advertising on the TV said the kitchen opened at 6.30am but they actually never opened before 7.00am. Therefore we asked for a refund ( as it was prepaid ) which was also denied "as their system would not allow it".

The Hotel Manager, the blonde girl is extremely unprofessional. She made us feel so small and was so rude. We were paying costumers and stayed there for 8 days. She was so rude and we didn't see her treat other guest like that. We left with a very bad taste in our mouth. Disgusting human being. I've litterally never experienced that in my life so i was in shock. I was so shaken up. She's was being mean, and it was truly uncomfortable because i did not give that energy to her like that. She was just purely spiteful for no reason.

Bad

The overall facility is too time worn and old fashioned. Furthermore, the toilet was worst. Too stained...disgusting. Bed mattress sheets are humid and not changed in the next day. This hotel is far below than the average rank about two star.

A very convenient hotel close to transportation and Tivoli Garden.

The hotel is centrally located close to the train station and Tivoli Garden. The property was clean but a bit on the older side. The Saturday night jazz bar was a nice surprise.

The restaurant and bar had limited hours and there wasn’t a lobby seating area.

Great location!

We were close to the train station and close to the city center. The room fit us well and we have a nice view. The staff was very helpful. We liked the bar/lounge on the first floor.

Railway atmosphere

Located just 50m from train station and close to old and beautiful centre. On the back of the room were views of rails and side entrance train station and off and on railsounds for atmospheric enjoyment: earplugs available but surely not used.

The room was of good size, but a bit outdated: needs some refreshing.

Great for Trainspotters!!

Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff

Well it’s right opposite Central Station where the trains are running about 1/minute right into the night. We slept ok but - this is the telling sign - earplugs were provided! The library bar is uber expensive and really gloomy 😞

Not the end of the world, but won't repeat.

The location was right next to the main station. The building of the hotel was nice and staff was friendly.

Room was cold, heating system was old and didn't work properly.

The personale was polite and serviceminded. Room was ok.

There was a mouse on the floor during breakfast first morning. The food was ok. The hotell seems very old and ‘tired’.. a bit disaponting that we couldent sit in the bar after our seremony.. they sayd it was filled, but we saw a lot of space
