We enjoyed the apartment a lot, it has everything! The beds are very comfortable and apartment was quiet at night, you barely hear any noise. It is located on the top floor with only stairs to climb, we didn’t mind but this could be an issue for some people. Location was excellent within walking distance to everything! Will recommend!

Great place to stay - close to the Duomo and Accademia but not in a loud part of town. Clean, spacious unit, exactly as described. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Florence!

We looked forward to our stay in Florence, but the mosquitos ruined our visit. The Apt althought it had screens the mosquitos eat us alive. The locations was great closed to everything, the rooms and beds very comfortable, it had a washing machine and dryer, The parking lot was right next to it, but all we can remember is being biten by the mosquitos and Sabrina's lock of concern. So it was a very sad stay.

The apartment is conveniently located within a short walking distance from all main Florence attractions. It is clean, comfortable and has all amenities the traveler needs, including even the espresso maker. The host is responsive and communicative. I personally enjoyed climbing up 62 steps three or four times a day, which helped me loose weight and stay in shape in my 70s. I strongly recommend this apartment to all Florence visitors.

This was by far one of the nicest apartments we stayed in our trip through Europe. The location is a amazing, central to just about everything. You need to be prepared for the walk up to the top floor but honestly is was worth it for such a great place and location.

Check in was very easy. Communication with host was great. Apartment was clean & beds very comfortable. Location is perfect. Was happy to have electric dryer for laundry. If you have any mobility issues it’s important to note this is the top floor with no elevator.

The apartment is bigger than expected with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Air con was a blessing! Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was peaceful. Lots of space for a family of 4 but would suit a bigger family too. The location is perfect, literally a short walk away from everything there is to see in Florence. Sabrina was so attentive leading up to and throughout our stay. She answered my many questions quickly and was very helpful, a fabulous host! I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Added bonus, you can see the Duomo out of the window, fabulous view to wake up to.
Tips for future visitors with children... Restaurants are quite expensive around the Duomo but we found Ristorante Osteria dell' agnolo on Borgo San Lorenzo (literally one street away) was very tasty and reasonably priced, good with kids too. We loved visiting the Da Vinci museum which was very hands on and kept the kids entertained. Well worth a visit.

Sabrina was responsive to all questions throughout the process. The location is perfect and seeing the Duomo and hearing the bells chime adds to the charm. You can walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and larger than expected and had everything that was needed. Bucca Niccolini down the street (right by the Duomo) had nice meals and the Gran Caffe San Marco (near Academia) the opposite direction has a wonderful selection of pastries.I recommend you stay at this convenient, terrific apartment!

First of all, the location was great (PERFECT) and felt very safe. I wandered out in the evenings, and had no hesitation being alone. Sabrina was very good at communication. The floors were a little dirty, but that's the price of being in the city. Everything else was clean. The internet worked great, as well as the A/C. There are a lot of steps, 68 of them, but they are a good way to work off the yummy gelato you should eat every day! A couple of things to keep in mind:When it says "coffee maker", it only means a 1-cup Italian percolator-style. There were filters for a regular coffee maker, but apparently it broke at some point and was not replaced. There was no coffee provided, so make sure you pick some up before you go to bed that first night. There are 17 plates, but no bowls! Not sure how that happened, but be aware of it.The place could also use some basic amenities for travelers, like salt, olive oil, etc. We bought some and left it there. The 2-bed bedroom is LOUD. There is constant noise from the street, and not just people and the normal traffic noise, but very loud traffic. Just be aware, you will only have quiet in there from about 1:00 AM to about 5:30 AM. You cannot sleep with the window open without ear plugs. On the plus side, the window is very noise canceling, so it is nice and quiet when the window in there is closed. The other bedroom is just fine, just normal street noise. The beds are very firm. The washer is great, but it is a washer/dryer combo, which (no fault of the owner) aren't very good for drying. However, there is a nice sized clothes rack for drying, as well as outdoor lines that you can reach from the windows, so it all works out just fine. Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be thorough. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this place, and hope you have a wonderful stay in the amazing city of Florence!

This is a cute place in a central location. The beds were very comfortable. Not much of a sitting area for a family, just a small couch in the kitchen area. There are quite a few flights of stairs to climb but we didn’t mind the extra exercise. For some this could be difficult. Do make sure you clarify the tourist tax that you will be asked to leave in cash when you depart. I missed it somehow and found it strange leaving cash behind.

We were a family of 4 adults and a 2 year old and we loved this apartment! There was more than enough space for all of us. The location was perfect! Right down the street from “The David” and minutes away from the Duomo. We were visiting our daughter who was studying abroad and it was a great location for her to swing by after class and not have to go too far out of her way. Our host was amazing! She was out of town, but the check in information as well as communication before, during, and after was exceptional!! We highly recommend this clean apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

This is my second stay at this wonderfully charming apartment in the heart of Florence. Perhaps the greatest aspects of this apartment are the listening to the bells from the church and seeing the dome from the bedroom window. This apartment is so clean! The beds are very comfortable and the shower is terrific. Two doors down was a perfect little cafe for coffee and pastries in the morning. The gentleman who worked there is super friendly and would make dinner reservations or call cabs for us. You can walk anywhere from here. Truly perfect apartment! No elevator but we managed despite our large suitcases. I will look forward to returning soon.

Amazing Florence Apartment
This apartment was the best and our favorite of all the places we stayed during our Italy and Greece trip. The unit made us felt like our home away from home. The home looks to be recently remodeled and new. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything, including churches, mini markets, shopping, restaurants, train station, etc. The communication with the property manager Sabrina was superb. Questions were always answered in a timely manner, which made us comfortable especially in a foreign country. If you are looking for a place to stay in Florence, look no further. Book now! I highly recommend it. Thank you, Sabrina for a wonderful stay!

Great location and nice
Great location and nice bedrooms and shower. Good communication and appreciate the air conditioning. As with all Italian rentals I wish they would put detailed washing machine instructions in English.
Sabrina was great in letting us in at 13 to leave luggage and we had a great time in Florence.
Thank you and hope to be back one day.

Absolutely fabulous apartment!
The apartment is gorgeous, bright and sunny and very well kept. The location is the best! Just steps from the Duomo. I loved hearing the bells toll from my bedroom each morning. The bedrooms and bathroom are very spacious. We had everything we needed and the location made it a wonderful home base to walk and see everything in Florence. Highly recommend!! Thank you Sabrina for a wonderful stay! We would love to come back!

Great location, lots of stairs
Loved the views of the Duomo from the master bedroom and the fact that everything was in walking distance. Our party of six appreciated the common gathering area and the three ACs (Florence was 90s-100s).
On the down side, some basic maintenance is needed--the AC airflow was much improved after we cleaned the filters. The shower drain was full of hair and slow but we had no way to fix that. Sabrina kindly arranged storage for our luggage when we arrived earlier than expected. However, I would have expected her to have someone locally as back-up to let us in to the apt since she lives near Pisa.
My husband recommends the addition of a coffee machine to an otherwise well stocked kitchen. Morning coffee for six was a lengthy ordeal with the Italian two-cup technology (though we encountered this everywhere and laughed every morning).

Beautiful Apartment
this is a great apartment and location. we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is as you can see in the pictures. two very spacious bedrooms that make it perfect for 4-6 guests (sofa bed in the family room). The apartment was in perfect conditions. The location could not be better 2 blocks to the Duomo and and the Accademia. its really walking distance to anywhere in historic centre in Florence. I strongly recommend this apartment. Thanks Sabrina for all arrangements.

Our Spring break in Firenze
We loved this apartment. It was spacious, lots of light, very comfortable, top floor of a 4-story building. From the master bedroom, you can see the Duomo! The washing machine was a blessing. The owners were very professional and caring. They responded quickly to any questions we had. We walked everywhere. We highly recommend this apartment!

Unbelievable Apartment
This apartment exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much! The two separate bedrooms worked out well for my two kids, husband, and myself. This gave us the opportunity to keep the living room/kitchen area free from roll out beds and luggage. The apartment was exceptionaly clean and the washing machine was a savior! The location was just between the Duomo and the Accademia and very close to everything. The guide book, maps and other tourist information was very useful and thoughtful. It was clear that this is what you do - you do it well! I could not recommend you enough!

Wonderful Apartment
Sabrina communicated very well and made us feel very welcomed. A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The view of the duomo and listening to the bells was amazing! This was our first trip to Florence and it couldn't have been better. Thank you Sabrina for your kindness and the opportunity to stay in your apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again! One of the best meals we had in Italy was the Florentine steak at the Wild White Boar resturant.

Location, location, location
This apartment is great for those who want to be close to museums, restaurants, and shopping. It's all within walking distance. The apartment is modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The bedrooms are good size, with comfortable beds and lovely linens. Oh, and the washer/dryer combo is a plus, although we chose to hang our clothes out to dry on the clothesline. The building, however, does not have a lift. Walking up 52 steps can be challenging if you are not in good shape. Personally, I found it to be good exercise.
Sabrina, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful before and after our arrival. She treated us more like friends. Would we recommend the apartment to a relative or friend, the answer is "yes."
