Nestled in Cowes, this attractive house for R 5,436 per night is a great option for your next break. The entrance opens to a roomy downstairs rumpus room complete with pool table, comfy couch, tv and dvd player as well as a dart board and video game. The rumpus room also includes an air conditioner. Having free wifi as a bonus, why would you stay anywhere else! The internal split level staircase leads to 5 bedrooms, four of which have king size beds with the fifth bedroom having 2 sets of bunks, the property will accommodate 3 families very comfortably. Two of the bedrooms also include air conditioners, and the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The property has two bathrooms with one including a washing machine for convenience. Upstairs is the modern and bright open plan living area with raked ceilings that gives you that spacious feel and the beautiful wood fire heater is there to keep you warm on those cooler days and nights, and an air conditioner to keep you cool during summer. The well-equipped kitchen has all you will need to make meals for the entire family or more. Relax on the large alfresco deck while enjoying a summer bbq and those beautiful water views. With a big secure back yard theres even plenty of space to keep the boat and you can even bring the furbaby, which must remain outside (by application, conditions apply!). *Fire wood can be purchased from service stations in Cowes. Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only. Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services. * A bond may apply to bookings. *When booking through Obrien Real Estate you will be required to complete an online check in process closer to your arrival date and will need to supply a photo of your driver's license and credit card, please Do not book if you do not wish to do this!

The House and excellent location was perfect for our Family Weekend Away! The different spaces allowed for us to be all together or just a little apart also! We all agreed that The Beds were the Most Comfortable mattresses ever!!

The cutlery had to all be washed - dirty knives and forks? Every single one was re washed! The frying pans had to all be scrubbed before use - not a great way to start the morning!

Lovely house, great location. The whole family had a great time. The only thing was that the dishwasher wasn't working which was a pain with 9 of us. And the pool cues could do with replacing but otherwise great. Will rebook here for sure

I was very happy with the accommodation. very clean and comfortable. Just one feedback is that the heaters kept tripping. We could not use all the heaters in the rooms. the safety switch would trip when all 4 heaters were on and because we had elderly people this made it difficult.

This was a beautiful home thoughtfully equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately the floors were not clean and the couches were filled with a residue of food on the bases between the cushions. Looks like they had not been vacuumed / cleaned for a while. There was also dust and cobwebs in places. Hence cleanliness was in question.

This property was perfect for our family get-together. We loved the two living spaces and the games room. We were snug and warm inside and the wood fire made it extra cosy, while the weather raged outside. The beds are super comfy!

Really good. Could have been a little cleaner though as there were used condoms tissues etc in one of the bedside drawers. The vacuum cleaner doesn't work properly.

Very spacious house. Having 5 bedrooms for 5 singles was perfect for our group. Two separate bathrooms worked well. Much better than having one of the king rooms having its own en-suite! Excellent design. Large dining, kitchen, lounge area was great. Only disappointment was the large BBQ on the deck which was extremely slow to cook. The $1000 bond required for a midweek booking for five 70+ women took me by surprise!

This property was exactly how pictured. It had plenty of amenities for relaxing. The kids loved the table tennis, darts, street fighter and board games. The place felt warm and inviting and was walking distance to main shops and restaurants. Great place for larger groups without sacrificing quality.

The property has been nicely renovated recently by the look of it. It presents well and was just what we needed for our family gathering. The kids were always entertained in the games room and had a great time as well. Out doors could do with a bit of work but there is plenty of space. Overall we were very satisfied with the weekend.

I would not re book it Especially silly cause they don't supply linen it was a real pain due to arriving and the linen was not at the house the communication between O'Brien's and linen company south coast laundry was very poor
