Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great family accommodations - we really loved the two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and one with a queen bed. Also enjoyed the two-sided fireplace - one side facing into the bedroom, one into the living room. With a pull-out couch in the living room, this suite comfortably accommodated our family of 6 easily. With a large, full kitchen and an ample dining room, all within reasonable walking distance of the village, this was an ideal place to base our activities out of. Additionally - the in suite washer and dryer were a HUGE bonus - we were able to wash and dry our wet clothing after a day of snowshoeing. Additionally - when we had a problem with the washing machine, a quick phone call got staff to our suite within a few hours to fix it. They even put the wet clothes in the dryer for us after they fixed it while we were out adventuring!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location in the Upper Village with shuttle stop next to the garage entrance. Ground floor unit a few steps away from the garage and ski gear locker, and a hot tub on the roof that works well. Almost ski-in/ski-out - 100m stroll down the street and then 150m trail to the nearest ski run. The unit is as described; the decor is from the 80s but it is clean and functional though the dishwasher was leaking water a bit. The lighting is gloomy (the unit is quite dark - trees behind the windows) and should be improved. Overall a good experience except for the lack of flexibility of the management at the end of the stay. The checkout is at 10am but we were skiing the last day and asked to let us park the car in a visitor spot (several were available) until 3pm. Despite our pleads (we had ma 79-year old lady with us and the location was very convenient because of the bus stop), the management was unrelenting. This was the only spoiler about the stay, and on the last day!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the property could do with updating, the bedlinen for the sofa bed had a rip in it. It would have been better to have clear instructions on how to access the apartment. My husband had to fix the bunk beds as there were screws loose. The place was clean and tidy. It would have been better to have a few more pillows and some more kitchen plates and pans. Overall the location was perfect and the hot tub on the roof was fantastic. As we got a good price it wasn't bad for the money but some small detail improvements would have made it a lot better.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One parking spot is offered in a secured underground area. Unit was a bit dated but had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It faced the forest so was nice and quiet and a bit cool during the summer days. Check in was easy thanks to the information provided. Location was perfect as it was close to shuttle stops and close to lakes, and Whistler village.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable but needs some TLC. Dining area chandelier had mismatched bulbs (1 bright LED; 3 dingy incandescence, one non-functioning); the kitchen's false ceiling light panels were mismatched, some yellowish, some clear, and one never cut to size so that it overflowed onto the top of the next panel. We had to call maintenance to get the automatic fireplace switch to work (probably a battery issue). The bathtub stopper was missing a chain such that, when the tub was full, we had to use a knife to pry it out. Almost all the TV channels were unavailable unless a fee were paid (with its two remotes we could get the bedroom TV to turn on but with the two remotes in the living room we couldn't). The key to the shared spa didn't work for the gate but did work for the changing room. We called maintenance on the dead bulb and fireplace and the spa key and they fixed the first two while we were out. Maintenance did not leave any note that they had been there, nor did they call us on the cell phone as we were told they would, which I think is a mistake. We never checked about whether they fixed the key issue. Seems maintenance doesn't have an eye for obvious problems because mismatched lights, a kitchen light panel that wasn't even sitting properly in the frame would be obvious to most.
