Experience ultimate serenity and relaxation in this spacious condo. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in two guest bedrooms, two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Azure 206 accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find two guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom on the left offers a queen-size bed and includes a flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom. This guest bathroom offers a single vanity with lovely granite countertops, as well as a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the right also includes a queen-size bed and a large flat-screen television. The additional guest bathroom is accessible from both this guest bedroom and the hallway, and also includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall on the left is the additional guest bedroom, including two twin-size beds and a television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. Enjoy a washer/dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the right at the end of the hall and features stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with a gorgeously-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was nice. Great location and beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay(Family of 10). It could use more towels, washcloths and etc. as we were doing laundry every day. The shower curtain rod in one bathroom was rusted (don’t touch it when you pull the curtain!). The cleaning lady was waiting outside our door with her cleaning supplies by the door before 9 (checkout is 10) as we were carry our stuff to the car. Not very considerate.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and the proximity to the beach. The complex has two outdoor pools and two whirlpools that my family really enjoyed. Nice condo. Spacious balcony. Cleaning needs attention. There was dust on the lower shelves of the night stands. The floor was vacuumed but not mopped. On the balcony there was litter left. The balcony table was very dusty. Overall we had a great time.

We had to move from another condo in Destin due to the condition of the unit. Elisia was amazing at helping us get booked and moved into this unit in a matter of a few hours. She was extremely helpful and called later in the week again to make sure everything was going smoothly on our visit. With a staff like her it definitely took a bad situation and made it great.

We had a great time. It was clean and had a great location. My only complaint is the bedroom televisions are bad. Way too small and barely worked. So much static you couldnt see the picture. Other than that… everything was great.

They could definitely update the furniture. Furniture has stains all over them need to update the TV'S. The pool band's are redicules no one uses them and the cost if you lose one is crazy($50) parking passes are huge. The middle bathroom shower the hot water wasn't working, there was two others we could use so not to much of a problem. They could have more silverware there wasn't enough for 10 people, we brought some. Check in and out is a little late and early. Great view very convenient for parking and loading and unloading your vacation luggage and things. We will stay somewhere else next year. Overall not worth the price.

The condo was simply perfect. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels and toiletries to last our entire stay. Cleanliness was A+. When you walk into a place and feel like you don't have sanitize or re clean a place, that's when you know it's worth every dime! The only disappointment were the TVs in every room and the phone reception. I suggest investing in updated TVs that fits the size of the rooms (i.e. 32 to 40 inches). That will have the guests feel like tthy are home away from home.

I like it beside the toilets were leaking. The Master bedroom bed was fine, but other beds were very uncomfotables. The pots were not clean so we didn't use them at all. Thank you .

Some of our group accidentally wore the rubber bands home for access to pool. We got charged $50 for each one which is ridiculous for a rubber band!!!

Beautiful condo. Pool was very crowded and the beach was amazing. Alot of cobwebs in each room of the condo. Once we cleaned it up the condo was perfect for our large family. I would stay again but as a professional cleaning service provider we don't mind to clean.

When we arrived the toilet was running and the bathtub faucet was leaking. The cleaning of the unit was not as clean as it has been done in the past. 4th year staying at Vacasa. The unit didn't even have that just cleaned smell to it. If you plan to have ten people, inside, to sit down to eat, you can forget it. There are only 4 chairs at the dining room table. Good luck with what they consider a kitchen with appropriate utensils and cookware. we had to buy spatula to be able to cook eggs.

It was spacious, very clean. Modern decor and appliances. Great location. You could hear and see the ocean from our view, which is all the reason to book this condo. If you are thinking about it, do not hesitate as this place is a hidden gem. We will definitely return here for our future stay.
