Primary Ensuite Bathroom: Bathtub and Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet, shared access to living area. Guest Bedroom 1: Twin over Full Bunk Beds, Wicker Dresser with Mirror, Nightstand Shared Hallway Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single Vanity, Toilet Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Wicker nightstand, side chair, decorative mirror, and chest, TV Laundry Closet with Washer/Dryer Parking: 2 assigned parking spots below unit. A third car san park in the side lot. Rental Policies: In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. No Golf Carts or charging of electric vehicles are allowed at this property. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm Check Out is by 10:00 am We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure. Electronic Lock Entry House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No Smoking You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. Property was nicely maintained. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was lack of comfortable seating in the living area - one couch, one upholstered chair, and two hard-backed chairs. Another comfy chair would be a bonus! Overall our stay was a success and much enjoyed!

Was small but we managed. The dishwasher needs replacing. Would have used a vacuum cleaner that worked and the broom was not in a convenient place but we finally find it. Would suggest removing the carpet and adding comfortable chairs/couch. Was easy to walk to local places for eating and of course the beach.

The unit itself was clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child. The steps and foyer leading up to the unit was filthy with sand, dirt, and dog hair. Everything in the unit was in good shape and worked perfectly. The close location to the beach, restaurants and the Boardwalk was a big plus.

The condo was OK, could only give a 3 for cleanliness, number of light bulbs out, some of the cutlery was dirty. There were old rusted screens on the balcony which were a hazard when you have small children.If you are a light sleeper, very bright in the morning. Easy walk to the beach which was great. Nice to have two parking spots. Easy walk to a number of restaurants.

One of the best property's we have rented. Everything was as described in the listing and the place was well-maintained and very clean. With the boardwalk and beach being less than 2 minutes away from this place, I would highly recommend this to those who are looking for a great place for vacation...

First thing i noticed was how spacious the place was. Master bedroom (and the bed) was amazing. Location is convenient and a quick walk across the street to the beach. Had all the kitchen tools needed to cook a few meals. Was also one of the few places willing to book less than a week in June.

This condo is exactly as described and much more. The condo is very large and easily accommodates 7- 8 adults. We loved the covered deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location is perfect! It's close to beach access and fun shops and great restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is clean and fully stocked. I appreciated pantry items such as various seasonings being available. There are also beach chairs, beach umbrellas and water toys provided for convenience. Carolina Beach is a wonderful beach town offering plenty of activities, but doesn't have a crowded feel. I highly suggest this condo and Carolina Beach for a fun family friendly get away!

We're sharing this information as constructive comments. This condo is in an excellent location and was the perfect size for our family. We especially appreciated having access to beach chairs, an outside shower and a balcony on which to hang our beach towels for drying.
However, upon arrival we found the condo was NOT clean nor supplied! We had read someone's review about the lack of toilet paper and laughed, but both bathrooms had rolls with only a few sheets remaining. There were 2 spare rolls; both of which we used and had to buy more. I had to add water to the bathroom soap dispenser in order to have enough soap to wash our hands. There were crumbs on the carpet in the living room and on the kitchen counter. The coffee table's glass top was marked with glass rims and smudges. I found a dead fly smashed on a shelf in the refrigerator and no liners in any of the trash cans. The toilets, sinks and mirrors showed signs of neglectful wiping. My daughter complained that the sheets on her bed didn't fit properly and came off during each night. The pillows in all of the bedrooms were very flat. I would consider using a different management company if this was our condo.
